Works great for my Monoprice Select Mini. The cable is long enough that I was able to go under the printer and mounted it on the other side, with a 3D printed mount from Thingiverse. The only issue is that I am not sure I can plug anything into the USB port, as i think this now blocks it. Maybe a right angle micro USB?? But that is a design issue with the MPSM, not this cable. As I'm not using the USB port, it's not an issue for me.. I MUCH prefer using SD cards over the uSD, which are just too small for frequent use...

Works great on my Creality Ender 3, allows me to use a full sized memory card without any issues.

I purchased this for my CR-10 printer, as pulling the tiny little SD card out of and back in to the control box was a real pain in the neck. This adapter fit and locked in to the micro SD slot perfectly. A full size SD clicks firmly in to place and removes very easily. I printed a holder for the adapter which I found on thingiverse and the adapter fit great, it all looks pretty much as if it came that way from the factory. A good product that works very well and has not given me a single problem in the two or so months that I have been using it.

Bought the SD to TF extension. Works perfectly for fit and function for the CR-10 and other printer that have a mod for holding this specific unit. thingiverse thing number 3259429 Title: SD Card adapter housing for the Creality CR10\CR10S\Mini\Ender 3 V2 by BoothyBoothy Unit is spring loaded just like many laptop SD card slots.

I'm using this with my Monoprice MP Select Mini 3D printer and it works great. The cable is nice and flat so I was able to feed it under the printer and out to the front of the printer so I can get to it easily.

Works great! Printed a bracket on Thingiverse and mounted this to the side of my Monoprice Select Mini. Much nicer than having to keep swapping the Micro SD card in and out of its adapter to plug into my laptop. Ran the ribbon cable under the chassis and plugged into the Micro SD port on the side.

I've used all the combos of SD and MicroSDs sold here. I use some on 3D printers and some on my PCs. I have some of my printers sitting on wireframe shelves and dropping a microsd card means it disappears into the stuff on the shelves or lands below on the floor. So now all my 3D printers can use the larger, harder to drop SDs. Or I can just put the microsd memory into an SD adapter Also, the geniuses who built my main PC put a card in for SDs in the back of my PC. My PC sets on the floor under a table. So one of the SD to SD cables allowed me to just stick the cable connector to the top front of the PC with some double sided tape. So now I have access to the SD port from the front. So all these cable adapter combinations have their uses. I highly recommend all the cable adapter versions they sell as all of them I have bought have been of good quality.

I wanted one of these but didn't know it the product was available It's so much easier to plug in micro SDs to the extension jack than on many small audio devices. I haven't tried it in a camera as the plug end would get in the way of any closing covers. It's more useful for audio or micro SD jacks on things like portable MP3 players or tablets where you want to swap out cards easily. I really like how you can adapt a full size SD to a micro slot to access files. The ribbon cable seems fragile but it has held up well enough, very flexible, about 18 inches long.

Getting a MicroSD card into the card slot on the rear of a jail broken Davinci XYZ 1.0 3D printer is totally impractical. The slot is located on the main board of the printer and wasn't intended for end user interaction. However, once you re-flash the Davinci with Repetier, access to the card slot is useful to print directly from a SD card. The Micro SD to SD adapter does two things for me 1. Allows me to use a standard size SD card. Nothing against MicroSD form factor, but my fingers are not compatible with them :) 2. Relocates the card slot from the rear of the Davinci printer to the side I stuck the cable adapter to the side of the case with VHB tape. Works just fine for me!

This is a great thing to have for use with the Raspberry Pi. Especially if you have a bunch of full size SD cards lying around. The Pi does not seem to behave any differently and I don't expect it to. I have not done any speed tests, but as I said, the Pi seems to run the same as before. They're not exactly speed demons when it comes to storage access anyway. The ribbon cable could be shorter.
