I just got back on a board after about 20 years -- even back then I was a full on amateur who fell just about every time my feet touched grip tape. But this board is a dream come true for me, it feels so great, and I feel like a pro on such a lovely and smooth board. Deck: The deck is lovely to look at, but it also feels very sturdy with a light spring to it. I am a 300lbs man and I have no fear of snapping through this thing at all. Trucks: The trucks turn beautifully, I can easily carve and there is no looseness anywhere. Bearings: The Hellion 2 bearings roll smooth and silent. They're fast enough, and I don't feel any resistance from the bearings when I push off. Wheels: The wheels are just the right level of softness for what I would want on a board. I was able to roll over small gravel patches without issue, the wheels taking most of the impact while still rolling on over. They also grip nicely. If I were looking to do any downhill and expecting to power-slide, I'd go with a harder wheel, but these are perfect for a relaxing cruise (which is exactly what I was looking to do) That's my amateur review, I love this board and I think it was the perfect purchase for me. So, if the above is what you're looking for in a board, I think you should pick this on up.

I did some research online. Boards for bigger riders, and this works for me at 6ft 4 and 270 lbs. However there is a little separating near the drop through as I am reaching the highest allowable weight by the board. Anyone 250 and under I think this board would last you as long as you keep it well maintained. Great for cruising and carving. Possibly also for downhill.

My kid loves this. The components seem to be high quality. In the past, he would get a cheap longboard and upgrade the bearings and the rubber part of the trucks. This one came with high quality components that didn't need to be upgraded. He is by no means an expert on boards though.

I have been researching longbord's for a while now. My end game is to create a DIY eSkate electric board, so the most important consideration for me was...the deck. I wanted functionality and look. I went back and forth with a few brands, and before I decided to make the decision, I came across White Wave boards. The boards looked stunning with the natural bamboo and maple layers, which is way more appealing to me than crazy murals and deck tape. Reviews seemed top notch and legit. Price seemed almost too good to be true. They were selling a complete board, wheels, trucks and all for $100. I was close to buying just a deck from another manufacturer for much more. Then I went to their website to glean more insight and knowledge. Interesting, the site is still up, but doesn't look like its been updated since 2016. Starting looking though their wares, and one by one they were sold out. Is this company still in existence? Of the three White Wave board choices available on Amazon, I went with the closest thing to the cruiser (Cruiser and Warrior were my first 2 choices) and purchased the White Wave Shocker longboard. I thought, you know, this is cheap enough to buy and try and if I decided it wasn't going to be my main deck for my eSkate, I still would have a cheap, complete board to tootle around with. It arrived yesterday, and with my anticipation and excitement through the roof, opened it up. First word that came to mind? B-E-A-U-T-I-F-U-L!!! I cannot believe that I was able to purchase this hing for a hundred bucks...and fully complete at that! I figured the trucks, wheel, bearings an all would be garbage and that regardless of if this was going to be the deck that I created my eSkate with, I would end up upgrading the components either way. To my surprise, out of the box, and hitting the pavement, this board rolls amazing. Like, I am eWhite Wave Bamboo Longboards (Shocker)ven more stunned I got this for a hundo! In a fortuitous and happy conclusion, I am grateful and to have gotten this model, the Shocker. It has all the right curves, in all the right places. This board is epic, beautiful, and rides like a dream, and THIS IS the board I am going to create my DIY eSkate out of. The deck itself is worth more than the price alone for me. So HAPPY I purchased!

Great board for the price! I picked up boarding really quickly only took a few hours and I was riding around town! When it came the hardware was slightly loose and the king pins were really tight, a good 5 minutes with a stake tool and I was all set! Bearings are good but need to be worn in for about an hour until they roll smooth. Otherwise, it's exactly as you would expect if you got it from the white wave web site, but it comes quickly and with free shipping! It's a great board, 10/10 would buy another!

When I bought this longboard people where saying that it was a great board and it handled well and all that. I got the warrior and it is amazing!! I’m not kidding this board is so smooth all I had to do it tighten some of the hardware and it was perfect! I highly recommend this longboard!

I’m a 19 y/o male 6’3 - 190 pounds Never skated a day in my life I hoped right on and emulated what I saw via YouTube and this thing was amazing. A large enough deck for my feet to feel secure and I was able to go a few blocks without falling off. The grip tape will lock your feet in forever, and my 2 y/o Nike’s are worn down so much they are basically flat. Perfect for anyone without experience. Real smooth on streets/sidewalks Beautiful design I’m excited to use this with my husky

I got this as a gift for a family member. He loves it and I cant get him off it. It was well worth the money! The board itself is well made and durable. I would recommend this to anyone interested in a longboard.

I bought the warrior as my first board, and I love it. It was very easy to learn on, I was riding in just a few minutes, and was soon going down large hills. However, there are some issues. I'm no expert, but there are no washers so it can not go as fast as some other boards, it also comes with its trucks really tight which is good to learn on but it is difficult to turn, also the wheels are pretty hard for longboard wheels so it makes a lot of noise and gets caught on more pebbles. Overall I would strongly recommend this board to learn on, however I'm sure there are other boards that would suit experienced riders better. This board has held up very well and still has its awesome sleek look after riding it for a few months now. If your looking for a first board get it.

Before I go to far, let it be known I have been longboaring and skateboarding for 4 or so years but I like easy going rides, not really into tricks, and this cruiser gets the job done right. It is not only a stunning board but also very smooth and turns well! It is well worth the money, and I would recommend it for either experienced longboarders or beginners as it would suit both.
