IVE NOT EVER FOUND A BETTER USER FREINDLY DOORWAY AUTO LOCK HANDLE.

My wife and I love it. My wife is chairbound and no longer has to call on me to let in whom she choses. Great for me too, 😁

Solid quality and works perfectly. I use it for an inside lock of my office door. I would only suggest the remote should have the battery installed prior to shipment. The cards and codes are easy to setup and I even purchased other cards and the programmed easily. Once you have holes drilled in door the install should take less than 30 minutes.

Very easy to install and set up. Had only one hole to drill for the wire pass-through. So far it's working great. I use the key-fob, and keypad equally with no issues. I'll update if things change!

This is an amazing door lock! The remote control is wonderful, I'm disabled and getting down the steps to open the door is not possible in a timely fashion. This gives me peace of mind that my door is secure. The down side is you have to take it apart to reset it and you have to make sure the batteries are fresh.

This picture is of the door knob I installed almost a year. I installed it for a customer on an outside metal gate. I put three in and they are in an area where the mornings are moist. There is no sign of rust and still functional with the same batteries. I would recommend this product for a good budget door knob.

It's a really nice lock, I'll admit it. It looks modern, has a ton of features and ways to open the door. Has unique keys and a mechanical lock system that is much trickier to pick than standard locks. You know all these details if you real their info page... But on the downsides, it's tough to install. Quite a bit tougher than your typical door lock. You'll need to modify your door for this lock to work with it. I had to borrow a drill to make holes for all these wires and things. I knew that going in but it's something to note. Another thing is the lock is sticky if that makes any sense. 1 out of 5 times when you release the handle is doesn't automatically return to the standard position and you have to manually push it back into place. It's not a huge deal but if you forget to reset the handle to horizontal position the door will remain open since the latch won't push back out, so all this extra security would go to waste. I tried loosening the screws from several places, tightening them, I fiddled with it for half an hour but I couldn't get rid of the stickyness, only minimize it. Another thing that was the cap over the keyhole was missing out of the box. I thought maybe I left it in the box and double checked or it fell on the floor during installation but no dice. The box was kinda squished and looked unsealed when I got it, almost like they packed it into a used box and send it out last second. Don't know if this was on Amazon or Haifuan but the point is: I never got that cap. Again, not a huge deal but when you pay 120 bucks for a fancy lock you expect all the parts will be there. Anyway other than that this lock is great. Like I said, it's modern, stylish, has a ton of features and is very secure, but there are little things that keep this from being perfect. Hopefully they address some of this for future locks. OH and make sure to include all the parts please! EDIT: So the company ended up shipping me a replacement cap no charge after I contacted them. Not only that but I managed to fix my issues with the "stickyness" I was describing earlier. Basically the problem was the latch screws were too tight but I couldn't un-tighten them without making them stick out too much. So I had to take apart the door and carve out deeper the square pit where the latch plate sits. Basically the plate needs to be a little bit sunken into the side of the door, not flush and not sticking out. Once I did that and put everything together I didn't need to overtighten the screws and now the door handle is smooth as butter! I won't take back what I said about this thing being a pain to install, this isn't a simple door lock replace, but once it's working perfect it's SO worth it! Now I don't need to get up to open the door for anyone I just use the remote! So what problems with this lock remain after this edit? Well two I can think of off the top of my head. One is the little screw for the battery cover, I wish it was a standard phillips head instead of that weird alen key bit so I wouldn't need to dig out that tool everytime I need to replace the batteries. And second is the codes need to be EXACTLY 6 digits for me. For some reason any less digits or any more digits and the code is useless making me have to reset the thing. Believe me I tried several codes both longer and shorter than 6 digits and only those of exactly 6 digits would work! Not a big deal for me but something to take note of. Overall I'm happy with the lock, and I'm impressed by Haifuan's customer service, I would buy again!

My first concern was the mounting I was worried it would take some odd door holes or a odd distance from my door and I'd drill my door and this thing would not work and then I'm out a door and the money for the lock. Turns out it used my existing main hole had to drill one for the top and a single 1 inch hole for the wire. So install was easy. As far as how it works, just as advertised no complaints, no issues perfect.

Installed it on my storage building where I keep tools and equipment. Multiple key cards and remotes are very handy for key rings on the 4 wheeler, golf cart....etc. If I don't have one with me, just punch in my code.

I love this lock. It perfectly fit our escape room purpose. The instructions were very good. A template for the door was even provided. It WILL be necessary to cut an additional hole in the door, but the template makes it easy. The reason for the additional hole is that the lock keypad is on the front of the lock and the batteries are on the other side of the door. I really like that the battery pack uses an Allen wrench to open the cover. This makes it much more secure than just pressure to open or using a Phillips screwdriver. It has a feature called passage mode that works great for our escape room as you don't need to keep entering the code. With passage mode programmed on, the door stays unlocked until you press the # key a second time after entering the code. This might not be something that you may typically want to be turned on, but it works great for our escape room guests. My only complaint is that the remote control that comes with the device uses an odd battery, not the typical CR2032. This is like a short Double A. Unfortunately the type of battery required is not mentioned, or I missed it, in the instructions or the case of the remote control. This is not significant for our use but could be of use in personal use. The code can be up to 10 digits in length, which is awesome. It also allows you to enter random digits before and/or after the code to prevent someone from seeing the exact code you are using. I believe it allows up to 20 characters for this feature, which includes the actual code. Thus you could use 5 random digits before and another 5 digits after along with a 10 digit code if you wanted to confuse someone that may be watching while you enter the code. One additional feature worth mentioning is that you can turn the handles around by using an Allen wrench. This means you can easily install the doorknob on the right side or left side of the door. Just remove and turn the handles 180 degrees on each both sides to prevent it hitting the door jam. A CON is that the key is NOT a standard key and copies cannot be made. I believe another reviewer commented on this. It is a semi-circular key that is inserted on the side of the cylinder and as such is not something that your typical key cutter/locksmith could duplicate. I've attached a photo of the keys so you can hopefully see the curve on one side and the key grooves on the second side. I've also included a photo of the battery container for the remote so maybe you will know the type of batter required.
