Only worked for a month :( UPDATE: Company sent a replacement

UPDATE: The company contacted me immediately after I posted my original review. They worked quickly to resolve the issue by sending me a replacement charger. I received the new charger and so far it is working wonderfully!!! My only complaint is that the original chargers LED indicator strip was small (about the width of a fingernail) but the new charger LED indicator strip is almost the full width of the charging platform. Not a big deal but much brighter at night than the original model. Overall, I am extremely pleased with the company and their response to me and the product! I have had this charger for just under a month. It is actually the second I purchased because the first worked so well! All of the sudden this morning, the LED indicator is flashing blue and will not stop. I have tried changing the cord, taking my phone out of the case, leaving it unplugged for 30 seconds, etc...I don't understand why it stopped working since I have literally changed nothing :( I guess I just got a defective unit since my original one still works great just needed BOTH to work great and not just 1.

The big problem with the ones bought by the one-star reviewers, they weren’t paying attention to the plug adapter requirement.

This is the Real Deal - Ignore the One Star Reviews. If you buy this you have to also buy the plug adapter. If all you’re using is the cheap little iPhone plug adapter it doesn’t supply enough power and you’ll eventually burn this charger out. I’ve been using two of them (one at work and one at home) for a few weeks now and it works flawlessly. Also, you don’t have to screw around finding a sweet spot to get it to work like you do on the earlier chargers. By the way there is a newer version now by this maker so be sure and check that out. Sleek looking charger that does the job

No issues so far. Plug it in and set your phone on it. Nice clean look and just hope it lasts a year.

Excellent Fast wireless charger

Excellent Fast wireless charger. I purchased two one for my wife's Samsung S7 Edge (it shows wireless fast charging in the screen) and one for my LG G6. I am also able to charge my LG G3 wirelessly with the help of the Qi sticker.

AMAZING AND IT JUST SAVED ME A TON OF MONEY =)

I bought this because my note 5 wouldn't charge. It turned out it was the charging port that was messed up, I thought I would try this before I bought a new phone and I am so glad I did. This will not work for our Note 3 though, It has a usb plug in which works out great for me when I travel too because I can just plug it in my stereo. I am so glad I bought this and not the 70.00 one from sprint. Again, I highly recommend it.

Works through Commuter Series Otterbox

Just received my Seneo Wireless Charger in the mail today, and so far so good! I have the iPhone XS Max and it works perfectly. It even will charge it with my Commuter Series Otterbox on, which I’ve had issue in the past will getting to work! I ordered 2 because I’m gifting one to my grandmother for Christmas and she has a Galaxy Note 9, so we will see how it works on hers after that and I will update my review then! But so far for iPhone, I would definitely recommend! Good price, good quality and pretty fast shipping! Update 2/3/19 Charger is still working great, never have had an issue so far with it. I use it daily!

Works Great!

I love this cell phone charger. I just bought an iPhone XR and it’s a fast charger. It makes contact well and immediately starts charging. You do not have to remove the phone case like on the cheaper models. Buy this if you don’t want any headaches!

Solid product: Great design, functionality, and value

I have purchased other wireless charging bays and this one is awesome because I simply set this thing up next to my computer at work and I can either charge my work phone (iPhone 8) or personal phone (Samsung S8). Good buy for the money. Favorite features: 1. Charging light on the bottom: Seems silly, but this actually really helps to know whether the unit is charging or has been fully charged and the phone might be in sleep mode 2. Slanted viewing angle: the other charging stations I have bought make the device lie flat, which isn't as useful in my opinion. Also, as an added plus, since the S8 always shows the time, it makes it easier for me to see the time/notifications
