I got lucky.....hmmmm maybe not...read on
I got lucky! After reading reviews, I realized this was hit or miss & figured I could return it within 90 days if the phone had problems. But the phone works well and doesn't have a scratch on it. I followed the directions for switching the SIM card, but lost my pictures. Contacts came thru but not texts, so I have to take it to a Verizon wireless store & see if they can do it, since I use their cloud. All in all I am happy with this phone and the great price I paid. Good job, Amazon. UPDATE: Unfortunately I wrote this review b4 I had the chance to actually talk on this phone. Lol. Yeah, no matter how high you put the in-call volume up, you can't hear the other person. You have to use speaker at all times. Other problems too, like calender, games & some contacts are gone, as well as all my pictures, which I mentioned in my earlier review. I'm going to try again, as Amazon will exchange it for the same model, with no additional charges. They do make it easy. I will update again after the replacement arrives.

What Kiss Electronics (or Samsung?) did not do....
This is my wife's Galaxy S7....bought it for her as mine has been such a great phone. Our carrier required an unlocked GSM phone, which this one is (it's labeled with "Verizon" on the back). The phone booted perfectly, and got connected to our router and email systems with ease. 4 days later I got the SIM card , and once installed, the cell got stuck trying to work through some process....and it just sat there spinning and said "Processing........please wait" for up to 30 minutes (did this many times). After about 20 minutes of trying several fixes by a customer service rep, they thought that perhaps the phone was only "factory reset" and not "master reset". * THAT WAS THE PROBLEM! * Once that was done, everything worked perfectly. So.....should this happen to your S7 from Kiss Electronics...... When you buy one of these from Kiss Electronics as we did, keep this scenario in mind. I do not know if this was Kiss Electronic's fault or Samsung's, but in any case, the cell should have been MASTER RESET. Once you get the cell, before you do ANYTHING to it, I would suggest doing the MASTER RESET just to be sure/safe.

Don't Hesitate, try it ... Amazon gives 90 days to return without hassels.
I ordered Galaxy S7 refurbished and was little worried as to what quality i may get, but after i got this it looked like almost new. Battery was excellent. I have no regrets, but I had to return it because the signal was not good, it could be AT&T or may be just first few calls, I got one message from my wife twice and she said she sent it only once so I didn't want to take any chance and returned it. Experience of return to Amazon was the best you can get, since this item was "fulfilled by Amazon", I always look for "Fulfilled by Amazon" this way you don't interact with any third party. I was happy with the decision of Refurbished and have ordered another refurbished S7, I will leave feedback when it starts working after I get my Sim from AT&T. I purchased from Platinum deals and i feel they provided excellent quality refurbished so i would honor their hard work even though I returned the product to Amazon.

Great phone
This phone was perfect. It was a little more than I initially planned on spending, and I'm sure that like anything on Amazon, some people may experience something much different than I did, but for my experience, I was extremely pleased. The battery life was like I would expect from a new phone, and there was only a tiny bit of scuffing in one spot. I bought one for myself and one for my wife. The seller (Tech Venture) we used shipped a quality product, no question.

Perfect
So I just love my phone. The only issue I had was not reading correctly when I placed my order. I knew it was unlocked with AT&T, however I didn't read what carriers it would be best with and therefore had to go to Walmart and get the straight talk Sim kit with the activation card (plus for me since my bill was coming up anyways) but my old phone is still active for several more days...anyways...my fault not any theirs. I was also happy to see that it came with the SIM tray ejector tool!! Again I rate this 5 stars because I really do love it and have had zero problems with it this far. Thanks so much!

Works with my Ultra well
Great phone, was indeed unlocked. I use it with my Ultra sim card with no issues. It came in plastic wraps, with charger and some booklets (which I didn't read of course:). The phone was in initial setup mode. Tip 1: when first inserting sim card, do not insert any memory chip. My phone hanged when I put in sim and chip. But when I removed the memory card, initial setup went ok. After that I could insert memory card and it was reading it. Tip 2: this phone (Galaxy S7) has a slot for sim card and memory chip that is opened by pressing into a tiny hole. I don't think a special key (a thin wire stick) came with my phone, but I asked one at an Ultra shop. My phone was marked as Verizon, which I know are difficult to unlock, but it was unlocked ok. Fast delivery. P.S. I bought from store BuySpry.

Seller is awesome. Phone is awesome.
I've used Samsung almost exclusively for over a decade. I love their phones. So when my s6 died, there really wasn't any choice of who I'd go with. This seller was fast with delivery, the phone had a decent charge when I received it (over 60%), and it was actually in a s7 box with a charger and cord. The packaging was sturdy and the phone protected in it. The phone itself is nothing short of what I've come to expect from Samsung. Highly recommend. Thanks.

Samsung Galaxy S7
I got the phone for my mother who was still on a Galaxy S5. The phone came in great condition no scratches on it was in mint condition. Don't listen to the people here that don't know anything about phones, of course, you have to expect that the phones not going to be perfect, buy a new phone if you want that. Also just because it says Verizon or ATT at will most likely work on your network Samsung phones work on almost every carrier. What happens is when you put your sim card in it provisions the phone and sets it up for your carrier it only takes a couple of minutes then its ready to go. Also, you must make sure to have the right sim it uses a NANO SIM its supper small like a microSD card if you don't have one go to your carrier and they will provide you with one. It's not that hard takes about 15 Minutes and you are up and running. I've been working with phones for years professionally and personally so I, not an average user.

I had to unlock it myself through the settings for T-Mobile (this is a verizon phone) but this was very easy to do
Gorgeous phone! I had to unlock it myself through the settings for T-Mobile (this is a verizon phone) but this was very easy to do. I think my s6 camera was more clear but this camera has more settings. There are also better features that the s6 does not have so I'd say the trade up is worth it.

Works great with Tracfone
I've been a TracFone user for years and years and I've gone through a few different phones over that time. I've had the LG Fiesta from TracFone for a little while now and was going frustrated by the lack of features and older operating system. I've done the bring your own phone thing with TracFone before and had heard good things from other people who used the Galaxy S7 with TracFone so I decided to give it a try. It was a complete dream to switch over. I was prepared to go through the whole set up and even call if necessary but all I had to do was switch out my SIM card from my old phone to this new one and everything transferred over. It was literally the easiest new phone experience I've ever had since I've been a TracFone customer. As for the phone itself it looked brand new and has been wonderful to use in every possible way.
