Great product, Great support!

I picked up the Muskoka Infrared Heater, easy install and solid heat. I had it working for about a month and the bulb popped. I called Muskoka, located in the USA, which promptly sent me a replacement bulb, and instructions to get it fixed. He even provided his cell phone if there were any challenges with getting the new bulb installed. In my opinion good support makes this product a ton more valuable than anything else and these guys are fantastic support and super easy to work with!

Well made product from a great company

This Heater is perfect for my enclosed porch. It is sometimes in the single numbers or close to zero here in the winter and I take my lab out on the porch to eat his rawhide bones. I find that sitting under this heater is very comfortable as does my dog. I had a problem with the heater after a couple of months and Muskoka replaced it for me-no questions asked! The folks at Muskoka are the best! Well made product and I love it.

Great Effective Heater & Customer Service

I purchased one Muskoka 1500 Watt Heater for my screened in porch and loved it. It is very efficient and heats an area well within a 6 to 8 foot radius. The unit has worked so well I purchased a second one for my garage within a month. I do have the tripod stands for both as well. These are great providing mobility and being able to raise and lower the unit overhead to your needs in the intended target area. Great customer service as well. I had a couple product questions. Called the listed number and got a live person first try answering all my questions.

works well in a covered screened porch

Great units and great customer service.

We purchased 2 of these units and they deliver the heat. We installed both in our master bathroom which is a large open ceiling area that never got warm with conventional heating. The infrared are up high pointing down to the areas where we needed the most heat - shower area and sink/tub. What's great is that in addition to direct heat, the units warm up the surrounding marble which in turn heats the general area. We are very very happy with these heaters. We contacted Customer Service with questions and they provided stellar service.

perfect for my screened in porch

Bought this to give a little warmth for those cool spring and fall days. Reached out to this American company located in Utah who answers their phone on the first ring :) I requested some information on the mounting bracket and within the hour, received photos from a few angles which gave me all the information I needed. This little unit does all that I hoped it would on my 10 x10 screened in porch. Love the remote control which allows me to power the unit on and off and rotate the unit to the desired position (left and right), if you want to change the angle of the unit from ceiling to floor, you have to manually loosen a bolt. The remote provides a sweep which you can keep on so the unit moves continuously, or you can halt it at a specific position. The heat output is great, and it came with a cord long enough so that I could plug it in from it's height of about 7 feet straight down to the outlet below. The unit is nice and quiet even when in motion. Highly recommend.

This heater is excellent and the company is awesome. The heater puts out a lot of heat and heats my patio well. I contacted the company as I wanted an extra part and they shipped it out immediately. Would highly recommend.

We have happy hour on our porch with neighbors. Made happy hour season last longer. Great for us, bad on our liver though;.

Good heat output, nice adjustability

I installed this over my workbench in my shop just to warm me up when stationary. It does a good job of heating objects, as it should. Infrared is not designed to heat the space. The remote works well, the mount is secure, and it's nice to be warm for a change. We recently had a stretch of single digit temps with a howling wind and I was nice and toasty while I puttered around in the shop!

We love it.

We purchased this over a month ago and while it's been unusually hot here this fall we tested this in our very cold cellar prior to installing (my husband ran electrical to our front porch to accommodate it hanging high behind a soffit). We've used it once or twice and it really warms us. I was hesitant due to other reviews but I'm certain this will warm us with our distance of ~8 feet from the unit. I wouldn't expect it to do much more than that but it works in our situation.
