EXCELLENT FOR THE PRICE!

Just to let everyone know, I own scopes made by Leupold, Shepherd, Schmidt and Bender, etc. I do appreciate a fine product. This product smokes! I bought this with the idea of giving it to one of my sons who is a marksman and a hunter. Instead, I will just add this to my growing collection. Excellent power, clarity and view. Caveat, don't know how long it will last and how long it will maintain its quality. As I said previously, I own some high-quality glass.

It works excellent for both purposes

Bought to glass for game animals and call long range shots. It works excellent for both purposes. I leave it on 20x most the time to maintain a bright, crisp, and clear image. In the higher magnification ranges the images get dark and distorted and the mirage is brutal. Took it out too look for some elk spotted a herd of cows at a lasered 800m. Got bored of watching them and started glassing out farther and spotted some antelope out past where my rangefinder would work ( it'll range to 1800m usually). Get a better tripod and you will not be disappointed.

For the price this can not be beat. Trusted the reviews and picked this up. Spotted a 10pt buck that looked like a doe at the distance he was away in the failing light. Will definitely get a standard size tripod for this though the little thing it comes with is great but a bit of a pain to find a spot for when looking over different fields but great for shooting.

Great Scope

This scope is awesome. My husband wanted it to look across the lake at our cottage and to be able to see the loons and divi ng ducks on the Lake. It's perfect for what we want. Very pleased with our purchase. The only problem is that the mount for the cell phone is designed to hold a small cell phone, we have the galaxy S7 and the mount is too small to hold the phone :/

Instruction sheet is not very good. Not bad for a translation of instructions from some Asian language for English language users. Included two different camera adapters for Phone Cameras.. First impression favorable. Better Zoom scopes don't need so much refocus when changing zoom. Not great zoom focus tracking. The price is right for a cheapskate like me. It is GoSky not Gosky. The second one looks like a Russian name.

Great Quality for the price.

This costs 1/20th of a top tier scope. I just watched some geese at 125yds and looked at a clear cut about 1.5 miles away. This was through light fog. Better image quality than I expected. Can't wait to use it on a clear sunny day. I know clarity is far below top end brands, especially at low light, but I can afford the best for a few years. This will serve my purposes just fine! The digiscope accessory is quite functional. Takes a few minutes to get dialed in. There is no way to avoid a circular image without zooming in with your phone. Not sure why some people expect a rectangular image on the phone. The scope image is round so that what the phone will display until you zoom in with your phone.

Excellent spotting scope and phone adapter

Excellent spotting scope and phone adapter. I can see my shooting targets at varied distances with very good clarity. I can see from 5 yards to 500 yards that I have tested so far. I would recommend these items as a good buy for a great price. Arrived on time and in a very secure package

Awesome Scope

This scope is outstanding. I have 3 other astronomical telescopes including an 8" reflector. When I received the GoSky spotting scope today I thought it just might be a piece of junk for $129. Boy, was I wrong. I do not have a single complaint. Even my solar filter to view sunspots fit over the 80mm objective lens. Excellent image quality and solid build.Buy this scope. You will be very pleased

you need a good quality scope that will let you see birds far ...

I purchased this spotting scope in April 2017 for my son to use, he is a birder. When birding, you need a good quality scope that will let you see birds far away, cleary. This scope has all the features that he needed. It mounts to a tripod, has covers to product the lens and eye piece, comes with a padded carrying case and has an easy to use focusing knob. On a particular birding day, he was able to spot cormorants, egrets, solitary sandpipers, least sandpipers, pectoral sandpipers, mallards and more. He uses this scope to view several species of shore birds and report his findings to ebird. If you want to see birds and need a scope to get you started, this is the onr you need!! Two weeks ago, while using the scope on the tripod, the wind knocked it forward and the base plate that attaches it to the tripod broke off. The opticals were not damaged, and we could get by using it by resting it on the tripod (although not ideal, since this made it hard to keep it steady). I contacted Gosky to explain the situation and asked if there was a warranty, or could it be replaced. Guess what??? Without hesitation they offered to replace it and shipped it out to us the very next day. We received it within 2 days and I am shipping back the original one to them today. Gosky truly cares about their customers and I so appreciate all that they have done for us.
