Very difficult to open
I love the sleek look, and it holds plenty of cards very well. It's definitely very secure, but this comes at the cost of convenience. I have to use two hands if I want to open it, and I think it looks kind of awkward and takes some of the bravado out of whipping out a card. My GF has a magnetic holder that opens much easier and is still relatively secure. I don't think I would trade the nice dark metal look, though.

Just What I Wanted
I just received this business card holder today, and it's exactly what I was looking for. The price is great, and the quality seems to be pretty good. It can comfortably hold a dozen business cards; which is fairly practical, in my view. I haven't even had this thing for 24 hours. So I'm not able to say that I've had it for years, and that it's still in good shape. However, it wouldn't surprise me if it ends up lasting a long time. It looks good, and seems to be pretty sturdy. One bad review said that it was junk because it had gotten bent after being placed in his back pocket. I wouldn't recommend putting anything like this in your back pocket. It's fairly sturdy, but it makes sense that it wouldn't withstand someone sitting on it while in their back pocket. I'm sure it'll be just fine in my front pocket, or my inside coat pocket.

Business card holder - Silver
I purchased this Professional Business card holder for two reasons: 1.) It is hard to find a quality business card piece worthy of impressing potential clients and business contacts. It is made of a sturdy metal and it looks as if it was made of silver. 2.) The price was right and the quality is fantastic. Also, I bought this silver one and the bronze business card holder too. This way I can switch them out according to how I am dressed and wish to present my business card to a prospective client or business contact. A business card defines who you are in the business world. If you have an impressive card but not a business card holder then you are not doing good business. You need to make a good impression with your business card so what better way to do it than to have a impressive business card holder. You can go wrong with silver or bronze.

Great Quality. Great Service
I bought two of these cardholders — one silver and one black. Overall, they are very nice. The build quality is very solid. The silver has an all-metal design inside and out. The black, which is slightly more expensive has a really nice velvet interior that is soft to the touch. The velvet interior does mean the cardholder holds slightly less cards, however. But, the difference is very minuscule. My business cards are printed on glossy paper. And, doing a comparison, the velvet interior black cardholder holds about 3-5 less cards than the all-metal silver cardholder. While this is not a very big deal, I thought I should point that out. Now, on to why I only gave it 3 stars. As I said, overall, this is a great product. However, like all products, it has its flaws. The most notable one I have seen is how the cardholder can scratch the bottom corners of your card. I illustrate this issue in the first image, where the card on the left is the card before putting it into the card holder, and the right is the same card after taking it out of the cardholder. The scratches are more visible on the right corner of the card (also keep in mind the blacked out center is me covering sensitive information as opposed to a flaw with the cardholder). This is an issue I have seen in both variants I have bought. The issue can be resolved by simply not filling the cardholder to its maximum capacity. But, I am not a fan of that solution. The second thing you need to realize is that this cardholder is a fingerprint magnet. This is not really a big deal. But just be aware of that. Overall, for this price, it is a great product. The only thing preventing me from giving it 5 stars is the fact it can damage your card. UPDATE: The seller has contacted me and offered to send me an updated version of the product which they say solves the problem I mentioned. Once I receive that product and have verified it does solve the above problem, I’ll update this review. UPDATE 2: As mentioned in my previous update, I was recently contacted by the seller, MaxGear LLC, regarding my original review. They noticed the problems I had pointed out and offered to send me an updated version of their cardholder at no additional charge. They mentioned that this updated version solved the problems I pointed out. I have since received this updated product and am ready to give my thoughts on it. In my original review, I had pointed out two main problems. The first is that, as shown in the above images, the cardholder damages the corners of glossy business cards. Second, which is not a big deal, is that the material used attracts fingerprints very easily. As far as my experience with this updated product so far (which is about a day’s worth of use), this updated version addresses these issues very well. As I got it, I immediately tested it to see if it still damaged the corners of my card. I even tried to purposefully scratch the corner of my card in the interior complement to really test if they had resolved the problem. After these tests, I am pleased to say that my glossy business cards have remained in tact with no damage. On top of that, the material used on this updated version no longer attracts fingerprints as easily as the previous version. So, over all, I am very satisfied with this product and the customer service provided by MaxGear. While the original purchased products had its flaws, MaxGear wasted no time in contacting me to resolve the issue. While this cardholder will work very well for non/glossy business cards, those with glossy business cards should purchase the updated version of this product which can be found here: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07H29R9WX/ref=twister_B07K166XNV?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1

Elegant, fits cards as advertised, retains fingerprint marks
Very elegant looking card holder. I was able to put in 18 cards I made from standard flashcards paper (shown in one of the pictures), which is a bit heavier than normal business card paper, so it does fit 15-20 cards as advertised. The back side is so reflective is almost like a mirror, which is a nice and welcomed surprise. The downside is that while being handled it ends up with a lot of fingerprint marks all over it.

Use your Palms, People!
I think for the price of this card holder, it's completely worth it. I'm not one to spend a lot of money on these types of things and I didn't buy it to "impress" anyone. If fits well in a suit, which is where I would suggest you keep it. You can also carry it in a suit case, a back pack, or some type of messenger bag? I don't really see the utility of this if you plan on keeping it in your car. I mean, if you intend to have cards to give out to people during business settings, or just to promote yourself or your business (or whatever you want to promote). The main complaint is the smudging and smearing of finger prints. Yes, it does happen. Is it a big deal? That would be subjective to you. I suggest "palming" the card holder as you open it with your non-dominant hand. If this doesn't make sense, picture you holding this with the palm of your dominant hand, and then opening it with your opposite? Completely avoids the smudging/fingerprint issues. It's worked for me, but I have also made a conscious effort to keep it looking clean because I actually came on here and read the reviews and still selected the specific color (silver) that was prone to the issue. Someone mentioned a card was bent/damaged. I haven't experienced this, but I did notice that there should be a limit to the amount of cards you have. For me, it's 20 cards. The material used for my cards aren't as thick as a "normal" business card, but not much thinner, really. Maybe just play with it and don't overload it. I didn't notice this as an issue for me. The "polished" side could also serve as a mirror or a survival tool. If you ever have to shave, or put makeup on (men or women), I suppose you could easily use the back of this cardholder for either purpose. In case you're lost in a forest or stranded at the beach, I also suppose you can use the polished side to send out signals by reflecting lights into objects :)

Great Quality
Excellent price for good craftsmanship. The flat black card holder that I received has felt lining on the bottom of the tray. The bottom is made of durable plastic and the lid is metal. This is nicer than my last business card holder, which was all metal and bent up very easily. It costs much less and looks much better. You don't need a monogram anywhere and I think the flat black is discrete and subdued. This makes a good impression when you can pass out fresh business cards to associates.

Slick!
I designed new business cards for my business and I decided they deserved a new home. This card holder is simple, but slick and classy. I love the functionality! It's tight so you don't feel your cards dangle around in your pocket, but when you open it, there's enough room where you never have to struggle to get the cards in or out. I fit 10 high quality business cards, it might fit one or two more of thinner quality. You can fit your ID, 2 credit cards and a couple of business cards in there to turn it into a thin wallet perfect for going out. Feels great in the pant's side pocket and/or the inner pockets of a jacket or a suit.

Beautiful and well priced
I got this as a gift for someone. It has a nice weight to it, is sturdy and has the look of a much more expensive item. Talk about value for money! The brushed stainless steel is a wonderful touch and makes for an extremely elegant item. I am so pleased with it I am getting one for myself as well.

Stainless Steel Vault
The MaxGear business card holder (I bought two) is a well engineered piece of gear. It feels solid in the hand, closes securely with its magnetic latch, and it's brushed stainless steel body and mirror polished back means it will show up well at any event I might attend. There are no sharp edges and the front cover has a mirror polished strip just above the patch. I use mine to hold 3 bills of various denominations, 3 credit cards, and my drivers license. It could easily hold 20 to 25 business cards if I chose it for that purpose. Although it is not stated to be resistant to wireless theft, its all metal body provides a good shield against wireless scanners seeking to pull your credit data or biometric info from your DL. I really like having the MaxGear. It allows me to carry all my essentials without the bulk of a wallet. Even an empty trifold wallet is not as thin as the MaxGear! Plus, no worries about being caught in the rain. With its tight seal, it can rain all day and your cash, cards, and ID are still going to be dry! I'm expecting years of quality use of of this.
