The best DIY use of this 3 way cord so far! I hope this helps other DIYers.
This review is for 1 of 4 products I bought separately to bring my idea to life. Wiring: this product Lamp fixture: B072J99P3P Sockets: B0797XZT91 T300 LEDs The original sockets are cheap on this wiring and will suffice for most cases as you can see from every single review before this. I didn't buy this kit for the sockets, I bought this for the parallel wiring already done for me. I didn't cut the wire to remove the sockets that came with the wire, instead I took the sockets apart one by one. The first took 10-15 minutes to remove, the other two were much easier. You don't need any special tool, except for a screwdriver to pry things and unscrew, obviously. There's no straightforward way of doing so and you'd irreversibly damage the cheap sockets that you are removing. That was ok for me, since I wanted to replace them with the bronze sockets I bought. I reused the nipple that came with the wire and it just worked with the sockets I bought. The nipple that came with the bronze sockets were actually too narrow for the wire. I got lucky with the nipples. True story. Getting the installation order right between the custom sockets, this wire and the lamp fixture took a few attempts but it wasn't rocket science. If you go on a journey you will find your way quickly. In the end I was pretty happy with the results. Upgraded ceramic bronze sockets, dimmable LEDs, Pendant fixture exactly the way I wanted. The only thing I lost out on is individually switched sockets - which I'm fine losing. I hope this review helps someone else out there. I actually asked this question wondering if the sockets are replaceable and got no good answer. I decided to take a chance with every single purchase and the dimensions worked out! ~100 bux for the project, not bad considering I got 3 pendant lights out of it.

So beautiful and modern
We needed lighting in a log cabin and running electricity through the wall is not an option. Using LED Edison light bulbs and the wire shades we came up with the solution by running the pendant light over a main beam. The cloth cord is much nicer than plastic and the dimmer works well with the dimable Edison bulbs.

Works as advertised!
Works well. I went to target and got a standard size rod to hang the lights on. This helped solve our problem with a dark room (no natural light). Combined this product with the plug in remote control. Now I can control all my lights with a remote (awesome feature)! The quality is top notch. Wouldn’t hesitate to order again. If you like this style for your room, I’d advise to order this product for sure!

Excellent customer service
This lamp is exactly what I wanted to hang some Edison bulbs. I loved the dimmable feature. When it started to go wonky, the company graciously is sending a NEW one after 2 years! I have not encountered this type of customer service. I recommend the lamp for its funky beauty and if it malfunctions, I recommend the company because they stand behind this product 100%.

For that vintage look...
I installed this in my bedroom with some Vintage Edison -60W E26/E27 Base Dimmable Replacement Bulbs. It’s just the right amount of brightness, and I was concerned about blue light exposure late at night. The dimmer switch added a nice sophisticated touch. And Since installing I’ve actually recieved a few compliments on the lights of all things, so that’s a huge plus. If you’re interested in adding a little class to your place, get these. It might take some imagination figuring out the best way to set them up, for me I layed them out chandelier style over my bed, using a metal frame to space them.

Nice 3 socket dimmer plug in light!!
I love how the dimmer works on this plug in socket!!! We decided to wrap it around a black pipe. We didn't want to pay for an electrician to come out and install an actual light...so this was perfect for us!

Great for people who are sensitive to lighting
The lighting in a room really affects the way that I feel. I bought this product for my studio apartment to use instead of the overhead light - and I LOVE IT! I was worried from the pictures I saw online that the edison bulbs wouldn't get bright enough, but they actually get very bright if needed. My favorite feature is the dimmer, I love being able to control the amount of light depending on the time and the mood. It gives my room such a warm and cozy feel, especially if I am winding down to watch a movie in bed or something, I can dim the lights real low and for me it facilitates relaxation. They can also be made very bright to read a book or something. So all-in-all, I love the beautiful ambience these lights create along with their versatility. For installation I used zipties and gaff tape up top for cord placement, as well as controlling the appearance of cords.

Irregular space? Irregular solution.
We have a 1920’s house with a dark kitchen island and no jbox in the ceiling. Using a unique solution like this makes this product and manufacturer a saviour. However, If you are looking for out of the box fit and install, get a regular fixture and move to your next project. If you are creative and have patience, this is a great product at a great price.

Made a cool shelf with this.
I wanted some hanging lights below my shelf, and this worked great. The matte brass type color and the twisted cord went perfectly with the steampunk aesthetic i was going for. After seeing the wire diagram i was a little worried it would look weird, since rather than a central place where it branches off into three cords, it sort of forks in a F-shaped formation with one bulb on one branch of the F and two on the other. However, the cords are long enough that it doesn't cause any issues if they're properly managed. Zip ties worked fine for me. The dimmer is awesome, and works well with some edison bulbs i found for it. The only thing not right about this order was that for some reason amazon decided to send and charge me for two of these instead of just the one that i ordered, so now i have an extra one I need to find a use for, since paying the return shipping would be annoying.

Just as described!
I really like the way this turned out. It took a little bit of planning to get it the way I pictured it, but I got it done. The cord was plenty long, and as described. I have had several compliments on how it turned out. The in-line dimmer knob and switch are a nice touch. Not many other light fixtures would work in this spot, and this way it is temporary/permanent and can move it if I want to later. I wrapped the cord around a satin nickel bar that I had left over from some drapes that we hung. A couple of black tie wraps help it not move around on the bar. I ran some 30lb picture hanging wire through the rod, and hung it to the ceiling with some hooks that are screwed in to the 4x4's on the ceiling.
