Great little gadget!

This really works and you can get perfect-looking pom poms. The directions are kind of a joke, but it's easy enough to figure them out yourself. I'd recommend wrapping as much yarn as you can on each side. They're designed for scissors to easily slide under the yarn and make an even cut - which is important for getting a round pom pom. When tying the knot, the instructions say to loop the yarn twice and then pull. This was a GREAT suggestion and makes it so you can really get a tight knot, preventing the ability to pull out individual pieces. Have fun with this!!

Well made pom-pom maker, easy peasy!

Arrived promptly, well made. These pom-pom makers are amazing! It intrigues me how clever the design is! After reading other reviews, I went to you tube and watched the video on how to and in no time at all, am making pom-poms like a pro...is there such a thing as a pom-pom pro? lol So I'm thinking of showing my 7 yr old granddaughter how to use this, as there are many clips on line to make really cute poms by using different colors of yarn and cutting here and there. I like this product because I can have something to do with my hands while watching tv.

Cheap and great to use!

So many people suggested I not buy a pom pom maker because you can make them without, however I didn't listen because I thought this was a better alternative than using cardboard and I have absolutely no complaints with these! A little confusing to understand if you've not used anything like this before but a quick YouTube search cleared that right up and I've since made at least a dozen pompoms.

These are great! I've only used the two smallest ones so far but made about 25 poms for Christmas wrapping and they were quick and easy. Thin, smaller scissors would work best for cutting around the circles. It's a bit tough with standard scissors so I need to find some better scissors.

So much easier than fingers or cardboard!

I was really never sold on using these since fingers work just fine right? Not really! If you’re looking to do more complicated things like working patterns or faces into Pom poms this is worth the investment. I just makes the cutting and tying process so much easier. Don’t follow the instructions on the box they’re a little difficult to understand. Just google a tutorial online and you’re ready to go! Esp good for kid friendly craft projects. Big thumbs up

omg i love these. i always hand made my pom poms for crochet hats but recently got these to try. and i’m in love. they are so full, I had someone ask if the pom poms were store bought.

Life changing!

I crochet avidly and have been making my own Poms for a few years, but they never came out perfect, with this little gadget it makes making Poms so much easier! Easy to use, I highly recommend! Only complaint are the I instructions, I ended up watching a 2 minute video on YouTube and bam hot it in a flash!

These are super easy to use

These are super easy to use! The instructions are written by someone who clearly doesn't have a command of the English language, but the pictures and a little common sense can get you there. I bought these because I have failed epicly trying to make pom poms on my own with my hand or cardboard or whatever other tricks are out there. My very first one turned out well. No more wasted yarn! Pro tip: have sharpened scissors ready for this project.

Really fun product!

This set of pom pom makers is great! They appear to be the same as more expensive ones in the craft stores, but here you get all 4 instead of just 2 for the same price. The instructions are ok & you can easily find a video online to watch if needed. It's pretty simple to make them & they're so fun looking! I put 2 on a scarf & will definitely use this as much as I can. The different sizes are a great option.
