Fotoworks XL 2 is a good program for beginners, professionals, as well as anyone looking for a simply image editing program. Once the software starts, the program offers you two different views to choose from and the possibility of changing the size of the font. The program has a very easy to use and simply look. The top menu list is very well structured. Because of this, the program is very clear and neatly arranged with the individual functions easy to find and utilize. In addition to the main menu, there is a quick tool bar on the right side which allows for quick access to the most oftenly used functions. This program does everything i need it to. I can definitely recommend it to everyone who is looking for an easy and simple image editing program.

They are most courteous of people. The product is well occasioned for the average person. Their help,in my case, was exemplary. They even followed up with a "did it work for you" email. Outstanding service. I would recommend the product to all that want to be a good photographer and is able to correct the minor flaws you may see in the end product. Even pro's are not perfect, so having a software that lets you tweek your end results is great. Buy it it's good and cheap !!!!

Great program for a fair price.

This program is great for beginners, because it's easy to use and easy to understand. Professionals will also go to Fotoworks XL 2 as a clear favorite, simply because it only takes a moment to learn how to use and the functions are very effective. Last but not least, the support is very fast.

Very Easy to Use!

I bought this for my mom (who isn't too tech savvy) because she wanted to mess around with editing pictures. It's pretty basic, but that's what I like about it. It is very easy for her to understand and play with, and the layout of the program is very clear. Plus you can make the font bigger, which is great since she can't see a darn thing. Pretty good price for what you're getting. Plus customer support is great, I had a basic question about photo size and they got back to me very quickly and were super polite. They even offered me a full refund since I couldn't figure it out at first but I declined because I felt like they deserved my money for the support alone.

Customer Satisfaction

I ordered this product on July 30th, 2017 and received it via email on the same day. I loaded the program within a hour of receiving it and decided to test it on a few photos I had previously saved on my computer. It is very user friendly and easy to use. I have not used all the function that the program offers yet but will in the future. I especially like the feature of batch resizing, adding text to photos and the photo touch up function of the program. The price is right at $24.95 and their customer service is excellent. I sent them a email with a question on loading the program to more than one of my computers and they responded within minutes. Can't beat that service. I'm giving them a 5 star rating as this company has the customer satisfaction thoughts at the forefront of their business. Not many companies can claim that now days. Ed/Barb

A Good Editing Program at a Good Price

I used to use Elements. When I upgraded to Windows 10 my existing Elements program was not compatible. The wanted $110 for an upgrade and I would have sprung for it but the reviews of the current edition were mixed. I found the Fotoworks program on Amazon and it got great reviews and was priced under $30 so I purchased it. I've spent a couple of hours with it and it more than meets my photo editing needs. I've recommended it to my family and friends.

What's not to like?

This is the exact product I needed. Like most folks, buying downloadable software online is worrisome for me...will it be what I want? Will it be buggy? I'm happy to say this product is easy to use and the learning curve is zero. It's as easy as the old MS product that use to come with new computers. It is basic and simple for resizing, cropping, correcting minor brightness/contrast issues and there are several creative effects to play around with. If you are a professional photographer/photo editor I'm not sure why you are complaining about a 40 dollar product here. Back in the day, Photoshop was 7-800 bucks and it's still more than 100 a year to use it. For the amateur, and/or beginner, this product works great.

I Can Definitely Recommend This!

On the day I placed the order I received the registration key via Amazon Messenger and could immediately start editing photos. The software on CD arrived a week later in the mail. I couldn't ask for faster service. Excellent! The program is very easy to understand. It's put together in a very logical fashion, neatly arranged, and does everything I need it to do. I am impressed. Big thanks to the programmer for getting it right!

LOVE IT!!!

This is a very user friendly photo editing software! I was able to make a 2017 photo calendar to give out for Christmas gifts in no time. Everyone in the photos NOW look amazing and have exciting backgrounds! As a beginner to photo editing I found this easy and fun to use! Can't wait for my next project! Super fast shipping too!
