Good quality and reasonable price

Got this product for our six year old grandson at the request of his parents for a Christmas gift. They wanted a good quality ( not a “toy”)walkie talkie he could take with him when he was a few doors down the street playing at a friend’s house. So far they are very pleased with the sound quality and durability. Can’t speak yet to the battery life. The zippered carrying case was a selling point.

Great Buy for $$

Overall, for the price, these are awesome little units. They are somewhat user friendly. Upon receiving them, the directions were easy to understand. I suggest going through them several times with the units, in order to familiarize yourself with the use and adjustment of product. Battery charges in a decent amount of time. It is nice having a USB charge input on each unit, as you can use it for portable solar charging. Weather resistance is unknown at this time.

We took these on a cruise to keep in contact with family on board with us. It was an amazing idea of my husbands worth every cent.

Good Radios

These radios work great. Sound is clear and loud. All the functions work as described. The battery for me lasted a good 5 hours. I use these for flagging operations at work and on large job sites. Only issue I’ve had is that when using the plug-in Motorola mic, the sound is not as loud as it is with my T600 radios. Not a big deal though. As I said the radios themselves work great.

Clear Sound Quality

We have used the radios five days per week for over a month with no problems. The sound quality is great and the units are compact. The price is very reasonable. Like most people we only need two functions: broadcast and receive. Unfortunately the scan function is easily accidently triggered and communications are lost until the unit is turned off and on again. The other negative. Also the rechargeable battery has a low storage capacity and takes a couple of days to fully charged. I wish Motorola come out with a quality FRS radio without all the extraneous bells and whistles.

Decent. Better than most brands. USB rechargeable is a bonus.

Not bad. If they had better range would be nice but any walkie talkies for this price are only giving you a few miles anyway. The USB rechargeable is a great convenient way to recharge with a Power Bank or portable Solar charger. Sound quality is more clear then most brands. The kids use them around the Nieghborhood to keep in touch and have been used everyday for a few months now. No complaint yet.

Good Radios with good distance.

We spend a great deal of time traveling and we go places most don't. We used to use radios with freq that most don't have. But we had limited distance. These have worked great. We never have an issue with others on the same freq. We get about 1/2 mile to a mile with average terrain.

they would drop to 1 bar really fast and then work fine for hours

Used these on a vacation caravaning to Disney World. No problems car to car, as far as a mile or so, after that it's iffy. The provided battery's don't seem to detect charge right as we would charge them up full, they would drop to 1 bar really fast and then work fine for hours.

Good quality and reasonable pricing

The clarity is good. We used it on our RV trip with another family. We drove a separate RVs and the walkie talkies are good for immediate talk rather than calling each other on cell phones while on the road

AWESOME!!

Awesome walki talkies. I bought these for my kids who were using some cheap ones prior, the radios with the distortion. The item shipped as described, nice carrying case with the lithium batteries. I currently use AA and haven’t lose any battery life for a couple months. The volume control, call option and the locking feature is exactly what I needed.
