First, the customer service from this company(Becky is amazing!!)shined like the sun!! Incredible and beyond noteworthy!! Thank you! The air bed. Its a KING which is actually verrry difficult to find! Love the cover, makes me feel more secure, since 3 of our cats are always in bed with us! Nice colour, i cant stand basic beige anything! No smell, fast and easy from box to blown up bed. Its been up for about 2 weeks and its just now starting to feel like we might need to top it off with a bit more air. Overall, fantastic from purchase to performance. Finally something thats not great at either seller or item. This has high quality on both! 100 stars!

I had issues when I first got it but I contacted Fox BEST customer service you can't go wrong with them! They had another mattress delivered to me in a few days. this mattress is exactly as described...This is cute and comfortable I even overslept on my new mattress lol..:)

Stellar Customer Service

Six weeks after purchasing this air mattress it started a very very slow leakage. Since it was past the Amazon return period I tried to live with it. But it got to the point where I had to keep topping it up - no small feat since I lived in a remote area & electricity was across a bridge. Luckily I was able to move to a cabin that has electricity but the topping up became more & more frequent. Efforts to engage the resources directed in the manual failed. I then wrote the seller, FoxWebstores. The owner, Becky responded promptly even though it was late at night. Long story short, she cheerfully FedExed a replacement & assured me that I had no need to return the defective one. That was a huge concern of mine, repacking it into the small box it came in. I thank God for Becky. She was so quick to assess, understand, console & deliver the best solution possible. I love her.

Great warranty and great seller.

I bought this bed in March and the Wife and I have used it several times. The last few days or so it began not holding air all the way through the night which was strange to us. It had never had an issue before fills up fast with the built in pump. very comfortable and we look forward to sleeping on it. Today as I write this I reached out to the seller about the warranty. I expected the usuall run around and at least a week to get a response. Instead I was surprised to get an email within an hour asking for the order number. within a couple hours they are sending a new bed out and not charging me shipping nor did they require the old bed back. I would recommend this bed and this seller to anyone and everyone and this was not a paid review.

This mattress is comfy, it blows up and comes down easily. I really liked the sheet/skirt combo. The bed sits up as high as a traditional bed. And you can adjust the firmness. Great purchase.

First air mattress I don't hate.

I have been sleeping on it for the past 2 weeks, have not had to refill it once yet. That is a first for an air mattress in my life. Pro tip: if you plan to sleep on it for prolonged periods of time, get a foam top, it will feel like a proper bed.

Holds air all night and firmness is adjustable

I had 2 other king air mattresses and neither held air. Purchased this one and it held air all night and was so far superior to any air mattresses that I’ve seen before. Even has a mattress cover with bedskirt.

Great bed

We bought this bed to take on visits to family and for vacations. So far we used it daily for one week. Used for a 240lb, 6 foot tall person. The bed inflated quickly and was very comfortable. The sheet is great and stays in place throughout the night. The attached bedskirt gives the bed a nice 'finished' look. We found that we needed to inflate the bed just a little bit every couple of days. With the built in pump, that presented no problem at all. I'm very happy that we purchased the twin extra long as opposed to the twin. It's a great size for one person and it doesn't take up a lot of floor space. It is also very easy to flip over into its side for the day if you need to make more walking space in the room.

It was great. Upon returning to the home again

We used this product for a few days at a second home. It was great. Upon returning to the home again, there now is a small leak under the material on a seem fold and the bed deflates, causing us to keep filling it throughout the night. It is now past the time of return , but in the manual it says I have 180 days. It has been maybe 90 days. Is there anything I can do to get a replacement or no? I don' t think the patch kit will work. UPDATE: After speaking with costumer service. I was informed of their awesome warranty at which time they stated it was a manufacture defect on the seem of the mattress, which sometimes happens. They took full responsibility and sent me a brand new mattress without any hassles whatsoever! They back this product 100% and were very truthful. I would recommend this product to anyone interested and upgrade my rating to five stars, for both the product and costumer service! Thanks again!
