Bought these in a desperate time of need and I'll never look back! I live out in the country where spiders (huge, hideous, evil things only nightmares are made from) feel free to rudely and unapologetically invite themselves into my home, even after I've made numerous examples of their kin by murdering them with hairspray, perfume, and febreeze, and then flicking their lifeless bodies outside for all to see. Well, not anymore! Now they unsuspectingly waltz in and BAM! They're forever stuck in these traps where they slowly die next to their idiot brother and cousin who attempted to set up camp earlier. Get these! You will not be disappointed!

Thank goodness for this product! Caught a SNAKE inside my home. Scared me and could have been much worse. Shocked and surprised it held the snake. Impressive! Lifetime customer indeed. Obviously works amazing on spiders; I had pretty much solved my spider issue, living near a wildlife preserve. But this! There just are no words to thank TERRO enough!

These spider traps are awesome. We have a lot of funky freaky big spiders where we live, and they are very good at managing to get inside, despite our best efforts. Pest #2 is crickets during the summer. They're like wizards they just manage to teleport in here in herds. Sure, if we can catch them in a paper cup, we toss them back outside. But a lot of them hide in the nooks and crannies and it's just chirp chirp chirp all night long. I just set these up along the wall in the recesses where nobody goes, like behind the toilet, under cabinets that are off the ground a few inches, inbetween two large pieces of furniture, behind the couch in the corner. At first I was checking them incessantly and I was disappointed. Like I expected every spider in the house to find the traps in the first 3 days. I forgot about them and some time a while later I came across one and I picked it up and peeked in, then yelped and almost dropped it because I didn't expect to see anything at all and there were a bunch of big dead spiders in there. And a cricket. Excited, I went around the house checking all of the other ones and it was bugs bugs bugs. I couldn't believe it. These things are great and I just set them up and forget about them for months, tossing and replacing a few times a year. UPDATE (12/3/18): We had a cricket decide to try to move into the chimney since we never use the fireplace. I thought cricket chirping couldn't possibly get any more annoying, but it turns out that the acoustics in a dusty old chimney do that job just fine. I read somewhere online that you can put a little sprinkle of cornmeal on the center of a glue trap like this and it lures them right to it. It seriously worked like a charm! I put the cornmeal on one of the traps already sitting around (little spoonful right in the center) and stuck it on the floor of the fireplace along the edge, went to bed (with the door closed the the fan on to drown out the noisy little turd) and when I checked the trap in the morning, the cricket problem was solved. I probably could have left the cornmeal trap out instead of throwing it away, but I had visions of hordes of crickets flying in toward the cornmeal playing Ride of the Valkyries so I tossed it in the trash.

These are awesome for bugs. I catch all kinds of spiders, centipedes and assorted gross crawlers. I fold them over and put them along the wall behind and under stuff. Right now I cut some pieces and laid them flat on my plants because I got white flies or gnats or whatever those annoying little things are. Works great. They don't really work on tiny fruit flies. TIP for fruit flies - put banana peels in a bottle/jar/cup. Cover tightly with clear wrap and a rubber band. Poke small holes, just over the size of a toothpick stab, in the clear wrap. Don't know how they work on mice. PLEASE BE CAREFUL around pets and small children. While non-toxic they are EXTREMELY sticky and you will pretty much have to cut any hair it comes into contact with. I strongly recommend placing where your pet/child can not reach them.

This is one of the best things I have ever purchased in my life. As a bonafide arachnophobe, my standards are very high as to what product will most effectively limit the number of spiders that lurk about my home. We have caught so many spiders with these simple glue strips. It is horrifying to consider how many spiders would have been sneaking around if we hadn't purchased the Terro traps. But, now word is out that our house is where spiders go to die. I feel so much less anxious having these traps around! Granted, the clean up is kind of disgusting (big, black, dead spiders trapped in glue is pretty nasty), but I'll take it over an encounter with a live spider any day. Thank you, Terro!

We moved into a house with an unfinished basement that was infested with spiders. The first traps were covered with spiders (and the occasional centipede) within weeks, but over time they seem to be controlling the population and we have seen a dramatic decrease in live spiders and spiders on the traps. I would experiment with locations until you find the best spots and then replace them when they fill up or collect dust. They are very sticky- you don’t want your kids or pets to get into them. In the living spaces where we put these they are behind a dresser or otherwise inaccessible.

I trust all Terro products-so far 💯 success with the pests they have helped me eliminate. Now for this particular one I've named it ‘please let go of my finger, my scissors, my hand’😳; can't touch this or you will be the prey stuck to it permanently‼️ I found it difficult to assemble because ... I got stuck, as did my scissors, etc.‼️On the good side, ain't no spider 🕷 or critter going by it without loss of life so, another win for Terro and a plea to help make assembly easier⁉️Thank you 😊

I laid this trap flat and Not folded!! It is much more affective flat!!! I would give this a 10 if I could. A MUST BUY!! I bought a fly swapper for $48.00 and it did nothing even with the LDE light inside. This item cost me $3.57 with 4 traps included. I’ve caught 100 flies in 48 hours. II wish I could send you a photo of this I am very very glad for these traps bc they were flying and landing all over me and I hated the flies annoyance. Also caught a 9” lizard, which I was able to let go. Also caught a praying mantis thus far. I researched flies and found out that when they land on food or humans they vomit on you and food to soften since they don’t have teeth. then suck your blood and dedicate on you! SO GROSS!!!! their wings flavor 100 times per second. They live for a month and hatch about a 100 babies. When i removed the traps cover for the first time I accidentally put my fingers on it. It was so hard to remove my fingers. Then I accidentally folded this trap with the glue touching each side. It took all my strength I had to pull it apart and it seemed impossible but I did it. If this review does not impress you then you are wrong. I’ve already bought 3 more boxes of traps and will continue to do so. These traps work Perfectley BELIEVE IT are not!!!!!

I was a little skeptical when I purchased, but since everything else I have tried don't work to kill spiders, I decided to give it a try and I forgot about it until hot weather and the influx of spiders reminded me of my purchase of almost 9 months ago sitting in the garage still in the box. I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw what the trap had on. At least I know they are very strong. I'll definitely keep using.

Set it & forget it! That's it. They will come fast and then they will die. No more ants taking over your kitchens & bathrooms, or stealing those chip crumbs you hid under the table for a snack in the morning! Depending how much you normally fed your friendly but soon to be dead ant friends, you may need to refill their treats. Don't let them run out or they will revolt & riot back to the counters and hidden snacks. Also if your original friends brought their friends and family along to share the bounty you shared so freely, it may take some time to do it's job. BE PAITENT, IT WILL GET RID OF THEM! Keys to success - place where they travel, make it easy. Keep the supply up, you won't like them if they get angry... Don't over do it with puddles or traps everywhere, use small amounts often if needed. BE PAITENT - let the whole colony come eat this great food, the more you share the love with them now, the happier you'll be later! Really though, top notch product. Effective, easy to use, easy clean up. Every product we have ever used by this brand works wonderfully as well. It's our go too.
