Was skeptical at first because of price and was wondering if they’d be some cheap die fast batteries. But wow they last a couple days with hard gaming and I always have a 2nd back up that I never run out of juice! Also you can charge these bad boys 3 ways! With a charge cable in the battery itself ,a charging dock or charge cable in the remote

Looking through the reviews it seemed there was a mix of positive and negative. But I risked it for the biscuit and damn I'm happy with these. In the amount of time I've used these I probably would have went through about 16 sets of batteries. (Multiple people in my house play the Xbox so it's on all of the time basically) In the amount of time I've had these, which is about a month, I've only had to recharge them both a couple of times. The charge last between 3-4 days on each battery. That's outstanding considering about 80% of the time I also have a headset hooked up to the controller. The charger cable it comes with is legit about 10 feet long, and the back battery covers are of high quality work no breaking and way to place onto the back panel of the controller. Bottom line, best purchase I've made accessory wise for the Xbox. I COULDN'T recommend these enough for the ridiculous low price on them. Edit: updating my review 2 years later and these things are still holding up perfectly. They still hold charge for about the same length of time, which is multiple days and pretty heavy sessions. I can’t recommend these enough. This sounds dramatic, but this literally has to be the #1 best budget purchase of an item I have ever made. If you want rechargeable battery packs for your controller, you can’t go wrong with these. 2-3 years of having the same battery packs, and holding the same charge this entire time is astounding. If you’re looking at these, don’t second guess it. Just purchase them.

A Power Gamer’s Best Friend

I love this thing! It’s a great answer for the problem of your controller battery dying while you’re in the middle of a marathon session. I spent 18 hours playing the day I got it (don’t judge me) and not so much as a twitch. If it says anything about the product, I’m about to buy one for my wife. The kit contains two batteries, two battery cover plates (to replace the stock cover plates), and a USB charger cable (but no USB charger plug). The batteries are compatible with the standard charger stations the company sells, so there’s no need to replace your stations if you already have one from them. Solid product that meets a genuine need- two thumbs up, five stars, yadda yadda yadda...

More dependable than a charging dock

Bought these rechargeable batteries after trying an xbox controller recharging dock, which started to malfunction less than a year after purchase.These are batteries are dependable, no worries about whether the controller will fit properly on the dock or if the battery and sensor will match up. The package comes with 2 orange rechargeable batteries, as shown, two plastic battery covers and a long charging cord. The cord is compatible with android charging adaptesr, or you can plug and play as it charges, as the cord is fairly long. This is the second set I bought, the first originally bought for myself over a year ago and it is still working, this I purchased for my son to use. Great set, would recommend over charging docks any time.

Great charge and play!

Love that this has two batteries! Its so amazing having one charging, while your using the other. The charging indicator light, is super bright which I love. You'll get 24 hours plus, out of one charge. Cant understand why there are negative reviews. I normally purchase the official Microsoft play and charge kit. Just got so sick of having to buy a new one every couple of months. So far i've had this a month and no defects. You also, cannot go wrong for the price!! In no way was I compensated for reviewing. I just try to review products when I can. I myself, tend to go by others reviews, on almost all my purchases. I've recently been noticing how wrong some reviews can be. A lot of it, is human error. Wrong installation, wrong sizing etc..know what you need and to read directions! Definitely recommending this product to you guys. You won't be unhappy! Have to purchase if your getting sick of going thru play and charge kits like my household does..

Great

The battery packs hold a charge for a long time. I use my controller with a headset plugged in to watch tv or hear my games while my wife is sleeping and even doing that the charge lasts for several days. The charging cord is long and it comes with two battery packs so there's really never a lapse in function for your controller(s). Good, solid product and at a very fair price.

These batteries were amazing I've had them for about 2 months and so far no issues. On days were I am playing all day these will last you almost a full days charge which is good considering I am playing all day with rumble. But hey you get two of them so you can just charge the one you used then plug in your new one, simple. **UPDATE** 8/4/20 I forgot to mention that prior to this purchase I bought these same packs once before and they only lasted about 6 months before breaking (The charging port broke probably due to me pulling out the wire too hard) but I bought these packs in November of 2019 and with careful management these battery packs are still going strong and it's been 10 months! There was only one problem I started to notice after about 6 to 7 months in and it was that the battery wouldn't warn me that they were about to die so sometimes they would die without warning I'm not sure if it's my controller or the packs but it isn't too big a deal. As for the gaming time it's still about a full day's of charge with each pack (I play at least 10 hours a day since the whole COVID-19 thing happened) so the battery life is still really good. I still recommend you buy these even after all this time. TL;DR Packs still work good and battery life is about the same, still recommend after all this time.

Works Great

These were great. The only thing I can say is that the charging dock/cooling station I bought won't accept the controllers with these batteries installed because the plug and play batteries from Xbox change the shape of the controller in the top area between the bumpers, but that isn't anything bad about this product, just a comment that I hope will help someone else. Love this rechargeable battery packs with alternate charging methods

I use to have the older rechargeable battery packs for Xbox controllers and they fall into a single-method charging. This battery pack can be charged using the PowerA controller stand or plugging a mico-USB directly into its port. No problem with it's power performance. I typically play 1 hr or 2 hr a day and charges it afterwards so I don't think I have seen where my power drained during gameplay.
