Amazing! we ordered a unit and it had a flawed leg that it didn't lock into place. The merchant replaced this unit at no cost to us. Without question, the merchant reached out to us and just sent a replacement tent. It is PERFECT and This Merchant is WONDERFUL and this tent canopy is GREAT!

I was working on an outside project and we were having long stretches of triple digit, cloudless days. I ordered this so I could set up a table and tools to have some shade while working. Easy to set up out of the package. I did it alone in about 30 minutes. If I had a second set of hands it would have been half of that. We did get a freakish amount of rain over a couple days and rain did collect on the roof fabric and the weight did cause the accordian like metal supports to bend inward. Since this was not a tent I purchased with the intent of using for anything other than to avoid heatstroke during this project- I’m not really concerned about it. I grabbed some spare PVC and added some support to make the roof fabric tighter so water wouldn’t collect again, should we get more rain before my project is complete. Overall I’m pleased. Had I bought this to take down and set up many times for gatherings, and was not letting it remain up 24/7 in the elements, I think it would likely hold up well!

So far, I am impressed! I have been looking for a screened tent for our porch for 2 years. The ones I found were either too large, difficult to assemble, or cheap. This one is perfect in that the frame supports the canopy top and the screens are connected to the canapy top with Velcro. In winter, I intend to leave the frame on the porch and just remove the canopy top and screens. I will post an update next year. As one reviewer commented, the legs are not heavy duty so you do have to be careful they do not bend.

Finally used it this weekend and it fit perfectly over the hatch of my minivan, allowing us to sleep in the van on an air mattress. It was a piece of cake to put up and take down and even without a floor bugs did not seem to be an issue. We used a tarp to cover the end of the van and clipped it to the screen. One flaw the zipper on the bag broke immediately.

This is a very high quality product and I have been very happy with the great customer service as well. I have not yet tried it in rainy conditions but the build quality is very good and I love the mosquito net walls. Like all pop ups you need to tie it or weight it down in windy conditions. I COULD NOT be any happier with this product or transaction! Thank you!

My family loves this canopy! We have the 10 by10 in tan and it looks great and keeps the bugs out. The frame, canopy and netting are all quality products. We can fit our rectangle patio dining table and six chairs inside, it's a little snug getting around when we're all in there, but not bad. We haven't been able to eat outside without getting pestered by flies, and that was the main reason why we bought this and it does the job. We couldn't be happier! This company has wonderful customer service too, they checked up on how we liked the product and if there was anything they could help us with. Thank you, Cherry!

Best pop-up canopy and best service ever (I have owned 5 or 6 over the years)! Sturdy and easy to set up with many important reinforcements where they need to be. Loved it from the start, then really appreciated the company after about 1 year. Two cross bar sections (weakest link in any popup because they must be light or system would be too hard to use) broke after some sort of bending. I was used to tossing pop-ups after similar breaks but noticed that these cross bars were connected using nut and bolt (not irremovable rivets!), I contacted the company with some doubt but found out quickly how strongly they support the product. I said replacement of broken sections would be easy if they simply sent me replacement sections (I didn't ask about total product replacement, since fair is fair, but I wouldn't have been surprised if they had offered something). In any case, no-cost replacement sections arrived in 5 days, replacement took 20 minutes, and I could not be more pleased. Thank you, Wendy.

This canopy is quick and easy to set up. Ours was damaged by wind the first time we used it and they were kind enough to send us a replacement. Since then, we have used it in less windy conditions and it works great. Recommend purchasing weighted bags to hold down the legs for the larger canopies as a steady breeze can lift the entire canopy!

Great product I put over my wood deck. It was windy and heavy rains and it held up with strings at all 4 corners and it stayed no need to screw it into deck as I am at a corner property. I am using the netting and it kept 90% of flies out. Easy to put up with at least 2 ppl. Taking it down before winter.

I bought this pop-up for a craft fair. I received it today and decided to set it up to make sure it was good and nothing was broken. Everyone was busy, so I wanted to see how hard it would be to put up myself. Took me maybe half an hour and I had no clue what I was doing at first. I also have fibromyalgia and back issues and it wasn't much of an issue. It took me 10 minutes to take down. I have no idea how it would hold up in wind and rain, but I don't intend to find out if I don't have to.
