I should have bought these the minute I purchased my new work boots. The boots I bought had a standard sole that fell apart when I started using them, after about a year or so. If I had these a year ago, I would have enjoyed using my boots much more because they honestly make my boots feel like the ASICS I use everyday which have great soles in them and that I can wear all day without any foot fatigue. If you enjoy working, and you want your feet to feel great after work, these are the soles for you. I was surprised because they were the exact same size as the soles that came with my boots, to the extent of a tolerance of a 1/16 of an inch.

I've been wearing these sole inserts for over a month now and they perform well. I work in a warehouse and walk 3+ miles a day while pulling orders and they really help to prevent soreness in my feet and back. The memory tech soles in my reeboks fell apart after only a few months, but the shoes where still in good shape so I didn't want to be wasteful and throw them out. I replaced the soles with these and I'm impressed by the comfort and performance they provide. The 7-8.5 size fits well in my 4E wide, size 8 shoes, although I did have to remove the old soles to use these. But that's easy to do and these come with an adhesive like backing to help them stay in the shoe. If you're in a situation like me, where you just want to replace worn out soles then I recommend this product. Update: 8 months later and they’re still working great. I even bought a new pair of work shoes and swapped these soles from my old shoes. Although, they are showing slight wear as you can see by the lighter areas on the sole. Still, they’re definitely worth it and I’m sure they’ll last through my current shoes also. Update 2: More than a year later and over a thousand miles of walking, here’s what the soles look like. As you can see, they have started to lose material and are wearing out in some areas but are still very comfortable. I’ll definitely be buying another pair soon and I’ll keep using the originals.

While cut-to-fit insoles have their place, my experience has been they don't exactly work out like they should. I was very glad to find insoles factory cut for specific shoe sizes. In my case I wear a mens 8.5 and the size 7-8.5 mens insole fit perfectly without any cutting or reshaping needed. I used these in a pair of Vans Authentics to upgrade their comfort factor. Out came the original insoles ...which had come loose anyway ...and in went these Sof Sole Athletes. Wow! What a difference! While I wouldn't classify the cushioning as "cloud-like" the Athletes offer a comfortably supportive feel. The shoes I put them in are not running shoes so they don't have any mid-sole cushioning; it's all the Sof Sole and these Athletes work great. If you're looking for that "pillow-soft" feel I would look at one of the other offerings from Sof Sole especially if your using them like I did in a pair of Vans ...you'd probably get the same feel when used in the likes of Converse All-Stars or any minimally constructed casual sneaker. For me these were exactly what I was looking for and turned just an okay pair of kicks into some uber comfy casual sneaks I can wear all day long. The anti-microbial treatment is a good thing to help stave off foot funk. I heartily recommend these and I will be scoring some more.

I bought these because I have flat feet, stand for a good portion of most days, and play a lot of soccer and basketball. Playing sports has, for the first time in my life, resulted in shin splints -- not a fun experience. So, I bought these to hopefully remedy the daily pain I was experiencing. I'm between a Men's 9.5 and 10. Inserted into my size-10 shoes, these create a snug, but comfortable fit. Unfortunately, I can't use them for any of my size 9.5 shoes. Doesn't both me at all, to be honest -- I've had zero shin splints since introducing these to my feet! Love them -- will probably get a second (and maybe third) pair for my non-athletic shoes.

Where do I begin ? These insoles have saved my feet. I'm currently in a police academy where I stand for long periods of time, I march , I run , I have to do squats and jog even in my uniform shoes and these insoles have prevented pain blisters and any possible foot problems I would have otherwise experienced using the cheap insoles provided in shoes. this is the third pair I have bought I have 2 for my uniform shoes and 1 for my workout shoes and they have kept my feet in good shape. My Fitbit says i easily do over 10000+ steps daily and to be able to come home after a long 9-10 hour day without foot pain is an amazing feeling The only cons that isn't a big deal is that the insoles do seem a bit smaller it just really depends on your shoes all shoes are different But the insoles do stick on and don't move even if there is a bit of space in the toe area.

All sneakers have a moderate amount of cushion, but no where enough when it comes to being comfortable and walking/ standing all day long. I am a college student at a UC and walk close to 6000+ steps a day whilst lugging a 50lb backpack. And I have a number of shoes from nikes, Jordan's and vans which I all would say are pretty moderate when it comes to comfort But I randomly came across this insole and decided to give it a try, and here how I tested if it was worth the investment - I replaced the insole of one Nike air Jordan 1 with aid sole Athletic insole, and left the other shoe with the original insole it came with. at first I noticed it was much more supportive and my foot was cradled by the curves of the insole much more competed to the original sole, which left my shoe feeling like there was a bunch of space under my arc. At the end of the day I did notice my show with the insole much less fatigued than the one without OVERALL: I would definitely recommend replacing he insole (instead of just placing it on top of the existing one) usually it just takes a little effort to peel it off the shoe Bc it's held down with a mild glue This insole did a great job in replacing the original insole and providing comfort and support Here are pics of the original sole of my air Jordan 1's compared to the cushioning of the sof sole insole

I bought these insoles for my hiking boots for a 16 mile hike on the Appalachian Trail. I replaced a $59 pair of SuperFeet insoles which I bought at REI (who took them back after 4 months which is why REI is great) which were no longer cutting it (after 3 months, they lost their cushion). I'm a 315 pound 6-foot man so being on my feet for hours on end is a challenge. These insoles are so effective and comfortable, I was able to hike for several hours without any tired or sore feet whatsoever. I highly recommend these insoles. Just make sure you get the right ones.

Do not hesitate if you are looking at these insoles. I purchased a pair over two years ago and put them in my Army Combat boots. The comfort and support they gave me during field exercises, road marches, ranges, schools, and especially during those long CH-47 flights is amazing. As an active duty Soldier these insoles are just superior to anything ever issued. Pictures are attached after two plus years of wear. I am replacing all my insoles with another set. Their durability is just as awesome as their cushion.

I recently found out that the insoles that cone with new shoes are made to break down in about six months. These Sof Soles brought my structurally sound Asics back to life. I started researching shoes, insoles, support, etc. when I had peroneal tendonitis in my right ankle. Not only did these inserts aid in the healing process, but they eliminated my lingering pain. Seriously, get them!! They are an inexpensive godsend. **JUST REMEMBER TO PEEL THE ORIGINAL/OLD INSOLES OUT OF YOUR SHOES BEFORE INSTALLING!!**

Amazing product. First tried the Timberland PRO Men's Anti Fatigue Technology Replacement Insole, which wasn't bad at all, just not what was needed. I got these for my son being on his feet all day at work. He did like them, but those weren't working for him as we hoped it would. Bought these to give them a try, and boy let me tell my son loves them loves them loves them. He says his feet feels so much better. I ended up buying another pair for his other work shoes. For sure recommend this product, this Insole is softer and squishier then the Timberland ones, so it really depends what your need is.
