Good stuff!
Chose this to reseal a cracked bird bath because if it's stated non toxicity when dry. It is fairly thick so I was glad that I bought a disposable foam brush to spread it with. I gave it 2 coats which I think will make it easier to clean the older pebbled concrete surface. It did take a rather long time to dry though, especially where it was on pretty thick. I had first ported in and spread it around so some areas were thicker than others and even with hot summer daytime temperatures it was almost two weeks before the two layers were dried absolutely clear in the thick spots. With what was left I also brought some on to some cracking wooden garden tool handles for the top foot or so which makes it more comfortable to handle and gives a better grip. I will think of a lot of uses for this product, too bad it's rather expensive for the volume. By the way my local Home Depot turned out to have it at pretty much the same price.

It stopped the leaks on a three tier cement water fountain
I used this on a three tier water fountain. The bottom was leaking and this was our last hope. We painted the inside of the bottom level and it sealed the cement perfectly and no longer leaks. It dried to a nice clear finish, almost glass like, very pleased.

Highly recommended!
I used Flex Seal around my garage's foundation because I was getting water in it every time it rained. Boy, does it work! After applying Flex Seal and allowing it to dry, the next storm we had resulted in a dry garage! I don't know why I waited so long to use it. Highly recommended!

Perfect product to save the day!
I like having the option to paint this product on! It gives you way more control over where it is applied, compared to the spray! I have used this for several different applications. I have painted window sills, that my gutters are back dripping onto, it repels the water & keep the wood from rotting. I have sealed gutter seams that were leaking. I painted the inside of a metal trash can that I am using as a Faraday cage to protect my electronics. I figured a layer of rubber would definitely help break the conductivity & keep things safer inside. It does have a VERY strong odor, it took me several days to air out the can I am using for my electronics. Once it is completely dry, it does start to fade, but not completely. Having this around to use & being able to apply as much, or little as I want, is why I got this in a gallon size. You just never know when you are going to need it & when you suddenly do need it, it is nice to have more than a cans worth, which can run out pretty fast when there is actually a situation that needs tending to in a hurry! The fact that it is clear is also a bonus, it works with what ever color your using it on.

Flex Seal Liquid Large 16 Ounce (Clear) ... sold by Swift Response LLC
Flex Seal Liquid Large 16 Ounce (Clear) ... sold by Swift Response LLC I am very happy with the result of this product. I have a water feature that had some of the water proofing crack and was coming off in the reservoir. All I had to do was break off the warping, cracked water proofing and recoated the entire reservoir with Flex Seal clear, gave it a day to dry and the water feature was working again. Interesting enough was that this product stays rubbery, even when dry. It can take some movement or flex and not fail. I am impressed and plan to use this on some other projects. I am not associated nor did I receive any product or monies from this seller. 180413 1445

Would buy again and again for any household problem. So far everything I used it for worked.
OMG this stuff is amazing. I have a 100 year old house. I have a concrete double-sink for my washig machine run off. This sink had so many cracks and holes. I had many estimates and was advised to replace sink. Could not affort demolition. I purchased one can of this liquid flex seal and 4 cans of the flex seal spray. I had a friend roll on the liquid flex seal inside, outand and underneath. 2 days later he came back and sprayed 1 1/2 cans all over the original liquid seal. After 24 hours, he did it again. I waited for about a week and washed 5 loads of clothes. Voila it worked great. You must understand, my sinks were leaking so bad that I had to use the wet vac to get the water up. No more problems. It is not leaking at all, nowhere. I gave the 4th can away to a friend who started out a non believer as I was. Remember my house is 100 years old and the concrete sink was madeinto the wall.

Dont hesitate
I ordered this with my husband telling the me whole time it was not going to work. Of course we have all seen the commercial on TV but I thought lets give this a try and let me tell you it works and works great. This is the clear liquid so I cant comment on the tape but do try this if you any leaks. We had one where we had had a leak where we had once had a vent in our roof, fixed by a roofer. Several years later we had a regular rain storm and it was leaking in our attic. Hurricane Irma was on its way and that is what my husband used even though we ended up with a 24 hour tropical storm it held. Give it a try.

Works great after the first big rain!!
I read the reviews and was prepared with a wire brush, gloves, goggles, paint thinner for clean up etc. etc. Instead, I ended up using a small inexpensive paint roller, which I tossed afterwards. I was sealing a 5 foot section of my basement floor which was leaking. I poured and rolled, poured and rolled until my entire surface was completely covered with a thick coating. It rolled on so easy, I thought I was doing it wrong!! It was too simple! I purchased a small can but had to order another. I think I put it on so thick that I used the can up quickly. It has a high gloss to it. I checked the next day and was disappointed thinking it was still wet. I touched it to find that it had actually dried but kept the same high gloss. The first rain was moderate. NO PROBLEM!!! can't wait for the next heavy rain or snow , to see if it really works.!!!!! I am thinking about using it for the entire wall on that same side. Love it....so far....

Excellent product and does exactly what is boasts
Excellent product and does exactly what is boasts. Very thick, so you have to be patient in applying and forget cleaning (use a cheap brush and throw it away). Hard to apply a second coat since it is difficult to see the old and new when you use the clear. It is pricey, so you don't want to waste any of it. I've used the spray version, but find that is best for small jobs or lining clay pots. It does have a strong odor, so do it outside and let it cure for a couple of days before you bring it inside.

Fantastic product that really does work!
I used this product on my own project and I can say it works. For large sealing or resealing jobs this liquid version is the way to go. Brush it or roll it. Let it dry and you are done!
