Revised my rating from 4 to 5 stars. The extra star comes from the proactive, action-based, and personal touch customer service. Proactive because they sent me a set of gaskets/washers without being prompted. Action-based because they didn't just send empty words; they sent actual gaskets/washers which they tested to work. Personal touch customer service because they sent me a handwritten letter, which tells me they're a small business (which I'm always happy to buy from) and they aren't having many customer issues (otherwise someone has a ridiculous writer's callus). One thing is for sure, they are definitely reading these Amazon reviews and they are definitely serious about making sure you have a "5-star" experience. As for the "design issue" I mentioned in my original review, they said they are aware of it and are working on a fix for it. I imagine the next batch of product will be improved in this regard. Either ways, their customer service is top notch. *********Original Review*************** It would get 5 stars except that I found the rubber gasket falls out too often. I don't think it's necessarily poor manufacturing, but just a design issue. The gasket is "held" upside down, but there is no "bracket" to hold it. It pretty much just stays in place due to surface tension. With 2 out of the 4 (2 pair) dispensers I bought, the gasket falls out every time I unscrew the top to refill. I'm guessing maybe there was supposed to be glue holding the gasket in place?

Great Cruet Set

I am surprised by how much I love these cruets. Not the first cruets I tried but will probably be the last. They are very easy to fill and are pretty much non drip. They give a small stream of oil or vinegar which is the perfect amount. The stainless part comes off of the glass part so you put that in the dishwasher to really get it clean. Plus I love the glass showing through on the bottom so you can see which is which and when you are almost out and need to easily refill them. They wipe clean easily with a damp paper towel or cloth and look very nice sitting on the counter...so much better than the messy bottles the oil and vinegar come in. I do wish they were just a few ounces larger. Other than that, I highly recommend these and will probably buy a few more sets as gifts.

This is the first time I say something on Amazon for a product. If you are looking for a good oil & vinegar set, I'm sure that there are many items out there can make you happy. BUT the reason why I'm here telling you what makes me want to write this review because of Gina and her company's customer service were done a fantastic work. At first, after received the set, I noticed that one of them was leaked from the bottom which is not supposed to be. I sent them an email and asked if I can exchange or purchase an individual bottle instead. Gina immediately replied me back, first apologies, second explained why it was happened because one of the gaskets was in the wrong position or lost cause it to leak, she sent me the pdf file of gasket placements and assembly of my cruet and told me how to fix it. After I resetting the gaskets, everything was solved, no leaking, nothing happened anymore. I sent her an email to say thanks and let her know everything is great now. One thing is in the last email we talked, she also said she will send out a replacement for me ( be honest, I thought if the problem was solved they don't have to do it. But still, I have received another bottle after 2 days which I was not expected to have it.) So this is not only about the products or money, I'm talking about a company that always take a good care of their products and especially their customers. They have my trust 100% and sure I will be stucked with this company for forever :)

love it. The size is just right

love it. The size is just right, not too big to take much space in my cabinet, not too small that I have to frequently refill.... I had tried several oil dispensers before, ELETON glass dispensers are great, the design is drip proof, but after broke two of those, I switch to Rachael Ray Stoneware EVOO dispensers, they looked great in my kitchen, but not drip proof, besides I can't see through it, sometimes it overflows when I refill. These dispensers have all I need: proper size, see through, sturdy and not fragile, looks great and so far non-dripping. I like the design, there is a small hole on the cover for air so that the oil can be dispensed when bottle is tilted, when done pouring oil and while the bottle is still tilted, I can used a finger to cover the hole to stop oil from going out, then get the bottle straight, this way the oil does not drip on the bottle. simple and smart design! Customer service is great! I found a scratch on one of the dispenser and asked for a replacement. The seller responded quickly and sent me one in a few days.

EXCELLENT QUALITY AND DESIGN

I looked at many products in stores, on line and of course Amazon. I kept coming back to this set for several reasons. First of all the size. I didn't want large bottle that are hard for me to handle. Sometimes arthritis makes it difficult to hold heavy containers. Not only are these bottle easy to handle because light weight - design helps you to hold on to it & you are able to see that there is still product in the container. And the number one feature was the size. I wanted to keep them in the upper cupboard where I can reach in and grab them quick. They appear to be excellent quality but I would certainly think about another set. I'm using mine for balsamic vinegar and the other olive oil.. but I do use other oils so another set and just label them. Very good choice and they look nice if they were put out on the table. Nice wedding or shower gift. Very happy with my purchase

Very happy with my choice! I’ve tried so many different olive oil bottles that I could probably start my own store! I’ve been trying to find a oil cruet for some time that fit my specific needs; smaller so it fit in a standard cupboard, not see through so the oil is better protected, easy to fill, and the ability to control the flow. This set checked all those boxes for me. I waited almost a month to do my review to make sure that the cruets performed to my satisfaction, and they passed with flying colors. I use them for two different grades of olive oil, so my only complaint, so to speak, is that it would be helpful to have them in two different colors. But that’s so minor, and wouldn’t affect my rating! I’ll just buy another set, and have another one for my Balsamic vinegar. Within a week of my purchase, the company that sells them, MB Lifestyle had emailed me to make sure they arrived in good shape and that I was happy with my purchase. I answered that they did indeed arrive in perfect shape, and that I hadn’t had the chance to use them, but would be happy to let her know. A few emails later and I am a customer of theirs for life, this company cares about their customers and makes sure they are content with their purchase, and if not, will make sure that they are. They are a small family owned company, so you won’t get lost in the crowd.

Bought as gifts and the recipients are pretty happy

Bought two sets of these cruets as gifts. I opened the boxes and checked them out before giving them, to make sure nothing is missing and/or damaged. On the outset, they looked pretty sleek and I liked the colors. The material looked and felt good and not like something made to cut costs. After more than two months of giving them, I checked out with the recipients and got very good feedback from both. Since I was not the one who used them, cannot provide specific details but at a high level they said that the cruets are sturdy and had a good grip when using. No leaks of any sort and pretty easy to refill and pour. The flow is even and consistent. No dripping after pouring and hence no mess that needs cleanup.

Even if you only cook one day a year when the in-laws are coming over, you NEED this cruet set

These are amazing!! I had plastic bottles, and they are so difficult to clean. The screw tops were getting oily and starting to leak and it's really bothersome to get oil off of a plastic surface. With this set, the outside is metal and glass, so I don't have to worry about cleaning them, they don't clog, and they're super easy to refill. I don't have to use my funnels, I can just pour directly from my large oil and vinegar bottles, screw the lids right back on and they're good to go. When you pour from them, they don't get liquid all down the side while starting or stopping, which is huge if you've ever used a cruet set for cooking. Most of the bottles that are pretty aren't very functional and most of the functional ones aren't very pretty. This set is definitely both. Some unexpected advantages are that they easily fit in my spice rack that I fill while cooking and if you knock one over, because of the curve in it, it won't break and if anything spills, it's very little. Done that a few times just to make sure ;) Also, if you've ever used a really tall cruet bottle, you know how thin and bottom heavy they can be, which makes it difficult when you're trying to move fast in a kitchen because the more empty they get, the more difficult it is to get the liquid out accurately. These guys are actually smaller than I expected them to be, which is very good for that purpose, but they hold a little more liquid than you would expect. Definitely a big plus over the heavier glass bottles. If you currently have your cooking oils and vinegars stored in plastic or Olive Garden looking glass bottles, give these guys a try. You'll wonder why you didn't sooner.

i have yet to use these but will tell you that the packaging, delivery, and follow up from the seller has definitely put me in the "these things are frickin' awesome camp." i live in the tropics and it can get crazy humid indoors sometimes. i was concerned about unwanted 'guests' entering through the spouts. another reviewer (i cannot remember who as of this writing) recommended purchasing small shelf caps to cover the spouts. dude was spot on with his recommendation!!! not only due their sufficiently cover the spouts, they are a nice color complement. i am quite pleased with my purchase. NOTE: of course i reserve the right to amend this review should usage go sideways in the future. for right now though...i highly recommend this set. adorbs.

My unit does drip but it shouldn't, so they returned my money

These oil dispensers are just ok. Its volume it's kinda reduced, and IT DOES DRIP (unless you can take the time to be reeeeally careful while cooking, which you normally can't, and anyway you shouldn't). I think it would be better if the spout was facing up a little bit. UPDATE (18 nov 2017): Shortly after my review the company reached out to me offering a replacement, due to a probably malfunctional unit (it's not supposed to drip). Given that I don't live in the US I couldn't accept that, so they fully refunded me instead. These attitudes talks a lot about a bussines mision and sight, so I thought future customers should know they can buy with confidence.
