Thought that this was not going to be good but took a gamble. It is actually great. It along with the foot ball has helped my plantar fasciitis. I have no regrets. You can press down on this without worry of breaking. Hard to get the heal and press with a roller, but that is pretty much any roller. Don't spend more on a different one because you think spending more will get you more. Felt bottom. Sturdy construction.

I had seen these massager things and thought they were silly.I thought they were something people found pleasurable and I didn't get it. Now that I have plantar fasciitis, I totally get it. This torture device is not pleasurable, but it is effective. My PT gave me the go ahead to use this and lacrosse ball to break up adhesions, scar tissue and to stretch my foot. I can be as aggressive as I can tolerate. Also comes with an E-book on foot problems. Has a great section on plantar fasciitis. It was sent as a PDF attachment in thank you letter.

This roller is everything. I have planter fasciitis. My pain ise to be so bad I limped for a year. I had to wear tape for 6 months. I got better by rolling my foot with a tennis ball or a frozen bottle of water but it took a year. This roller has completely eliminated the pain in its self. It goes so deep into the tissue band. I use to have pain when I got out of bed or whenever I went on long walks but not anymore. When I first started, the rolling was a bit painful and I thought it was because it was made out of wood. So I did it with socks on. It wasnt that it was made out of wood that it was so plainful. It was because I was so tight. Now I can roll with our without socks and it feels amazing. I ordered another for work to keep under my desk. I roll twice a day everyday and whenever I go out for my walk in my lunch break.

I bought the massager for my husband after I grew tired of seeing him limp in pain every morning and evening due to plantar fasciitis. I looked at other massagers and knew that a single roller would work best for him. After working many years in orthopedics, I knew he needed to stretch and break up the adhesions in his tendons. I must have nagged him too much, because he refused to listen to my care plan or perhaps he just preferred my massaging his feet in the evenings as opposed to stretching and rolling his feet over cold cans of soup. None the less, my thumbs would get so sore trying to break up the ahesions that I knew I needed something stronger for the both of us. The single roller allows him to focus on specific areas of his foot and this gives him more control. It is easy to balance and it doesn't roll over as some reviews claim. He sometimes uses the opposite foot to stabilize the roller when he applies greater pressure to the other foot. A few minutes of massaging his feet in the morning and evenings have greatly changed his quality of life. His initial/painful gait in the mornings is almost non existent after a few days of using the massager. This massager is a life tool and I'm so greatful that it helped his plantar fasciitis so quickly and without expensive orthotics. The quality of roller is very durable and it stores easily under the couch. We have military family and friends whose feet have been abused over the years and are planning on getting them some really cool and useful stocking stuffers this year. Every case of plantar fasciitis is different and I understand that this massager may not work for everyone. However.... This is an amazing product and you can't go wrong with giving this a try before investing in expensive and cumbersome night splints and orthotics.

It's only been a week since I've been using this, but I already feel it is helping my Plantar Fasciitis. This is becoming my go to tool whenever my foot pain starts to act up

OMG! This is a must. I work as a patient care technician and work 12 hour shifts. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS BABY. I use it for 3-5 minutes and my feet feel incredible. I even bring it to work! I am really impressed. The edges on the photo turned me off, but let me tell ya, this product feels amazing. I have PLANTAR FACITIS and wear insoles and use this daily. It helps a ton! Enjoy!

I have been in agony for months with Plantar Fasciitis, I work on my feet all day and in the morning I put my feet on the ground and hobble around like a 95 year old ( I'm 47) If I walk the dog, I suffer for days. I have tried everything, ice, stretching, massage, this shoe, that shoe and finally this product. The first day I used it 3 times and the next morning, the pain was decreased by 50%, the next morning 75%. Today I took it to work in my purse and stopped twice to use it. It really stretches the ligaments, works out the knots and for me is comforting. I have been wearing memory foam sketchers thinking thats what I needed, well today I bought clogs and I have been in the least amount of pain in months. I recommend this product wholeheartedly and am so glad I was willing to try it.

*New* TheraFlow Foot Massager Roller - Plantar Fasciitis & Foot Pain Trigger Point Relief - Acupressure Reflexology Tool for Overall Relaxation & Stress Relief This product was purchased as a Christmas gift for my Mom who suffers from Planters Fasciitis. My mother has been to the podiatrist, has a night brace and has had steroid shots. She also uses custom orthotics but after all this still experiences pain. She used to roll her foot on a frozen water bottle experiencing no noticeable relief. I was happy to find to out that after a day of being on her feet she used the TheraFlow Foot Massager Roller and experienced immediate relief. This product is fantastic and I would absolutely recommend it!

I have very flat feet, and though I now wear shoes with very good arch supports, when I go somewhere, I still love being barefoot at home, even with hardwood floors. Recently, however, after twisting my ankle, I’ve felt major pain in my feet, when I get out of my bed or chair, and it has gradually been getting worse. The pain eventually goes away after hobbling around a while, but that transition can be excruciating! After some research and visiting with my doctor, I decided to try using this foot massager, as well as wearing comfortable “house shoes” with good arch supports around the house. I have only had the massager a few days, but while sitting in my chair or leaning against my bed, I have used it for a few minutes a couple of times a day or as needed. I do feel some soreness, when I apply slight pressure, while rolling the bottom and side of each foot several minutes; however, afterwards, I am able to walk with a huge decrease in my pain level!! In fact, after massaging my foot a couple days and wearing the cushioned shoes with the arch supports, I have been able to walk with very little pain! I’m hoping with time and therapy, my feet will return to normal. I do recommend this massager. Though I haven’t tried other types, the rolling action makes it easy to use, and it doesn’t hurt my floors. Best of all, it’s helping!

This gizmo deserves way more than five stars. Walking had become painful for me— at least for the first few hours of the day. I had given up running altogether. My doctor recommended exercises that provided only intermittent relief. But my plantar fasciitis is barely noticeable now, and this thing costs ten dollars??? Unbelievable.
