Love it! I use it in my RV. Stores easily, in minimal space.Heavy duty. Easy to lift and use. (67yr old woman) Don't know how I got along without it. (Actually I didn't!) Portable, Stable and Durable

Solid, portable and not too heavy. It’s stable and easily extended. We put an all-weather cover over it and keep it on a second floor balcony for emergencies.

Great ladder. Very easy to use...

Wasn't sure about the quality of a$75 collapsible ladder that's 12' tall and handles 330 pounds... This one is great. I've used it twice already and it's sturdy, easy to extend and compact, not too heavy, and very easy to put in the RV and take with us.

Highly recommend this ladder!

I ordered this for my husband who owns his own roofing and guttering business. It is very well made and very durable. It retracts to a very manageable size. It is heavy but even I am able to carry it around if needed. It is very easy to extend or retract. It does retract very quickly once you press the release buttons. It has velcro straps that wrap around the rungs when not in use. It is compact enough (34") to keep in the back of my husband's truck or even in the back of my SUV. You dont have to worry about having a ladder rack on top of your truck or have it hanging out the back of your truck. It holds securely when extended. It has rubber feet for added safety. It is such a convenient ladder to have!

Efficient

I got this for my son in law that does home inspections. He said he used to work with a similar ladder so he can get to the roof or openings of the house that lead to the attic. The only issue he noticed is that with time the other ladder was getting harder to close and open it. So far this ladder is awesome. Very efficient, meaning it fits where it suppose to and it makes his job easier. It opens and closes really easy and it is as stable as it can get. My son in law LOVES IT. The only thing that he suggest people should know, is that when you close it you better keep your fingers protected, because it can literally cut your finger. But we count that as an adult you can think and pay attention in order to keep your self safe. Other than that we give 5 stars, and we recommend it to everyone. p.s. In the beginning they sent the wrong ladder, but they took care of it right away, without giving any issue to me. They did it nicely and fast, so instead of loosing credits as sellers, they gain my trust and I give credits to them.

Perfect for my loft space!

I need a tall ladder for my loft and had an orange one for a year. It was very safe and durable but bulky, ugly, and too big to hide anywhere. I hated what an eyesore it was but this ladder is amazing. It fits in my closet when not in use and I feel perfectly safe when using it because it’s well constructed. I wish I would have bought this when I first moved in.

Great ladder!

This ladder is lightweight enough for a disabled elderly person to carry around versus a regular ladder. It will take the place of my 6', 8' & 10' ladders for most projects.

Telescoping Ladder

A little heavier than I thought it would be but it is well constructed. The ladder is very sturdy when it is erected and the weight helps in that respect. As other reviewers have said about this ladder is true in that when you are putting the ladder down you have to be really careful that your fingers are clear when each section comes down. They come down quick and hard. So taking it down is tricky but worth getting used to. I use it to get up to the top part of my hunting cabin, works great for that but shoes/slippers are a must because the rung really hurts the bare feet, not very wide. The seller, Oshion, had quick delivery and you couldn't find a better price.

Great compact ladder!

This ladder is an excellent value. It's easy to open and close the ladder. It's also surprisingly sturdy with a rubber base/feet. It fits easily in the trunk or back seat of a small car. It's easy to carry under your arm and I store it in a closet. There's no manufacturer info written on the ladder. No country of origin, nor "Oshion" written on the ladder. My guess is this product is imported from Europe because it meets all the European safety requirements, which are usually equal or better than USA safety requirements. There are numerous safety labels all over the ladder. I'm curious to know just what "Oshion" is! I bought this because all the roofers in my area use them to inspect roofs. Plus, it's much safer than the extension ladder I was stupidly using. I suspect over time that this aluminum ladder will "rust" because I live in a high humidity environment.
