Only shampoo that has helped my dogs skin issues

Amazing product! I have a Poodle Maltese that has be suffering and I mean suffering with skin problems. Spent, like other reviewers have, hundreds of dollars on vet visits. We did blood test and all that, to end up having to go back for antibiotics and the allergy shot. The shot has actually not been working as great on my dog anymore. I have tried Douxo, Synergy Labs Medicated Shampoo, and Pet MD anti fungal shampoos among others, none of them worked on my pup. My dog got worse these past few months. My heart broke because he was so bad, he looked terrible and would cry and scratch himself day and night nonstop. Even after getting the shot, his eyes were watery, his skin red, and he had some open wounds he had given himself because of the scratching, even his boy part was red and irritated. I had to keep trying because nothing had been working. Thank god I found this shampoo! Now, I have to honest and say this is not the only change I've made for my dog. Along with shampooing him 3 times a week with this - I leave it on for 10 minutes then rinse out, I have also changed his diet to ACANA the fish formula, started him on CBD oil, and a Yucca supplement that I also got off amazon. I am not saying he is 100 % that would be a lie, but he is WAY BETTER. The change has been amazing. Before these changes he seemed so sad and would either scratch himself all day and night or lay down without playing and looking so sad. He had to wear a cone day and night and only take it off for small timeframes to either eat or for us to try and get him to play. But now thanks to this shampoo and I am sure other changes I made, he has started playing with his favorite toy again and has so much energy, basically he's returning to his old self. This shampoo does an excellent job at keeping him less itchy and also smelling fresh, because of his issues he use to stink horribly, but now not so much. I care so much for my dogs and I am so happy to have tried this shampoo that I know has improved my dogs life. I have purchased twice and will definitely keep ordering! Thank you to the company that makes this product! Will add picture below, not sure I took some when he was super bad with the skin condition but you will still be able to see how red and you can check out for yourself how he rubs his eyes because they were so itchy. Last pictures are current where he is way happier and with so much energy.

AMAZING

Went the Vet route $140.00 later....ZERO improvement. Suppose to go back for a follow up appointment. Disappointed & frustrated I decided to do a little research on my own. Thank you google. I saw images of dogs with the same pink to red skin as my dog. Read the adjoining stories of smelly itchy irrataiting Yeast Infection. WHY wouldn't a vet recognize this ?? I would now, after no training. Just good old fashion research. So yesterday after only bathing our old girl dog 1 time with Curaseb she already smells so much better and is way less itchy. She slept last night & so did we ! I'm SO excited and hopeful. I will keep on this regime and review after a month. YAY !!!!

Amazing!!

I wanted to actually use this product for a good amount of time before leaving a review. It's been about a month now and figured that it was time. This review may get lengthy for some so, before I lose your interest, I'll just say up front that I LOVE this product and HIGHLY recommend it. For years, and I'm actually sad and angry to even say that, our pug has been dealing with what we thought were seasonal allergies. He had been in and out of the vets office multiple times a year for treatment. Treatment that would include a combo of any or all of the following: antibiotics, steroids, allergy meds, creams, eye drops/creams, shampoos, etc. All of which were very expensive! Often he'd get crusty around his face/folds and under his chin. Sometimes the wrinkles around his eyes would be so inflamed that it would affect his eyes until they were partially closed! And he always had this one black spot on his front right leg/paw that he would lick and chew at constantly!!! All day and night it would be nothing but incessant licking and chewing! Waking my husband and I up out of a dead sleep! And he had that constant "Frito" smell that some say pugs have. And of course the shaking of the head and the gunk in his ears. We had been treating his ears for years with special wash from the vet and medicine until last year when they gave him an Oti Pack treatment which FINALLY seemed to take care of the persistent problem. About 1.5 years ago the vet changed his food to a prescription brand for his weight. It's also around this time that I started looking on the internet for other things that could be plaguing my dog, or at the very least, look for some other treatments to try for his allergies. But much of the info I was reading led me to believe that my dog had a yeast infection/allergy. I assumed his prescription food was free from anything that would affect that. So I took him off that food after about 8 months and started making my own food for him to be sure that he was free of any grains and whatnot. I also stopped giving him almost all treats or at least only gave him stuff like duck or chicken jerky that had no added ingredients. I thought I was doing everything right but still, the licking/biting/crust/furless black spot persisted. But, from the things I was reading, it sounded like the yeast infection could just be persistent and not going away because it had NOT been properly treated/dealt with. Even if he was eating better. But how could I treat it and finally get rid of it once and for all, I wondered. By this time I had already been through tons of medicines, home remedies, vet visits, different foods, tried different sprays, shampoos, etc. I was at my whits end. I still wondered, was it seasonal allergies? Yeast? Dust mite allergy? Fleas (even tho he was being treated for that regularly too)? Etc! I just didn't know what to think. At one point we even wondered if the black spot and licking was being done out of boredom. So again I took to the internet, and Amazon, looking for more info/help or yet another shampoo that would HOPEFULLY help my poor baby. That's when I came across this product. Of course I rolled my eyes when reading the description and was skeptical because all the others had promised the same thing and also had good reviews and yet they gave no positive results. I was torn on whether to waste more money or just give ONE MORE thing a try. So I bought it. After I ordered it I got an email explaining how I should use it. I did as it said and bathed my dog once a day every other day for the first week. I then bathed him two times a week for the next two weeks. This past week he's only been bathed once with the shampoo so far. Each time I let the shampoo sit on his body for 10 or more minutes after lathering him up real good. Lucky for me he loves bathes and water. LOL The first thing I noticed after his first bath was his smell!! That Frito smell had totally disappeared and only after his first bath. Something that NEVER happened with any of the other shampoos I had tried. This stuff smells so good going on and lasts even when he's fully dry. The second thing I noticed that first night was the fact that our dog slept through the night WITHOUT licking or chewing his foot! Something he hadn't done for years!!! The next thing I noticed was the shedding. Much like I was told how pugs always smell like Fritos, I was also told they shed like crazy. Well, the shedding has almost completely stopped too!! I used to run my hand along his back to pet him and come away with a handful of fur. Not anymore! The black spot on his foot is also finally starting to heal and is going away and the fur is coming back (as seen in the pic)! No more crusty face, or anything! This stuff is totally amazing!! Everything has drastically improved with our dog and I'm so sorry I hadn't come across this stuff years ago! To think of all the needless suffering my poor baby has had to go through. He is now sleeping through the night without waking to lick and is no longer scratching/biting/licking his feet. I most definitely will be buying more. I'm also gonna be buying the ear wash/treatment as an added "just in case". I can't say enough good things about this. I will also post a photo that shows the difference in his foot from the first day until now. It's amazing! In the past as soon as you would approach our dog you'd either smell Fritos and/or Fritos and just yuk from his ears and face. Poor thing. Now, your nose can be right in his fur and all you smell is the very light scent left behind from the shampoo or nothing at all! AMAZING!!! YES! I HIGHLY recommend this shampoo. I am so thankful for it!

Hi, Christine. Yes this is my second purchase of Curaseb and I am very happy with your product. As with the first review, I reiterate the fact, that it is the "trifecta" of relieving Rouka's (GSD, 2yrs old) problematic skin issues. My Vet wanted to inundate him with typical medicine and I was not having it for him and his young life. I researched food options and shampoo's,and alas found Curaseb. It has given him a very welcome relief if his symptoms along with peace for me as well. Thank you very much for offering a superior "all in one" product and charging less than the competitor's are. It is extremely appreciated. I am not a wealthy person, however my dogs are very much loved and cared for to the best of my abilities, which you help me accomplish. So in short, I am greatful for you helping me to achieve my goals of giving them a healthy and good life, without having to break the bank!!!!

This really cleared up my dog's skin infection. It was a yeast infection, and it's important to stay with it for several weeks, maybe twice a week at first, or the infection will come back. We continued to use this for about a month after the infection was gone with great results.

No More Licking!

My doxie has been licking incessantly for months. I've tried everything! Changed his diet, shampoo, etc. I noticed his chest looked like elephant skin and looked it up. Found it might be a fungus causing it. Then I shopped for a shampoo with the recommended ingredients. Used this on Monday and used a spray on Tuesday and Wednesday with the same ingredients and we noticed yesterday he isn't licking! Finally!

Great product with immediate results

My white, medium haired small dog has very pink, sensitive skin. She kept scratching and developed sores along her spine. I didn't know what was causing the itching but I wanted to help her. It costs me $75 as soon as I walk in the door of my vet's office and the cost quickly escalates. After spending $1,000 two months ago on her teeth I thought I would try this shampoo for $15 and see if it could help before I took her to the vet. I bathed her twice in one week and once a few days ago. I saw a 75% improvement in her skin after the first bath and the subsequent baths were to help any residual problem and stay on top of the progress from the first bath. I managed to leave the shampoo on her body for at least 5 minutes (which is like 30 minutes in dog time) each time. The instructions recommend leaving the shampoo on 5-10 minutes and use up to 4x a week. Bathing her is a challenge so I did what I could manage. It was so effective after one bath that I felt 2x a week was enough and I checked her skin each day to see if I thought she needed more. The smell is pleasant (sort of a strawberry) and it left her fur nice and soft. I ordered the larger size bottle this week to keep up the treatment if needed. I recommend Curaseb without hesitation.

Life changing for my cat!

My cat had the most incredibly bad skin condition that until I found this product nothing worked and she tore up her skin itching and scratching all day long. But after 3 baths I noticed her skin color began to look better because she wasn't scratching anymore and after a month of weekly baths her fur that was completely gone started to come back in and now she is a fluffy fury happy cat and I continue baths once a month for maintenance as her coat has come back completely and let me just say I didn't think that would ever happen with how damaged her skin had been due to years of trying before this product. This stuff worked a miracle, I spent so much money at the vet trying to give her comfort with other shampoos and remedies, so I am glad to have found this product because it solved the problem, so I highly recomend you give this a try but I will also say do it for several times before you decide anything because it took 3 times before I noticed my Molly was getting comfortable and changes were really evident and might I say her skin was really really bad before this product and I can't tell you how happy I am she has comfort and qulity of life back and happy kitty makes my day.

Finally, the scratching has stopped!

Got great reviews, so I ordered the 8 oz. bottle. I have used many products for two mini poodles with skin problems. Have spent so much money on antibiotics and antifungal oral meds. All work for short while, and then its shampooing every other day, and putting off that vet visit for another round of meds. Tried Apoquel and really didn't work any better than Benadryl. Only have my 15 year old poodle now. He really didn't start the itch cycle until 3 years ago when he was diagnosed with low thyroid. Gave him one bath two weeks ago with the Curaseb. It's a low suds shampoo, but it stayed on his skin for 10 minutes. That evening, all the red, inflamed itchy areas in his groin area, the belly, all the feet and lower legs....Gone. Gone. No biting and scratching these last two weeks. Just starting to lick his paws yesterday. So, second bath will be today. A bonus, he smells good and his hair is so soft. A note....one of the ingredients is a generic Hibiclens (a product used to clean skin before surgery to fight bacteria) and another ingredient is ketoconazole, for fungus infections. If you shake bottle really eell, you get good suds.
