My African Red Belly pair love this toy. They totally enjoy shredding it, which being fibrous, there are quite a few things to shred! I like giving / keeping toys like this in their habitat because they focus shredding the toy and not each others feather's, causing over preening and "crunched" looking feathers. It stimulates their mind and entertains them! I love the natural fibers.

Bought this for my African Grey and received it today. It took “Ruby” about 10 minutes to take to the new toy. She loves it and has been chewing it for the last hour and it will be gone before bedtime! Doesn’t last long but your bird will LOVE it.

My sun conure LOVED this toy because he can really tear it up... I go by how fast he takes to something and how torn up it is after he gets done with it... The fact he can tear something up pretty quick does NOT reflect negatively on the quality of a product because I know he has an active, sharp, and destructive little beak.

I had purchased this for my Quakers/monk parakeets. They love this toy. It's keeps them from fighting and allows them to experience different textures. Visually the colors are bright and get your attention. First thing to go are the finger puzzles. It makes me happy to see them so into their new toy. I will buy this again.

Parrots need to have things to destroy to keep them happy. They are not simply contented with plastic, non-destructible toys, they need to shred and chew things. Some wood toys will suit their need to chew things up--but other toys like this one fulfills their needs to destroy and shred things. I've had these before and my bird loves to tear them apart. It keeps him busy and contented for hours and quieter. If you're new to parrot keeping don't buy toys on the basis of longevity alone, but things that they can destroy to fulfill their need for more active chewing activities.

A busy beak is a happy beak. Our Sunny D, sun conure, loves his new toy. Package came quickly and well padded so unbroken. That's the parrot's job - to destroy it.

Well made toy, which looks like loads of fun! The picture doesn't do it any justice. It's definitely a heavy-duty toy which will provide my two lovebirds with plenty of time to destroy!

This is my quaker parrot's (Jake From State Farm) second favorite toy. I will continuously purchase this toy, as needed. He just loves destroying it. :)

Second time I have ordered this. I have a Peach Front Conure and he absolutely loves this toy. Naturally, he pulls out all the small paper and then gradually chews off and removes the tubular paper. He has much enjoyment from this toy. It's certainly a reasonable price compared to the ones I've been looking at in the pet stores lately. Just ripping people off charging $16 and up for a similar toy. He'll eventually get bored with it and then I have to find different ones. I give him plenty of toys to play with but right now this is his favorite.

My birds usually love the finger traps but decided to try this one since it has the foraging heart and I must say they were much more involved with this one vs the others I have purchased. They've already destroyed half of it so I'll be purchasing a few more to replace the ones destroyed and have some back ups.
