SUPER deal!

I am only using this e-file on my own nails, so I'm not running it on several people every day, but so far I haven't had a single issue with it; it works like a charm! The only thing I can say that's not glowing praise is that the light-up dial is a bit "off" --all the lights are lit up even though the dial is only at about the halfway point, but as far as I'm concerned it's no big deal as I go by the sound anyway and have yet to turn it up any higher than about one third of the way. I say this has already given me its money's worth after only having owned it for a couple months.

I am learning how to use this nail filing/manicure machine for my own use. It is well worth the money. I have watched tutorials on you tube because it is NOT A TOY OR TO BE USED WITHOUT EXPERIENCE OR INSTRUCTION. The drill bits that it came with work well and my manicure/pedicures are good and improving as I keep learning. I would say that other reviews that say it just stopped working one day may be saying that for a couple of reasons; either they ran it at top speed and it overheated and burned out or they may have accidentally nicked the drill power cord with a drill bit while operating. I don’t even run it at half speed and it works well. The product picture shows all included components.

Perfect Perfect Perfect

Product came exactly as described. The drill is very quiet which I love. There isn't a lot of vibration like other drills. It was nearly packaged & it came with thorough instructions. I love this drill. & I'd definitely recommend it.

Professional quality

As a nail tech for over 20 years, this is by far the best e-file I've used. It's comparable and can compete with any professional e-file out there at a fraction of the purchase price. It's quiet but has the power to file through the toughest acrylics and gels while also being easy to adjust for gentler filing. The handpiece is stable and comfortable to hold. There isn't the slightest wobble even at higher speeds. The only time it might grabs or drag is when the speed is set too low. I can't comment on the included bits because I use my own favorite ceramic bits. After two months of regular use, I'm very satisfied!

It heats up, it makes weird noises, and reverse does not work at all!

I’ve had the e-file for 10 months and it is powerful but it heats up. It has made weird noises pretty much from the start. It is difficult to adjust small increments of speed especially in its lowest settings. The cord on the foot pedal is backwards which was just annoying. The included drill bits were useless. It has now stop working in reverse but forward still works but I assume not for long because it doesn’t always start when I turn it on! I have never had to use rpm more than half way working with acrylic, gel, 3D nail art, or to remove bulk. UPDATE: The company contacted me and replace my drill free of charge after 10 months. This new drill doesn’t heat up, spins smoothly, and the hand piece is slimmer. It seems a little more powerful, I’m not using it on the same speed as I was with the other one. This drill is of higher caliber than the last one so great improvements and it came with nice sanding bands! I have not tried the bits. *change rating from 2 stars to reflect great customer service and the quality of the new drill*

Great little machine!!

I have never used an efile before. I am a home DIYer and thought this would speed up the process of doing my own nails. You have to have patience because if you try to go through the filing really quickly you can chew up your cutiles. Check out Nail Education Connection on YouTube it's where I learned a lot of great tips on nails. This is why I even purchased this efile. Her reviews really helped me decide what efile to get and I am glad I did. The bits that come with the machine are not great. You'll have to buy an actual real set of bits to achieve what you want. And make sure to keep either the bit spacer or other bit in the handle while you are storing or you can ruin the machine. Also turn off the machine when you are switching between forward and reverse otherwise you can damage the machine if the motor is still running when you switch gears. Better to be safe than sorry.

So far, I’m really impressed!

I’m a licensed nail tech and I was using the medicool power 520 drill until my kids got a hold of it and ruined it 😬🤬. I needed a drill quick as the stores around my area didn’t have much of a variety and the ones they did have were super pricey! I came across this drill and it obviously has plenty of good reviews so for $58 I decided it won’t hurt to try it! I ordered it late Monday night and got it this morning (Wednesday) at 8:00 AM! Super fast delivery! I did read another review about breaking in the motor and I followed it! I started it off at a low setting and ran for about 15 minutes (no drill bits or using it) just let it sit and run....gradually increasing speed each time for about 15-20 minutes....it helped IMMENSELY! (Run it for a total of 2 hours and gradually increase the speed and let it sit for 15-20 mins each time you adjust the speed). I gave it a run on my nails afterwards and the bits that came with it weren’t awesome but they also weren’t terrible! I love this drill so far as I’ve only used it for a short time running it around my cuticle area. I don’t even need to have it on full speed! I love how it doesn’t stall with pressure even at a low or medium speed! I really am hoping this drill stands up and does great work for at least a little while! I’m impressed! Thank you! I will share another comment or review in a few months to update on this product (good or bad)! I would definitely recommend this product for the time being as I truly enjoy it more than my medicool drill! I haven’t used the pedal that is optional and comes with it as I prefer to have the speed in my control not my foots 🤪 I love that it has variable speed and has a forward and reverse! Especially for my own use to do my toes and or right hand! One more thing....I love that it fits all my bits! I do feel that some bits have a longer shaft so they don’t sit level with the the tip of the handheld and stick out a little further but I don’t necessarily have a problem with that!

In one word AMAZING! I have been a professional nail tech for over 20 years and have had several drills over the years, some VERY expensive and some cheep. This one is wonderful for the price. Great quality, good power, very user friendly and ease of use, minimal vibration. Comes with directions (for new people). This machine does NOT come with a bunch of extra crap, just motor, drill, foot peddle, drill holster and a couple bits. If you don't have sand paper bits you will need to get those. I'm not sure how well this machine will hold up to continual use or longevity, but I'm hoping for the best.

10 year nail technician

I am a professional nail technician have been using this drill for around 3 months constantly. It holds up well with no vibration. For the price, I would definitely recommend it. I had a Kupa and this one has held up much better. For being a 10 year nail tech, I couldn't be happier with the choice to buy this nail drill. I use the manual speed control without the foot pedal. The speed control is enough for anyone wanting to do nails full time.

LOVING IT SO FAR!

I am not a nail tech, and purchased this unit to use on one of my toes that was thick and painful from fungus overgrowth. I got the idea after watching a podiatry tech grind down the offending toe nail, and figured, "I can do that." Wish I had thought of it years before!. I used it on my remaining toes as well to remove the polish and to file. I did watch a few YouTube videos. The unit is quiet, did not run hot, and worked without any issues. I use it on a lower speed, the first speed that turns the file. It is very efficient . It was only after I completed my order that I noticed similar-appearing units on the Amazon site, which were more cost-effective. I do not know if there is a difference in the quality, but decided not to change my order and just stay with this unit. So far I am very pleased with this unit, and am glad I made the purchase. It is easy to use, just keep the file or sanding disk moving so as not to damage your nail. I believe it will work well on my canine companion's nails as well, when her dedicated pet file wears out. Oh, the box was pink, but the unit inside is blue, thankfully. I will update if there are any issues with this unit. If you are inexperienced, as I am, learn to properly use the unit and it should serve you well. I forgot to state that the similar-appearing units also have more drill bits than is included with this unit.
