This brush is exactly what I was looking for to remove dirt from underneath my nails, as well as scrub grease and other things from my hands as I renovate my home, inside and out. The brush feels comfortable in my hands, and the bristles aren't too soft or too hard, which is great for delicate skin under the fingernails. I've had the plastic hand and nail cleaner in the past, but the wood feels softer, and warmer to the touch against skin. I couldn't find this item in any of my local stores, but fortunately they were available through Amazon.

i have long natural nails but also cook a lot so a good nail brush is a must in my house. i picked this one based off the reviews and i've been pleased so far. the bristles are stiff enough to brush out dried cheese but not too stiff to be painful or uncomfortable. i find it a little cumbersome to hold and grip bc of the shape but i find that to be true of most designed this way. the brushes with handles aren't as durable so i guess there's a tradeoff with everything. i'm curious to see how the wood holds up with the constant wetting and drying and will update in a few months.

This is a great quality product and comes exactly as described. I have been using it for several weeks now and it has shown no signs of wear at all. I was a little worried about the wooden part staying wet along time since I keep in my shower but that has not been the case. Overall, great product especially for the price point!

Updated review: My original one cracked after just a few uses, but the company contacted me and sent me a free replacement, so they certainly take care of it when it does happen. I've used other brushes that my girlfriend has but they aren't meant for really dirty cleaning and are hard to hold to actually use to get the gunk out. This one took care of my nails after working on my car. A little liquid soap and 15-20 seconds using the firm bristle side and my nails went from ashy slime to pristine. Before and after pictures are included. Prior review: Was going to give this 5 stars but then I noticed it got a big crack in it after just having it for a few weeks and only using it a couple times. Otherwise the bristles and size are great, one side firmer for the real messy times and the other side is more just for upkeep. It fits in my hand great and makes quick work of almost anything that is there.

Reviewing a nail brush...I clearly have too much time on my hands. This brush is a tough one. Nice, stiff bristles. Wood handle is easy to grip in the shower. Works great on toes and fingernails. Good size too. Recommended.

I had, for years, used the Fuller Brush hand and nail scrubber. A couple of years back, I bought one for work. Little did I know that Fuller was about to go under, and that the brush would go out of production. I miss the handle, but this works just as well, and, in particular, it holds up and the bristles aren't too irritating.

Great brush for nails and toenails. Good short and stiff bristles. Easy to hold in shower or tub. I use the less bristled side for my hands and use the more densely bristles over the tops of my toes. Seems like it will last. The only concern would be mold or germs hanging in the wood. Seems like I would need to replace periodically for that reason only.

There's nothing about this product that I don't like. It has exactly the flexibility yet strength of bristles I need. I bought two - one for a bathroom and one for kitchen. The grip on the brush is perfect. Both top and bottom function as intended. I will ALWAYS get these and only these and recommend them to all my friends and family.

Bristles are stiff enough to get the job done, easy to wash. One side is a little harder than the other, overall a great tool for scrubbing your hands after working. The wood does not get slippery, and so far has not warped or gone weird after being repeatedly soaked and dried.

I bought this brush to clean my fingernails since I become kind of like a germ freak and it serves its purpose very well. In the beginning the bristles are a little bit hard but it becomes a little bit softer after each use, but not to the point to lose its effectiveness. In my opinion it has the perfect texture, sturdy but flexible enough to get the job done. The wood part gets a little bit darker for rinsing it under water but it’s normal, to me, that’s a minor thing.
