Works as good as the one that came with the WII U. I was going to buy an original from Toys r us, or somewhere like that since the system cost so much, but i expected 15 to 20$, not 40 they wanted. So this works just as good and i shipped it to mother in laws so our son had something to do while he was there.

My son’s cat chewed up the last cord. We decided to buy this cord instead of a Nintendo branded one. This cord works just as well and is a much better price.

Wii U Game Pad Charger - It Just Works

Our kids seem to have trouble remembering that the game pad is plugged in when they get too excited causing the cord to get a lot of abuse. We have went through the original and two of another brand already. This one seems to be holding up well. Other than that it looks decent, and charges the game pad. I don't know what more we would want from it.

It Hasn't Burned the House Down

Because Amazon has bugged the ever living sh#the out of me, I'm gonna review this item. It's a charger for Christ's sake. So far, it's hasn't burned down the house and it charges the WII controller as advertised. If you're wanting a replacement charger for your WII controller that will not burn your house down, I highly recommend this product.

Our charging cable became damaged. We've been using this one for a few months, works great, much cheaper than the official Nintendo cord. No complaints.
