I LOVE THESE!

I absolutely love these! They just arrived today and I checked all of them and they all arrived safe and sound! They packed them very well. The only thing was one glass had one scratch which is absolutely no problem unless you have OCD but I'm doing my best to ignore it haha. These are very beautiful! ❤❤❤

✔ Great Quality The quality of the glasses themselves are outstanding, they have a nice blackish tint in the bottom of the glass that I would consider stylish and they are a exactly what the picture shows. The glass does not sweat, so you won't need to worry about getting any napkins or drink coasters with these glasses. ✔ Dish Washer Safe I would highly recommend you wash the glasses as soon as you take them out of the packaging, they were really dusty when I first opened them. I put them in the dish washer, they came out in wonderful condition as they were when they arrived.

Great Choice/Great Price

The glasses arrived a day early which was awesome! They're actually a lot better quality and sturdier than I expected. Sometimes inexpensive glassware is misshaped and lopsided or the set isn't all the same size, etc. But these glasses are great. I would definitely recommend for every day use.

I love this glassware

I love the look and feel of these glasses. I had tried other shapes and styles but I like these the best. I have had them for a long time, and although they do not break easily, they are glassware, and when you knock them off a counter, they break! So I was down to one tumbler and three "rocks" glasses, and felt it was time to re-order! I had a very difficult time finding this clear glass set, but persisted on google until I finally found what I wanted on Amazon.com and ordered them. They came promptly, packed beautifully, and in excellent condition. I am very happy with my new set!

Very nice set

I really like these glasses. They go great with my gray dinnerware and black utensils and the base is weighty so they won’t tip easily which might be important if you have kids or something. I didn’t have any issues with breakage during shipping and they’re thick enough that I can’t imagine that they’ll crack easily. But they’re still glass so be gentle and you’ll be fine.

Beautiful Glasses

Maybe you all have your packages delivered by Ace Ventura but I don't LOL these came PERFECT! Great color, great size. Love em! No breaks and no chips. Thicker than my old set too. You all had me scared! But I had absolutely nothing to worry about! Update: One did break. I do wash my cups by hand and I think it was placed on top of a bowl and broke when it fell over. It's ok though. We don't use all of them anyway so it's ok with me 👍

A Glass in Time

We waited until we were debt free to buy nice or "extra" things for the home. After 23 years of not serving a meal with more than two matching glasses, we decided that one of our first buys was to be the Libbey Classic Drinking Glass Set. It is nice to have a table setting that actually matches. We have found this glass set to be durable, no breakage to date, functional and a good match for our table set. They have a weighted bottom that provides stability. Very happy with our purchase!

An elegant glass at a affordable price.

We love the Libby Classic glass ware design. The glass feels great in your hand, looks good on the table, and is very comfortable to drink from. We wanted a glass with with a wide mouth and narrow base so it would be easy to clean, but we did not want to outfit our cupboard with glassware that looks like it was made for swilling beer. In addition our order arrived a day ahead of schedule, which was a pleasant surprise. We look forward to using this glassware. Thank you.

great glasses for every day

I've had these glasses several times through the years. They are great for every day use, very durable, and match almost any style of dishes. The tapered style makes them a comfortable fit for most hands. The rocks glasses are a perfect size, can double as juice glasses, and are also a good fit for little hands. They are worth the price; and they have been around a long time so they're easily replaceable. They were delivered unbroken and without have excessive packing.

Absolutely Beautiful

I was so excited to open the package and find this gorgeous set waiting for me. I'm not moving out for a few months, and only opened the box now to make sure that they arrived ok. They are all in perfect condition no cracks or chips. The glass seems to be thick all the way to the top, and the style is so elegant and gorgeous. I love them. I'll update my review once I've had the opportunity to use them for awhile, but right now I'm ecstatic about this purchase. UPDATE 11/7/11-Amazon says they are reviewing the packaging for this set, so you can't get them here right now. However, mine arrived with not a single one broken, and did just fine in storage/being moved to my new apartment. They are still pretty as can be. I'm really careful when I put them in the dishwaher to make sure that they can't clink against each other, because that seems like it would be bad joujou, so none of mine have broken yet. I think Target still carries them in stores(saw them this weekend) if you wanted to pick them up there until amazon fixes its issue. UPDATE 7/28/12- Many months later and so far I've only managed to break one of them...and it was totally my fault, I dropped it on the floor by accident. I'm a total klutz, I even won an award for it at work. (the trophy was a bumbling scarecrow from the wizard of Oz) I wash them in the dishwasher regularly and they come out pristine and gorgeous every time. I love them even more now, especially since noticing that they don't get waterstained as easily as my other dishes. The thick smooth glass is so easy to clean, I couldn't be happier with my purchase.
