Great buy...call center worthy or just for protection from straining your neck

Calls are crystal clear and I didn't spend a $100 so I was a very happy camper. I have been using for over 2 weeks now with no problems at all. A fellow classmate recommended it's one as with just starting in the virtual call business, we needed something affordable. This suited our needs and exceeded our expectations. I am also able to wear it for comfort needed when my neck is bothering me and my mom and sisters want to talk forever. I am actually considering the purchase of another one for household purposes. This is a great buy. Disclosure: I purchased this headset phone system with my own money without any pressuresor incentives from the seller or the company.

Better than my Plantronics system!!

I work at home and have been using an office phone with a Plantronics headset plugged into the phone. I paid around $150+ for that setup and have had complaints on a regular basis that people are having trouble hearing me. I decided to give this headset/phone system a try and let me tell you, I was blown away with how much better this was compared to a system I paid much more for. I was so excited that I let all my colleagues know about this set! It has also freed up space on my desk since it is both a phone and headset!! In addition to that I my other system needed two plug ins, one for the phone and one for the headset and this only needs to be plugged into the phone line!!! I'm very happy with this and wish I would of purchased this a long time ago!

Great headset

I use it everyday at work. I couldn't take the wireless that I was given because the callers would always complain that they couldn't hear me or that there was an echo. But with the AGPtEK I can hear the callers and they can hear me. I also love the volume control on the cord so that i don't have to reach over the base to lower/increase the volume.

JUST WHAT I HAVE LOOKED FOR

I like the ability to control the volume AND TO TURN OFF RINGER. Hands-free talking, which is nice, since I can use both hands on my computer while talking. Good buy, good features and low price. No batteries required - works off incoming phone line with RJ15 jack as usual. Works fine with Internet VOIP and my ISP telephone service provider. Good clear instructions about how to set up the phone. You don't need an expert to do this. This phone has features that those costing >$100 more don't have.

Wonderful service! The product is amazing

I received my phone within minutes of me needing it to start my training!! Wonderful service!! The product is amazing, headset is comfortable and the black device with pink buttons is cute and professional looking at the same time. I am starting to work from home as an interpreter and this headset and dial-pad are perfect, I can hear very clear and it doesn't occupy much space on my desk. I love that it comes with a little hanger on the side to hang the headset from the side of the dial-pad. This brand was recommended from my employer and its a great price. Very satisfied with my purchase, and NO, I did not get reimbursed or get any discount for my review lol.

OMG this is JUST what I needed.

I AM SO IN LOVE WITH THIS PHONE!!!! I am really kicking myself now that it took me so long to purchase it. I kept putting it off and putting it off, researching online the best phones for working at home. Long story short, this IS the best phone. The headset is clear and reversible, you can wear it on either ear. It's loud I can hear my clients and they can hear me. No more bad connections and people continually saying they can't hear me or me saying I can't hear them. I love the compact size, it's small and it fits right on my desk and doesn't take up too much space at all. I don't like the fact that the headset itself doesn't have a mute but the actually dial pad phone does and it turns the little green light a reddish green color when mute is on. Also the headset is adjustable and it fits really well. I use to have to hold my other headset to my ear especially when I was having issues hearing the person on the other line. Now with this headset I am TOTALLY hands free. I couldn't be happier and for the price... it really is a great buy!

Completely satisfied. Product came ready to use out of the box. I didn't have to read any directions to start operating the device. I read a lot of reviews and I think some people had problems with the headphone. It did start off uncomfortable but after I got used to it and the microphone, I had no problem with it. The ringer is loud. Once I started talking on the microphone people reported that they heard me loud and clear, no static. Delivery seems like I received it in one day. It was just that quick. It took me by surprise to receive it so quick.

Exceeded my expectations ,at first I had a bad static issue,not so bad that I wasnt able to hear,just enough to tik me off,so I added a line filter,the same kind you use for internet and what a difference,crystal clear,well maybe just a tiny tiny hint of static,but very nice now,having a headset is a big help when you are doing something else with (DONT even think it)your hands,and the price is great too.IMO a good buy here.

Just what I was looking for!!!

This is just what I wanted!!! It is small, so more working room on desk. It is very clear!! Both sides of conversation heard crystal clear!! I do wish the date and time display were a bit bigger (the year is the largest thing on display), but other than my idiosyncrasies it is perfect!!!

Awesome quality and price!

I WAH and I use this for my call center and it is great!! I love the pink and black and the headphones have been great!! I have had no issues with people hearing me or me hearing them and it is crystal clear! The cord for the headset is long which is great and you can even turn the ringer off and only hear the ringing in your headset!! I LOVE that feature! I haven’t found that with any other call center phone device yet!! Highly recommend this!!
