This is an incredible value. It sounds great too. It also looks professional. I am just really impressed with every facet of this mic kit. I have a Audiotechnica and a Heil mic that are still in the box. I bought this kit so I could mount them but doing a sound comparison people liked this mic better.

I checked out reviews of this mic on YouTube before buying it and despite hearing recordings of it sounding fairly clean, I still didn't have high hopes. For a $30 bundle of a mic, pop filter and stand, this is an incredible value, definitely get more than what you pay for with this. When price is considered, I have to give this 5 stars because the value prospect makes up for the fact that it doesn't sound like a $200 mic. The stand isn't the greatest quality, but I haven't had any real issues with it. Pop filter is pretty standard quality. Shock mount works as it should. The mic isn't the most high quality, but for recording voice overs I think it's fine. I've watched videos of people also using to recording singers and miking a guitar amp and it was acceptable enough for somebody on a tight budget. Not something you'd see in a professional studio obviously, but you shouldn't be expecting that given the price. Hook it up to a real audio interface and you'll probably get better results. I use a Scarlett 2i2.

Great microphone kit! When you first pull the stand out of the box, it seems light and flimsy, but it works beautifully, stays exactly where I put it. Nice to have the pop filter included. Bought a XLR to XLR cord to plug the microphone into my mixer. Very happy with this purchase!!

Must say pretty good quality for the price you pay for the only thing is that I would suggests getting a power supply because it needs more power to the microphone I actually used it without a power supply and actually made a few videos for my youtube channel & there was always this slight buzing sound that bother so now I'm buying the power supply everyone says it gets rid of that noise. If you want to check out my channel it's "DeathrowGames"

Definitely needs the power adaptor, and something like Audition to use it properly, but with both of those it's an amazing bang for your buck, and entry level condenser mic with a stand. The pop filter is pretty huge and only makes a difference if you blow into the mic, so I put that in the closet, but hey it's nice to know I have it.

This works suprisingly well. I have a Focusrite interface with 48v and am running compression and noise gate software to clean it up a bit. Can’t tell the difference between this and my Shure mic 99% is the time.

First, YOU MUST HAVE PHANTOM POWER. It in the description a few times but unless your interface has 48v power to the mic its just not gonna work well. That said, hooking it up to my Behringer UMC202HD interface was a breeze and the sound quality it fantastic. Input levels are nice and loud and the sound it crisp and clean. The arm works well as long as your at least moderately careful with it and I did not have any issue with the arm holding the weight of the mic or re-positioning it. The pop filter and wind filter are added bonuses and either one works well. I prefer the foam wind cover.. I guess I just not that hard with my P's. The isolation mount fits well and hold the mic firmly in place. Just remember to use the two levers to open the holder.. just don't jam the mic into the mount. For under $30 its a great deal for beginner/intermediate use.

I purchased this kit because I wanted to switch from a headset to a condenser microphone that would let me use my Audiotechnica headphones along with it. Since I didn't have any of the parts (such as a stand, power supply, shock mount, etc.) I was looking for a good budget introductory set. After searching for ~1 week I came across this kit which was considerably cheaper than the combined cost of similar setups if I had purchased the different parts individually. I've been using this setup for about 2 months now and love it. If you're looking to get a microphone setup this is by far the best "bang for your buck" deal I found. I've listed out a few pros and cons for this setup but overall the positive aspects far outweigh the negative aspects. Pros: -Cheap bundle, no need to piecemeal parts -Quality parts, especially the microphone unlike other bundles I viewed -Looks pretty neat Cons: -The wire arm on the pop filter sucks and doesn't really hold well, I never planned on using it initially, however, so I didn't let this effect my overall rating. -The scissor arm stand and clamp don't really have a locking mechanism besides just tightening a thumb screw

For the love of god don’t buy a blue yeti or a head set or anything that has the word GAMER in it. What ever your doing that requires a mic just buy this. Everyone in the discord call will appreciate your decision. Honestly though this thing sounds great, looks neat and has a suspension system to hold the mic inplace. Great price for 30$.

Bought this because i did not want to use a headset while gaming. It works without a 48v phantom power, it comes with an xlr to mic jack so it's basically plug and play. The stand however is a bit flimsy and can't take much weight but it holds the mic up just fine The raw sound without a phantom power is not great, but it gets the work done for gaming and does not annoy your friends with echos. However this is the feedback using "Discord" voice chat app. Through GTA V on pc taking off push to talk and just have it on constantly, i have heard 1 complaint telling me it's loud or irritating, but it was fine using push to talk . . . All in all i like it, it's cheap, not for professional use, but does have a professional look 10/10 would recommend to budget minded gamers
