Excellent customer service

UPDATE: I am changing my rating from 2 stars to 5 stars because of the excellent customer service from the seller of the Kassage eyelash curler. Each of us has different lash types and eye & facial structure, so what works for one might not work for another. The seller saw my original review, and I was immediately contacted via email by a nice lady offering her apology as well as a full refund, which I received the very next day. I had not even asked for a refund. I never expected this, as so many places these days only care about the money. ORIGINAL REVIEW: As a teen back in the 80's, I bought my first eyelash curler. It was a cheap silver one with pale gray replaceable soft latex pads. It worked great and fit my eyes. After many years of happily using it on a daily basis, the company changed the refill pads to black silicone. They didn't work for me. My lashes wouldn't curl. I have now tried many other brands, and they also use silicone pads, plus the way the curlers are designed, they don't fit my eyes. I decided to try these. They have pink silicone pads that don't work for me, the curler pinches my skin , and since I have black lashes and the curler is black, it is hard to see if all of my lashes are in the curler. I really had high hopes. The item is nice looking, good quality, and it came in a very nice package with extra pads. It just didn't work for me.

As a male,It feels safer,Sturdier tougher, and Very ergonomically compared to standard ones;Just use with care

Took me so long to review this product considering that I purchased this Almost a month ago. But I just Have to. The stability and comfort as a male that I felt around my eyes made me feel safer using it around my eyes Compared to the standard ones. Based on other reviews especially the critical ones I would argue that you should take care not to use too much force which is unnecessary for this product(Coming from a person with African coarse hair). It works well And is very sturdy Especially with the Rubber grips When compared to standard ones That just have a little rubber piece in the center and the rubbers are tough and don't crack in the center when the metal clamp come down on it. If you take care of this I'm pretty sure it will last you a good long while

7month Update! So the curler is in still good condition and my clients love it, After the eyelash extension process I use the kaasage eyelash curler which provides a prefect curl finish with out discomfort or snagging any lashes due to its securely installed and replace able silicone pressure pads, I would highly recommend this product and also the all gold stainless steel kaasage eyelash curler ,always a satisfied customer with the companies services and product s they always provide great communication.

My eye lashes curl down into my vision

I'm a guy and I bought this one and it came with a bunch of extra heads, it helps me to keep my lashes from interfereing with my vision.

I love this eyelash curler. I've always had issues with others pulling out eyelashes or the pads wearing out so fast that they become useless in a matter of months. I've had this for several months now though and still haven't needed to replace the first pressure pad and it works like a dream :) and NO pulled lashes! Highly recommend it. Also just wanted to note that the packaging is awesome. Has a little bag that it comes with to hold the extra pieces so they don't get lost in all of the other nonsense in your makeup drawer.

Great curlers at a good price

I have been using a cheap plastic eyelash curler for years (or, more to the point, NOT using it because it sucks). I decided to get a new curler rather than messing around with fake lashes for a wedding i was in, and this was cheap and had decent reviews. I really like it! I love that it comes with extra silicone pads, and i kept the small plastic doohickey that kept the curler closed in the package so that it doesn't take up so much room in my makeup drawer. I followed the advice of another commenter and heated it just a little with my hair dryer and that really amps up the curl. I'd definitely recommend these!

Kaasage Eyelash Curler FIVE STARS!!!

I bought this last summer, I really like it, the silicone pressure pad makes it safer to use for your eyelashes without worrying if it will cut your lashes like other cheap eyelash curlers. It curls your lashes pretty well without hurting your eyelids. I am pretty sure it came with a black box, very neat, looks and feels more expensive than its actual price. First eyelash curler that I really owned, as I do not use them before, and always see my friends chop their lashes off so they end up using fake ones. :D I definitely recommend buying this.

Super Curled Eyelashes

I have very thin eyelashes and have had a hard time finding an eyelash curler that will grab, hold and curl my eyelashes. I purchased this curler with hopes that it would do a decent job. I was wrong.....it did an AMAZING job! The thickness of the pads and the gentle yet firm grip, does the job like no other! The pads last forever and the quality of the product make it one of my favorite purchases!
