Nice part coverage for fine/thinning hair

I'm a 30 something with unfortunately fine hair. My stylist swears by thickening fibers on his own hair and sometimes applies to mine. I don't need to use the stuff daily - I just wanted to be able to better conceal when going to events. I bought this product because it was cheaper than the name brands, and I was only planning on using for special occasions anyway. Not sure how long the bottle will last (will update my review if it seems amiss), but so far I'm happy with the product. It does seem to take a lot more shaking to get it to go and cover, but the company seems to indicate that's on purpose to apply smaller more controlled amounts at a time, which seems legit. A picture is worth a thousand words, so I've posted a before and after for you to be your own judge. Medium brown color used. Note, the product seems to stick on fine if you hairspray it as the directions indicate. I just used regular hairspray I happened to have on hand - cheap and definitely nothing special - and it worked like a charm. My part line looked the same when I got home in the evening after being out and about all day, including going in and out of blowy, wintry Michigan weather with a hood coming on and off. No evidence of coming off overnight on my pillowcase either, though to be fair I do pin my hair all up on top of my head into a knot to sleep. My only complaint is that I don't have a complaint, since the company appears to have great customer service and provides replacement extra bottles or refunds to unhappy reviewers. I so far like the product enough that I'd love some swag thrown my direction, but not sketchy enough to falsely complain to try and get it.... So guys if you're listening and giving out merit badges, I volunteer as tribute! :D lol Update: Amazing customer service and great sense of humor. Definitely plan on continuing to do business with Brand Hollywood! :D Will be recommending their product to my stylist, as this is likely much cheaper than the name brand he uses.

Great product and great company!

I not only love this product, but I love this company! I bought this hoping that I could replace toppik hair powder; I have hair thinning issues because of health problems. I ordered this in Medium Brown, which my shade with the Toppik hair powder. I received my order and was using it, even though it turned out to be lighter than I really wanted, which meant it took more to do the job. A couple weeks went by and I was contacted by Sacha Viskovich, who was with their customer service, wanting to know if I was satisfied with my purchase. This really impressed me because I hadn't contacted them with my shade issue, I just figured I would buy a shade darker next time. I explained that my only problem was the shade was lighter than I had wanted. They offered to send me another one, this time in dark brown! I have since received it and absolutely love it! I will definitely be a repeat customer!

Cheaper and works better than Name Brand

Been using Toppik for 20 years. I've been suspicious of the cheaper, newer versions. But figured I'd try it because of the cost being half of what toppik costs. Well, I think I prefer the coverage and effect that Boldify gives over Toppik (which I always thought worked well). So, Boldify is not only cheaper, but works better. It's a no brainer.

Very disappointed...Was SO WRONG!

I was so wrong about this product and wanted to write an updated review. I first gave it one Star, well now I am giving it 5 STARS! I kept saying something must be wrong with my bottle, my review wasn't matching others. Well they refunded my bottle sent me a new one and a couple of products to try, and it made my hair the easiest to style and my hair hasn't looked this thick and totally real in years. I have been using hair fibers for the last 2 to 3 years, and like I said in my first review I have tried about 10 different brands. The one I went with was a $39.99 bottle that only lasted about six weeks. Now I have the same size bottle that even works better for only $19.99. The only problem now is I'm going to be spending even more money, because the other products worked just as good. I plan on buying the whole line. I just hope my first rating didn't turn too many people away. It was a bad bottle that I received and the company took care of it. Trust me if you are looking for a good product, made in the USA, not tested on animals and a great price...this is the product for you.

WOW times 2. I love it.

Very much blown away on how easy and affordable this product is. Thinning or losing hair is depressing and deflating. And the choices to mask or regrow hair range from “I’m to do what with it?!?” to “how much?!?!?”. Vanity I suppose doesn’t come cheap or easy. I used another product that was discontinued. It was a colored cream that dried (looked like a “cover” in French :) ) - looking back it was a pain to apply then wait to dry and style - let alone the ring it would leave in the shower. Upon close inspection you could tell it was “different”. I hated anyone standing behind me for fear they could tell it was a cover up. Since it was discontinued I was forced to look at other products. Came across boldify. Thought it’s not pricey so I’ll give it a go. If I don’t like it, on to the next experiment. Well, not only do I like it, I LOVE it. WOW - it was easy to apply followed by a little hair spray. In less than 2 minutes my hair was styled and looked natural. Even close up it’s hard to tell. That was my first wow moment. Second wow moment, I could sleep with it on and nothing showed on my pillowcase. That was impossible with the discontinued product I used. Okay, Boldify, you have won a lifelong customer. Now if you could find the cure for thinning or hair loss, I will marry you.

Better than other brands I've tried.

I’ve tried Toppik and Xfusion (which are basically the same, they are from the same company, just under different names), and I like this product better for the most part. The medium brown in Toppik/Xfusion has an obvious greenish undertone. This one is definitely a better match for my hair color. When I first put it on, before it settles, it can look a little yellowish, but overall the color is much more natural looking. It stays on just as well as Toppik/Xfusion. The only problem I’ve had so far is that it seems to take more of the product to get the same coverage; but I haven’t had the same problem I had with Toppik/Xfusion, where too much product would come out in one area and look really weird (then I would have to wipe it out and redo it, sometimes multiple times.)

Works just like it says

I got this for my mother who's got some small patches of thinning going on at the top of her head. She's been upset that she can see her scalp when fixing her hair. We gave this a try and it works like a charm. She was so thrilled that it covered the thinning area and it really didn't take much. It's a very fine fibrous powder and came out without any issues. I got two colors to blend so we tap a bit of each on after she's got her hair how she wants it and then put on her usual hairspray which seems to really set it nicely. She hasn't complained about it coming off on her pillow so it must not be an issue. For such a simple and inexpensive product it's really made her feel so much better about her appearance. Good stuff!!

Amazing Product & SUPERB Customer Service!!

I am so very satisfied with this product! My hair stylist even commented that it seems to be a superior fiber compared to the other leading brand. I would agree. Boldify has really perfected keratin fiber powder and has created an amazing company helping men and women who are struggling with an embarrassing problem. The company's customer service is great...I had a small problem with an incorrectly ordered item and Sacha worked with me very patiently and helpfully to get the matter rectified. They are the best. Will happily do business with Boldify again.

SO MUCH BETTER THAN XFUSION!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND BOLDIFY!!!

I have used XFusion for years & was getting really frustrated with how it would come out in large amounts not only on my scalp, but also all over my vanity & floor. Also it took a lot of product to get the desired coverage I wanted. I decided to look for a different product & came across BOLDIFY. I am absolutely thrilled with this product!! So much better than XFusion...it is truly unbelievable!! BOLDIFY gives much better coverage & doesn't come out in a wasted mess everywhere. It looks much more natural than XFusion and costs a whole lot less. I also used the BOLDIFY Thickening Spray and highly recommend that product as well!! Goodbye XFusion...I'm sticking with BOLDIFY!!
