What can you say about plastic grocery bags. I use this for the litter box as our city has banned these bags from stores. This is the second time I've purchased this type of bag, and this brand is clearly much stronger than what I bought previously. They're stronger than any I had seen in grocery stores. If you need this type of bag, these are pretty impressive.

I'm handicapped and used the grocery bags from the supermarket to dispose of coffee grounds, egg shells, food packaging etc. when cooking instead of walking back and forth from the range and prep area to the waste can. When Suffolk Cnty. LI impressed a 5 cent charge for store bags, my wife used her own shopping bags without exception.....my supply of 'hanging bags' ran out. These filled the need and unlike the supermarket bags none have had a hole in the bottom. My wife and I have recycled paper, corrugated, glass, metal and acceptable plastics for years, so I feel somewhat guilty for circumventing the intent of the plastic ban. I deal with my circumstances as I can, helps mitigate the guilt.

I am very satisfied with this product

I am very satisfied with this product. Now that California does not permit grocery stores to give plastic bags to customers I had 2 problems. 1) Having a sanitary bag to bring home my groceries (reusable bags harbor bacteria that is further exacerbated by being stored in a hot car). 2) I previously repurposed my grocery bags for all of my small trash cans throughout the house. The bags are well made and have no hole along the bottom seams. They are slightly larger than the bags I used to get at Walmart checkout.

Good strong bags - a bit bigger than Walmart size bags.

We use plastic bags for a lot of things - trash, cat litter, ect, but we kept running out faster than we could get them at Walmart especially with them giving the evil eye on how full you stuff them... so we decided to buy some online and we got these. They are exactly what we thought. They are a bit bigger than Walmart bags and seem sturdy enough... easier to store as well since they aren't used. If you are looking for bags, you found them!

Thanks to our 'betters' in Sacramento, we are no longer allowed to have these shopping bags given to us at stores. Apparently they detract from the natural beauty of California...you know, the streets flowing with human feces and discarded junkie needles all over the sidewalks. A wayward shopping bag would spoil that view for everyone! Enter Tashibox Shopping Bags. These are what used to be 'high end' cheapo shopping bags. You didn't worry about them falling apart with, say, a gallon of milk inside, and you didn't worry about losing things through a hole(s) in the bottom. These were the shopping bags we would take for granted. Except we used them! Oh how we used them! Just as we use these! So my daughter manages to fill her diaper with something so unholy the devil himself would be looking for his fainting couch. I don't want to put this nightmare in the trash can like it is, because someday I might have to open it up again. So I grab a Tashibox Shopping Bag, open it with fairly minimal effort (I recommend you pre-open them for 2am diaper doodies), insert the catastrophe into said bag, tie it shut, and run outside to the trash, confident the neighbors won't be calling the local HAZMAT crew on trash day. I also keep them in the car for the same reason, as well as picking up dog poo on occasion. That's just one use for these handy dandy things! Did somebody ship you something with packing peanuts? Put them in these bags to keep them from going everywhere. Need to carry lunch or other stuff to work, but forgot your lunch box? Wet, sandy clothes from the beach? Garage sales? Trash bags. These things are Handy! I still use the fancier ones sold at the stores, but rarely, and for more difficult duties. For light/stinky duties, these are perfect! Buy them!

Bought for litter box

We don't grocery shop that often and it's annoying to keep running out of bags to scoop the cat boxes. I saw plenty of other reviewers that claimed the same thing and bought these. They work, don't rip and are a good size for my three cats/two boxes that we clean daily.

No holes, No Worries

Here in Calif they outlawed grocery bags. Had to get a sturdy bag for my kitty poo. These are wonderful. Sturdy, strong, flexible and NO air holes. 100% leak proof. They come packaged flat in a box. They separate with ease. No fighting or tugging needed. I grab a weeks worth and put them in a small basket near the kitty poo box and am good to go.

Take that plastic bag ban

Ever since California passed their idiotic plastic bag ban I've been on the hunt for cheap plastic bags that I can use for multiple uses around the house that I used to use the grocery bags for. These are perfect for that purpose and while they are not free they are very inexpensive. Worth it to those of us who depended on plastic bags for much more than bringing home groceries.

Perfect for cleaning the litter box!

It seems weird to leave feedback for plastic grocery bags, but here I am. I bought these because plastic bags are now banned in California, which is great for the environment, but not so great for those of us who use them for cleaning the kitty litter box. That's what I ordered these for, and with 300 in a box, I'm good for a year. The bags are very durable, don't split at the seams, and are perfect for my use. They're also very well priced. I'm happy and the kitties are happy.
