This knife is great. It looks beautiful and I can 100% confirm is hella sharp. I was able to test this theory in less than 10 minutes by almost slicing half of my finger off while cutting an onion. This knife went through the layers of that onion as fast as college withered my soul back in 2012. I would definitely recommend this knife to anyone who has any basic skill with knives; BUT if you're the kind of person whose mother preferred to clean the chinaware all by herself before letting you hold one of her plates, you may be MY kind of person and you should get one of those gloves that protect fingers and stuff before using this obviously quality made blade.

I was looking for a chef knife to deal with different kinds of meat. Then I got the Imarku 8-inch knife,which make me very satisfied . It can easy removing the flesh from bones, cutting and chopping. Besides, it is good ergonomic and user friendly item. When I use it , I didn’t feel painful on my hand and arm even after long use.

I guess it is true what they say about knifes. If you have a good quality chef’s knife there is really not much more that you need. I have purchased several sets over the years and can count on two hands how many times I have used my chef knife because I find it cumbersome to use, too big and the blades not being good on them. Upon inspection I could tell I purchased a quality knife as it felt very different in my hand and felt like a balanced weight. The blade is made of high carbon stainless steel with a polished wood handle that is easy to grip and hold properly. I was able to chop my vegetables very fine and even able to achieve the match stick style cut which I have never been able to do because of the lack of good blade sharpness and control. This has now become my go to knife for almost everything I prepare in the kitchen and I am so glad I took the plunge on this purchase.

This imarku professional chef's knife came in well packaged with good protection. It has a good balanced and feel very good while you holding it. It is very sharp and light and fits most of my cooking needs. After couple days of use which I love it so much because it's so durable and it cuts easily through the toughest vegetables and makes cutting meats a breeze. I am very happy with this product and highly recommend it.

It's fantastic. The first time I used it on vegetables I was gushing on and on about it. The next thing I cut was my finger though and I began gushing in a much more exciting way. It really made my blood rush! I just wish it had stayed inside of me. The knife comes extremely sharp and had held it's edge for several months before needing to be sharpened. It's also a very pretty knife. 5 stars!

Super sharp so be careful. What a difference it makes trying to cut something with a knife that is actually sharp. This is a great knife for so many things in the kitchen. I haven’t used it that much yet, but the few times I have I have been very grateful to have it.

Beautiful knife, arrived in a nice box. The knife is very sharp, easy to maneuver, feels good in my hand. I can see this becoming my new favorite!

These knifes have a decent balance, great sharpness, and a really light weight, and I will update in 4-6 months as to how well it holds sharpness. I ended up getting two of these one for a gift and one for myself. I do chef work part time as a side job and got this for replacing my old 8" chef knife that I was having issues with going dull too fast.

I've bought from this seller before and the products continue to be exceptional. The knife packaging comes nice enough to give as a gift, and also very safe with little guards on the blades. The handle almost looks decorative. Enough so that I would not want to put in my dishwasher. Something to consider since the price is right and does a decent job.
