My Cavalier King Charles Spaniel girls love these healthy grain free low calorie treats. I've been using these since I brought my girls home about eight months ago. I have an auto delivery once a month for two packages. The treats have helped them learn all kinds of tricks and are used as rewards when showing agility in the 4h. We don't treat for commands of behavior like sit stay and bed but if we did I'm certain we'd need more packs per month. The treats have always been consistent in softness and I personally think they smell good. The only con is that the size is not always consistent and you may get a few small treats in the bag.

Good soft medium value treat for pups

I bought these for my 8 week old pup and he took to them immediately. I love that their ingredients are meat and plant-based, not filled with grains. My puppy seems to love the flavor, and the scent is atttractive enough to hold his attention but not so much it’s stinky. Compared to other treats we have tried, they are easier to tear into smaller portions and soft. One treat can actually be four treats by tearing it into smaller bits. They are good for training or a quick reward. We’ve used them to teach sit, stay, and down so far with good success, and are already reordering after about 3-4 weeks. Make sure to reseal the bag so they don’t dry out!

My Yorkie loves these treats and they're healthy!

My Yorkie is no longer a puppy at 4 years old but she likes very small chewy treats. She has been gaining weight because the treats I give her are larger and I thought these Wellness Soft Puppy Bites may be a good treat for her IF she liked them. She is oh so picky. This bag of treats is small but there are quite a few little square softish treats in there. They are a bit bigger than a dime (see photo) and soft. It doesn't take much to chew these. Obviously for little puppies that is ideal. The ingredients are quite good with lamb and salmon being the first two. These are quite healthy and small enough that they won't pack on the pounds even if I give my dog a few a day. the price is steeper than mega bags of treats but with questionable ingredients so I am OK with it. I especially would be careful if my dog were still a puppy as their digestive systems are still developing. I have not had any issues with my dog having watery stools or gas as I have read in some reviews. It may be because she is older or it just may be how some dogs and puppies react to certain ingredients. My dog loves these treats and is happy with two or three a day. I wish I could buy them in a bigger quantity but I suppose that would defeat the purpose of keeping my dog's treat level down so she doesn't get fat. I am pleased with these for the ingredients and my dog loves them for the texture and taste. I would feed a puppy these treats and feel good about it. Naturally, if the puppy had any digestive side effects, I would stop using them. But if not, I would treat my puppy without guilt because these are healthy snacks.

A MUST for All new puppy.l

I don't know what it is about this "treat", but it's the main snack my Shih tzu wants. In fact, every time I get a box delivered, he has his little 13lb. self right there trying to get me to open it faster. Each piece is flat, about the size of your thumbnail, & soft (but not floppy or wet). I break each one in half before I give them to him in hopes of making them last longer, as I think he would eat the whole bag if I let him. My only wish is that they put more in the bags. If you're only giving them 4-6 of them daily, they may last a wk. But, it's been a tried & true love for my Luke, who's been enjoying them since his teeth started really coming in. The extra plus for me is peace of mind that they aren't going to cut or get lodged in his throat like some of the other treat options out there. Hope your puppy loves them as much as mine does!

Great treats

My puppy loves these treats he's a german shepherd and the first time I gave him these were when he was 7 weeks old and he loved them. He starts listening and paying attention right when he sees the bag. I use these to teach him commands and he listens and learns. At the pet store they have those treats out in the open but he won't eat those. So idk if he's a picky dog or not but I do know he loves these. These are the only ones I have tired.

YOU CAN'T GO WRONG WITH THESE TREATS!

I bought these for training my new puppy. I don't know why I took them to the airport with me when I picked my up, but I was very glad I did! My little guy was scared to death & cowered in the back of the carrier. I coaxed him out with the treat. He was shaking like a leaf, so I held him and spoke to him quietly for a few minutes. A note on the carrier said he hadn't eaten anything during his only layover, so as soon as he'd stopped shaking, I offered him a treat. He gobbled it down & wound up eating almost the whole bag. I bought another bag of these (at a store what shall remain nameless), & he really does love them! So I've signed up for Subscribe & Save, & they're even cheaper buying them that way! In the photo I've provided, I had just asked him if he wanted a treat. Note the ears up & intent look.

My dogs favorite treat

Earlier I reviewed my dogs favorite dog food, now it's time to give 5 stars to her favorite treat. She is a rescue from a puppy mill and I have spent the last year building trust. I have purchased several foods and treats watching her reaction with the introduction of each. You can tell when it is consumed just because they are hungry and when they are excited and happy because they love what you just gave them. I have purchased and then given away several dog foods and treats that she didn't seem to care for unless she was just hungry. When I pick up these treats she comes alive, jumps around wagging her tail and that makes me happy too.

Great for older Dogs with very few Teeth left.

I watch my son's and Daughter in Laws 13 year old Teacup Yorkie who weighs 3 pounds.(The runt of the litter) .The dog is Healthy and active but has very few Teeth left so with the recommendation of his Vet we started buying Wellness Soft Bites a few years ago so he is not deprived of his treats.He loves these Soft Bites and gets crazy happy whenever we pull the bag out he knows exactly what time it is.Though these are small perfect for Puppies we do break them in half due to his digestive system and because he eats them like he is in a eating competition.Love that they are grain free and feel confident knowing we are giving him the best! The bag is rather small but they do last long because we only give him a few a day as recommend.I also appreciate they are not harming what Teeth he has left.We also buy the Wellness Puppy food which he loves.I would recommend this for your Puppies and also older Dogs especially those who do not have all there Teeth anymore.Will always buy this Brand and price point is cheaper than our local Petco where we live and they get delivered right to our door. Very Convenient having prime.

perfect puppy treat

My pup LOVES these treats! Regular biscuits are a little too hard for the pup still, these are nice and soft for those baby teeth and make for the perfect treat, she can easily chew down. They break in half easily, and added bonus they fit in my KONG treat nicely to keep her occupied! I think these are going to be a valuable tool in training my new pup! Good Ingredients, trusted brand. better than most stuff out there. And despite what a lot of others have said, I (thankfully!) am NOT experiencing any diahrea issues! I will update if I see any changes or have a change of opinion.

great for training and everyday treats

My dog loves these treats. They are the perfect size for training & reinforcement. He is a small Chi mix about 10lbs. and prefers softer side of food/treats and these are his favorite. I have subscribed to them monthly to ensure he will always have his favorite snack. 4 of 4 paws approval from Bruce Lee the dog! I LOVE these! They are bite size for my little mouth and soft and chewy the way I like. Nom, Nom, Nom.
