We have 2 small dogs that have wrecked my artificial grass (scent wise 😕) from going to the bathroom on it for the past 2 years. My grass smelled sooooo bad. No matter what I used to remove the musty pee smell from the grass nothing worked...until I used this product. Not only did it remove the smell, it removed the smell instantly!! I mean in a matter of seconds I could very very faintly smell the urine smell, where as before you could smell it standing on our top deck area the smell was that strong! I read reviews before I used it and read people suggesting you wet your grass before using it which I did. I purchased the large bottle and refill bottle that’s included that you hook up to your hose which made it extremely easy to distribute. My ONLY complaint is that I felt like the solution went very quick. I went through a refill size bottle in maybe less than 5 minutes, so if your yard is larger then mine is I highly suggest you purchase the large bottle/refill bottle because you’ll need more then the smaller bottle to do your entire yard. I sprayed two times so far (once last night and once again just now although I probably didn’t have to do the second. I sprayed a second time just because I wanted it super clean and smelling fresh because this was the first time since owning our grass that it’s been cleaned-cleaned. If you need to remove nasty pet scents get this stuff it truly works. It also has a very nice clean smelling scent to it.

WORKS IMMEDIATELY, EASY TO APPLY

We have three German Shepherds who are (evidently) winning some sort of elimination contest. We pick up daily but you can't pick up urine. By end of Summer each year, it's a nightmare. I was concerned that Simple Green would not be strong enough to make a difference but this is not the same formulation as the Simple Green cleaners. We applied this with a garden hose and one bottle was enough for the whole yard and our patio. IT IMMEDIATELY REMOVED ANY AND ALL SMELLS. I thought perhaps it would wear off quickly but it remains odor free. I'm going to treat weekly and I'm now a convert. Works better than anything I've ever used.

Outdoor Odor Eliminator for Pets

This stuff actually works. I had to read many reviews to find out which dog repel product works the best. Instead of adding water to it, I put it in a spray bottle and used it on the areas other pet owners allow their dog on my grass. It says to put it on the grass when wet. So it rained really hard and I went out and used the complete spray bottle on a poles and grass area when owners walk their dog along the side walk. My dog is trained to go potty in one area only but tries her best to mark her area where I sprayed. I let my dog out after she went to her destination and she went right on over to the area I sprayed and just kept walking to find that nasty urine and fecal odor wasn't even there. It was like she didn't have a job to sniffing deep down into the ground. It was awesome to see this stuff work. I just don't know how long it last. I seem to use a lot for the area so I may have to order more. My other solution before this was odor stuff for clothing in a spray bottle, but that was too expensive to keep spraying. Thanks to the reviews this actually works. I will watch for the length of time before I head back out again.

This works great on our fake grass with our three dogs. You could smell the dog pee when it was really hot outside and my husband used this once on the yard and it hasn't smelled since (even with them still going pee there).

Eliminated the smell

We are dog sitting for our son and have another so. And his dog that life with us. We have no grass area just a court yard and an area with pine needles. With the dog both being big (husky and a lab mix) we hated going out back. The smell was awful. I see this and though why not? Used it yesterday and instantly the smell was going. I soaked the area good and today there still is not a smell. I will keep this In stock at my house.

I have a small area the dogs go. It has been neglected to say the least with the responsible party dropping the ball, On a hot or humid day you could really smell the pee Normally I would just hose it down or use soapy water but felt this was going to take more. after cleaning everything I hosed down the area pretty good because it is dirt and sand then used the deodorizer it seemed to be okay at first but then the next day I sprayed the hose a little out there doing something else and here came the smell again. Now whether or not it was because I didn't use enough or it was just so bad I don't know but without getting it wet I don't smell it which is good. Has a nice odor or so I think. Have a little more left gonna give it another go in the main pee areas and see how it goes. it's working some just wo9uld like to smell it other than when I sprayed originally. But im not complaining felt I got a good deal comparing the prices for what I got. And just might try it again before the summer is over.

Works great!

Words well. We have a small yard and 2 dogs. The odor is sometimes a problem (live in very hot climate) and spraying down the yard every couple of weeks takes care of the odor so as not to bother the neighbors or us.

it is only sand (I hate my yard)

Kills the smell of urine in my backyard. We do not have grass, it is only sand (I hate my yard). We have 3 large dogs and 2 small dogs. This gets rid of the odor. I do have to use more frequently since we have so many dogs in a small space. I am willing to pay the price because it works!

GREAT results for old pet odors in backyard.

worked great for my backyard comprised of stamped concrete, finished concrete, flagstone, and dirt. previous owners had dogs in the backyard and the smell of pet urine was VERY strong and attracted flies. used 1.5 gallons of this product and kept everything wet/moist for about an hour and the results were great. no more odors and A LOT less flies in the backyard.

I love this product

I love this product. Like other reviewers have stated, you run through this stuff pretty quickly, but it really does work. It leaves a pleasant smell that isn't too overbearing, and smells significantly better than the dog urine I'm covering! I have been using this in my cement patio/garden area in the summer when the sun really bakes the pee into the cement. I didn't think anything would really help, but if I was spending time out back, I'd give this a spray once a month and it works wonders.
