i have done a few and was amazed at how perfectly this system worked

I avoid applying screen protectors personally at all costs, but when my expert bailed, I ended up with the duty. i have done a few and was amazed at how perfectly this system worked. The adhesive strips used as a hinge per the instructions seemed hokie, but made it all work so well my jaw dropped with the flawless results. I used all 3 and assumed the directions calling for only 2 were for cell phones rather than my 7" tablet. After laying the protector over the screen with the hinges controlling the placement, i pressed in the center as instructed and was amazing to watch the adhesive bond spread from the center outward to perfectly cover the entire surface. Wow! one part didn't work for me - the adhesive paper to be used as a dust remover was so sticky I could hardly get it back off the screen when I touched it to the screen to remove dust. I had to re-clean the screen with the supplied wet wipe and microfiber cloth to get the adhesive residue from the sticker/dust remover off the screen. I couldn't see any dust or particles and proceeded. Again, the result was, well, so good, that nobody would believe I was the one that put it on!

Put the effort in and install like a pro, get professional results.

I actually ordered two of these. When you put it on be very careful to not get any dust between the screen protector and the screen. Dust, hair, or bits of sticky stuff will leave visible spots that will drive you nuts. Haven't figured out a way to get bits of hair and dust off the back of this thing without leaving smudges, or how to remove the smudges. That's why I just ordered a second one, the parts of the screen that didn't have a hair looked and responded fantastic. The instructions say you can pull it off and put it on again if you screw it up. That is true, just keep in mind unless you've found a cleaner environment you might make it worse not better. The new one I installed out of my house (i have two dogs and a cat) in an office environment with gloves on. I cleaned the desk off and installed it with my tablet sitting in the box it was delivered in. Having put the effort in the screen is barely noticeable other than being easier to clean and not worrying as much about damaging it. The screen is clear and transfers touch well. Comes in a professional looking box that is big enough to do the install in. I'll be buying another one before I leave the country to keep that new screen feel for the life of my device.

whatever impact it took... this screen protector took it for the team

I wasn't sure what to think at first about this screen protector. It was my first time purchasing something as thick as this for a screen protector, I just want to prevent it from scratches for a Samsung tablet for my kids, ages 2 and 4. I first purchased it on December 2016. And then it happened... it cracked (March 2017) I dunno if it got stepped on or dropped, but it cracked. I thought "...great, I'd have to replace the screen on the tablet or get a new one..." But then I thought about how the screen protector was some sort of glass and it was probably it and not the actual screen. So I removed it and it started cracking even more... I was so happy it wasn't the actual screen that cracked... whatever impact it took... this screen protector took it for the team LOL I purchased another one to replace it

Easy to apply, even not following instructions.

It installed easily, even thought i didn't follow the instructions. First off, i installed it on a brand new tablet right off the box, so the screen was pristine, without any smudges or dust, so no cleaning was necessary. Not wanting to deal with taping the guide flap on the device, i just carefully laid it down on the screen (adhesive side down), leading slightly with the screen hole side. Of course the first time i messed up the alignment with the front camera hole. So i just pried it off and did it again, this time knowing better what i was doing. On the second application the alignment was fine, but there was a small bubble of air in the lower center part of the screen that wouldn't smooth out. For this, i pried off the bottom and lifted past the bubble (leaving the top half stuck to the screen), then smoothed it back down from the center. The bubble was then gone and i was done. Looks and works great. Whole job took less than 5 minutes.

Some tips Use all 3 pieces of tape to hold the glass down and make sure it tight. You might want to do the shower trick for applying the glass if you have a lot of animals or live in a dusty area. Turn on the hot water and let some steam build in the shower, turn off shower and wait about 15 minutes and then clean and apply the glass in the bathroom. The steam will help knock down anything floating in the air. CLEAN THE EDGES OF THE GLASS, lint/hair seems to like to hide on the edges. I had a small mark on the display after I installed it. Looked like a fingerprint, nothing I did would remove it. Let it sit overnight and after touching the area with my finger it went away.

Strong and Sturdy

When I first received this for my Galaxy Tab A 7", I was thoroughly impressed by the packaging. A lot of thought had gone into making sure you not only got everything you needed to put this screen protector on, but that it would not come to you damaged. The hard packaging is sealed and is almost like a book. I may even hang onto it just because it's so nice. The instructions were written in very clear English, along with easy-to-follow diagrams. Once I had the protector's adhesive exposed, it practically sealed itself right on my tablet, and only had a few small bubbles that were easily removed by the tool provided. The kit comes with wet wipes, dry wipes, microfiber cloth, bubble smoothing tool, dust removal sticker, temporary hinge stickers, and of course the protector itself. The protector has worked excellently so far. The oleophobic surface means nary an oily fingerprint is left on the screen. The only thing that I will not test out, which was touted as a feature on the front of the packaging, is the explosion-proof nature of the glass. Since I'm not explosion-proof nor do I want to even attempt it, I'll just have to take Omoton's word for it.

Saved my sons tablet!

This is my second time purchasing this screen protector. I honestly believe it saved my sons tablet the first time. The protector cracked but the tablet screen was perfectly fine thank goodness! Fits great and it basically adheres itself after you line it up. I love how it comes with cleaning wipes and its packaged very well. I definitely recommend this product!

The Best Screen Protecter I've Used !!

The best screen protector i've had on any tablet or phone. The touch screen is just as sensitive as it was without it and is smoother to drag an icon on so it actually performs better. Highly Recommended !!!

Preparation, Pre-line glass & Be fragile

I shoot for touch sensitivity and with amount of protection over no protection at all. Better to apply in the light where lint is visible to the eyes. Protector feels thin as it states so its a ONE shot to apply, once applied and wanna take it off to realign, RECOMMENDED TO BE EXTREMELY PATIENT WAITING FOR THE PROTECTOR TO LIFT along with some Finger nails to really grasp onto the protector. As it is, its a big screen, its gonna be difficult to apply and have a perfect install with no lint. Overall, touch sensitivity is right on feels as if there is no protector on it. I like the design of this product, it really stays on there, FEELS like the original screen and all holes are present for Camera and home button. Overall i am satisfied. I bought 4. (3 for Tab a 7, 1 for Tab 10.1)

Beautiful and functional screen protector.

Bought a new Galaxy Tab A over the weekend, and after having excellent experiences with a glass screen over my Samsung Galaxy S5 phone, I ordered one for the Tab A also. Application is a little bit finicky, but not rocket science. You have to take your time, measure twice/apply once.Clean the working surface. I did it on a clean kitchen counter, on a clean cutting board, wearing a short sleeved t-shirt to prevent sleeves hanging in the way, and washed my hands beforehand. Instructions are clear enough. I used the Wet and Dry wipes, not the microfiber cloth as the instructions say (instructions are nice, but use your brain also). Measured the glass several times, then took off the protective film and applied. The first time, I didn't lay it all the way down,and lifted it carefully back up and re-positioned it better, then laid it down, and pressed the center. It took about 2 secs to lay down evenly..A few extra rubs from the center and around the edges, and voila..I love this screen protector. Like on my phone, it's super smooth (smoother than the Tab's own screen), very touch sensitive, and looks very good. I'd advise this to everyone. (and no, nobody paid me for this review).
