This bag will last a year if you use smoking ...
This bag will last a year if you use smoking boxes. About the size of a large Dorito bag. I moisten the apple chips with Jack Daniels and start them 1/2 hour before the steaks. Works with pineapple juice and burgers too.

The best
Nothing can match the rich, smoky flavor of pecan chips for bbq. I have typically used mesquite, apple wood, etc, but these pecan chips add a sweetness and a deep smoky flavor to meats and seafood that is hard to beat. If you let the meat smoke long enough, you'll get a really nice, pink smoke line, deep into the flesh. I've used it on shrimp, scallops, beef burgers, rib-eyes, chicken, and brisket. Try it if you haven't before. People will be asking you what your secret is. Don't tell 'em, though; make them wonder.

A Must for a Gas Grill!
I have a Weber Spirit II grill. The grill itself is very good. However, after using a charcoal grill for many years, I have become used to the delicious smoky flavor that charcoal produces. The gas grill was just a lot less flavorful by comparison. After adding these chips to a grill smoke box, my taste buds have awakened again with that delicious smoky flavor! Trust me, if you have a gas grill you must try these! You will not go back to gas alone. Steak tastes absolutely delicious. I have tried these on ribeye, New York, and skirt steaks, and all come out smoky and flavorful.

Good results with electric smoker
Got the apple chips as an add-on item. I am a relative novice to smoking; got an MES30 and have been experimenting with different wood types. Used apple to smoke the Thanksgiving turkey, and a hickory/apple mix for the Christmas prime rib. Got a lot of compliments and contributed to good holiday memories.

but I am very glad that Amazon has them for a fair price
Its hard to beat the taste of a pecan smoked pork shoulder. I think the smoke is a little milder than hickory so you can leave the meat in smoke longer. Alot of people smoke pork for a couple hours then finish in the oven, I put my smoker temp at 205 and smoke for several hours and cook all day (9 hours for ribs and longer for larger/thicker cuts of meat) without any extra oven finishing process. I have used these weber chips before and I wish I could get them locally, but I am very glad that Amazon has them for a fair price.

Great Price and Perfect for Smoking Pork Ribs or Shoulder
Had bought this brand in Home Depot and this is pretty much the same thing but a better price and more convenient to order and have delivered. I use this with a Masterbuilt electronic smoker and they work perfect for that. Some larger chips in there but most are the perfect size for that application. If the price remains the same, I'll definitely buy again.

Weber succeeds again with great value and flavor! Perfect for grilling and smoking
Great value and great flavor to my butter maple chicken! Just need to pre-soak these chips for 30 minutes prior to use and then place in smoking tray and 10 minutes later these smoke up some magnificent flavor. I have a 3 emmers grill which works great but somehow doesn't seem to give a good char on meats and I use chips to help that process and these not only help with adding a char o my chicken BUT adds tremendous flavor! Cant wait to try my other chips

Weber IS Quality
Quality applewood chips. Just the right amount of flavorful smoke. Used on a Weber gas grill...on top of the flavorbars in a small aluminum foil drip pan. Sweet, not to strong smoke with spice hints. Takes grilled foods and makes them extra special!

Flavor Central
These wood chips are great to add a touch of smoke flavor to anything! Smoking a pork shoulder? Soak these in water for an hour, and throw into your coals. Grilling burgers? Chunk some dry wood chips into the coals to start a wood flame to finish seat them. I always keep a bag of wood chips near my charcoal and kettle. Grab yourself a few bags too.

Ribs of goodness
OK, this was an "oh look, cheap chips buy." They are now my go-to choice for pork ribs. I find them a little subtle for other meats or cuts, but my baby backs have never been better.
