Has helped my energy for Gym workouts

My health has not been the same since I had multiple surgerys in 2016. Among all things my testosterone level took a dump and started to cause issues with my personal life. Better Than I Expected

Have been taking these for a month now and have noticed a great improvement. I have more energy, I have lost 12 pounds and sleep better. I was skeptical at first but figured I would give it a try. If you are over 50, like me, and are looking for something to help you gain some energy and feel/sleep better, I would recommend this highly.

Difference in endurance after 2 weeks

I am a competitive runner and play a whole lot of basketball on my Sundays. It's really difficult for me to feel the effects of anything (caffeine spikes, pre workouts, etc) since I am always "on". I'm 34 and decided to add this product along with CLA supplements, and experienced noticeable results with my endurance after two weeks. I am able to last longer without feeling tired or burning out when I'm giving it all towards the end of my training. So if you are an aggressive workout fanatic, give it a couple of weeks for it to really kick in. Highly recommend this one!
