Rub each light socket with a dab of petroleum jelly (Vaseline) for easy in out light bulbs

A number of reviewers mentioned the main issue with this socket adapter - The light bulbs are hard to screw in place and can get stuck, or the socket can break. An old electricians trick that's perfectly safe and solves the problem: Rub a small amount of petroleum jelly around the entire surface of each socket and the bulbs will screw in and out without any problem. Once that problem is solved this is great way to dramatically increase the light in your garage, utility room, storage room, etc. I've installed a number of them and they work great.

Perfect!

This thing is perfect for what it is. I put LED flood lights in it, and it looks like an actual nice light fixture in the garage. I left it in the folded position, and the beams can be aimed as desired. I also put a smart light controller between that and the socket. So happy with the setup. It looks good in the garage. It could actually look like a cool fixture in the house as well if the bulbs are nice. I’ve tried several splitter setups, and this sucker is excellent.

Used in attic, garage and closets to increase lighting

This product is so versatile. I installed in in my closet fixture which had a ceramic one bulb fixture. I replaced a 60 watt incandescent bulb with 3 - 60 watt LED equivalent bulbs. Now I can see so much more. Put one in my garage ceiling and several in the attic. All you need is one socket to install one of these products and you can exponentially increase your lighting. Light! Finally!!

This one socket multi-light is awesome!! I recommend it to anyone who has a dark space with only one light socket. So bright! So nice to see in that little dim space in the basement. And we were able to position the light bulbs to give the most light where needed. Fantastic!

Nice and light and does the trick when filled with LED bulbs!

I purchased this with the intention of using it in my garage to fully fill the garage with light. Right now, I have a single bulb fixture in the middle of the garage, with a maximum ability to handle 60 watts. I thought that, if I purchased this fixture, I could fill all 4 sockets with daylight LED bulbs and still not come close to the 60 watts maximum. So, changing the 60 watt single bulb with 4 LED 60 watt daylight bulbs (which only draw 9 watts each) has made an incredible difference. And the nice part is that the fixture is light, so there is not too much weight pulling down on the existing fixture. It is perfect!

Great way to brighten a garage

Great way to brighten a garage! We had single-bulb fixtures in our garage and it was hopelessly dim at night. We switched to LED bulbs to avoid overloading the fixture and put this in, and now we can see everything.

It really helped me to light up darker corners of the garage using that same socket, and you can adjust the direction of the beams pretty well. I use small size LED floodlights, that's a good combination.

Perfect solution to brighten up your space!

My house was built in the 80s and the only fixture installed to light up the two-car garage is a single bulb right next to the garage door opener. My garage door opener does have two bulbs that help brighten up the space, but definitely not nearly enough. I thought about installing a couple of those 4-ft wraparound LED fixtures, but that means I'd have to move the bulb location from right next to the opener to somewhere else. And plus, I'd have to run the cable in the ceiling to allow for a second fixture to be installed. This means $$$$. I saw a random YouTube video of a guy using something similar to this to brighten up his garage so I decided to give it a shot. Did a quick search here on Amazon and ran into this and decided to buy. As soon as it came in, I installed this and now my garage is a whole lot brighter. The difference between the before and after is night and day!!
