Great portion control containers!!

I recently started the new Beachbody program 80 day Obsession and part of the program is timed nutrition with portion control containers. I ordered these containers and they are perfect for my needs.. The containers come with a list of all food groups and a list of foods in each group. The guide comes with a pamphlet that helps you calculate your calorie level based on weight activity level equals caloric baseline. Gives you your daily intact guidelines and the amount of food groups in each category. No calorie counting no weighting just fill the containers! Lids fit tight!! No spillage so far! I will be ordering another set very soon! Makes life easy!!

The downloads were awesome, the guide was easy to follow

Everything arrived looking as expected. I am nervous to start because the containers are smaller than expected ;) Even though I eat healthy I eat a TON of fruits and veggies and I need to figure out portion control. The downloads were awesome, the guide was easy to follow. It shows you how many calories you should eat AND how many of each container you should eat each day. I am looking forward to this new journey!

A Must Have!!!

Love these containers... At first while packing my food in them I thought that is not enough food... Once On my plate I was amazed. Makes measuring so simple. Love it and will buy more

Good set of containers and program

This product is of good quality and of stated measurements. The program is very simple and really does work if you do it. If I could change one thing about this system, I would create a portion control container for chocolate. Until then, I will just use the shoe box in my closet that the kids don't know about for that.

Good quality

Good quality product. I have the Beachbody 21 day fix version too and these are almost identical in every way. Dishwasher safe and very convenient to use for portion control. Comes with a whole bunch of digital information to use as well. This isn't really a knock on the item, but if you have the 21 day fix version and this one, the lids are not interchangeable. So if you keep them together, be ready to try a couple times for the correct lid.

WORK GREAT AWESOME BUY!

Look just like 21 day fix containers with simple to follow portion containers, control enough that you will not be hungry but, surprisingly satisfied so you will not over eat, awesome to aid in great weight loss I am glad I brought it helps to not have to continually measure your food because the container do it for you takes the guess work out of weight management. The only thing I could not figure out is what the spoon symbol is for did not specify what to measure in it will have to research it to find out, but all in all i m quite satisfied with my purchase.

Why spend more than you need to?

If you're curious about the 21 Day Fix diet & don't want to spend an arm & leg buying it from BB - this is the way to go. I really like how the seller made sure I received the information about the plan & how to use it. Thank you! This has helped train me with portion control & of course the types of clean foods to eat.

The Seller is Legit

This order consist of the containers, a portion control guide, and a card with the information to the downloadable 21 day planner and recipe content. There is nothing missing and the seller contacts you to make sure you receive your items. I definitely recommend this product.

Worth the purchase

Product arrived fast, has a business card in the box that directs you to website to get the PDF downloads. I did get the box with 4 sets, only have a problem with 1 container and have used all of them with no leaks as of yet. 1 veggie container did come with a corner of the lid broken. The broken piece was missing. The sets are each shrink wrapped together and the piece was not in the shrink wrap nor in the box. However, that said, it still works so still giving 5 stars. The writing on the containers will not last long but before it is gone, you will have the colors memorized so no biggie.
