Best Screen Protector Ever!

I recently replaced my iPhone 6 and needed another screen protector for my phone. Everytime I've purchased screen protectors, they've been installed by other people, usually my brother, who's tech savvy, or by a salesperson at Verizon. This is due to my tendency to go through entire packs of screen protectors by catching lint, bubbles, etc under the screen protector and ruining it completely. In short, I'm terrible at installing screen protectors! However, after reading through the simple step by step instructions and utilizing the very helpful tools provided like the dust and bubble removers, I was able to place the screen protectors on without any lint or bubbles underneath it! As impressed as I was with how easy the installation process was and how easy someone like me was able to do it (lol), I was equally impressed with the lightweight yet durable structure of the screen protector itself! You receive 3 protectors that provide durability and protection while giving you a clear and transparent display for your phone! Overall, I'm very happy with this screen protector! I've purchased dozens of different kinds of screen protectors and I can confidently say that this is the best one I've ever purchased. Its simple installation along with a quality screen protector is definitely worth your money!

Easy application BUT

UPDATE: Ended up removing the shield. Realized it was affecting the touch screen capabilities. In my original review, I noted that it didn't seem to have an effect. But it does. I can definitely tell now that I've removed the shield. I'd have trouble texting and playing games (lame, I know). Just applied Mr. Shield to my iPhone 6S. The packaging was well thought out. Three sets of all the materials needed to apply the shield to your phone. Product is made in China. Instructions were well written and easy to follow. The shield itself does not fully extend to the edges of my phone, but I anticipated this and don't have a problem with it. It does fully cover the black screen portion, despite not going to edges of my phone. Shield doesn't mess or interfere with touch screen capabilities. Haven't dropped my phone, so I can't speak to the product's ability to truly protect my screen from cracking --- and I'm not willing to drop my phone just to see if it'll work. I'm well aware you often get what you pay for, and this is pretty affordable/cheap so it may not stand up to the test. But then again, it might. I'm not great a following-up with reviews, but if I do drop my phone and my screen cracks I'm pretty sure I'll want to write up my experience. For now, the product has lived up to my expectations. No complaints. Instructions state a lifetime replacement warranty, including if the shield arrived damaged. All three shields were delivered without damage, so I haven't had to make use of the warranty offer. Overall, I'd recommend this product to others as a low-cost option. That said, I have an iPhone 6S (which I've had for some time now) and while I don't want to get another phone anytime soon, my feelings about protecting my phone are probably different from someone who purchased a brand-new iPhone X. If you've already spent the money to get one of the newer phones, make the investment to get a quality product that you'll feel confident about. I'm feel good about the price I paid for the product I received.

Run over by Suburban truck and NOT A SCRATCH on my phone!

So I can finally review this product. Let’s face it, nobody is out taking a hammer to their phone to see if the shield works. Unfortunately I did let my phone get run over by my large SUV, a Suburban to be exact. Busy getting babies in car seats and kids buckled in, I didn’t realize my phone had fallen out of my sweatshirt until we drove away. When we got back to the parking lot, someone had picked it up and the shield was shattered. As you can see from the first picture all the points that were impacted by running the phone over. Of course there was extra damage as I removed it. Nervously I took off the shield. NOT EVEN A SCRATCH underneath. As you can see from the 2nd picture. I have a cheap $5 rubber case and there’s not a single scratch on this phone thanks to the protection shield. Thankfully it also comes in a 3 pack. I have 5 children and you just never know where the phone might end up.

Excellent Product

I put the glass screen protector on my iPhone 6 although it took me 2 tries ,however the product came with 3 protectors so no problem. I was a bit hesitant to try as my hands are a bit on the numb side and I am an 82 yr old. But it installed perfectly. The first time I tried it using the video instructions and failed. The second time I did it with the enclosed instructions which worked much better.

Installed on 2 phones with no issues

My wife and I recently escaped from 1980 and just bought our first Smart Phones, an iPhone 6S for me and an iPhone 6S Plus for her. Obviously, I’d never installed screen protectors before. A few notes: - I ordered the Mr. Shield tempered glass 5-pack for the 6S Plus and the 3-pack for the 6S. - The screen protectors fit these two iPhones in the same way, leaving the slightest amount of unprotected screen all the way around. - I watched the Mr. Shield YouTube installation video, which shows 2 SIDE hinges and when I opened the boxes, the included documentation shows 2 BOTTOM hinges. - I installed the larger 6S Plus first using two SIDE hinges and followed the cleaning procedure as detailed. The protector laid just SLIGHTLY crooked, you’d have to look closely to see it. I had to use the included card to work out a large bubble in the center. - Next I installed the protector on the smaller 6S using two BOTTOM hinges and followed the cleaning procedure as detailed. The protector laid perfectly and without any bubbles. - I then put a Luvvitt case on each phone, which fit perfectly and didn’t interfere with the screen protector, thanks to that tiny edge that the protector leaves all the way around.

ABSOLUTELY DURABLE!

So, I did quite a thing the other day. I was putting air into my low tire. I’m one of those people who keep my phone in the back of my pocket all the time. Anyways, my phone fell out of my pocket. But this isn’t the thing that I did. The thing I did was I put my phone on the tire I was putting air into and I went about checking all of my other tires... I totally forgot that I left my phone on the tire and I accidentally ran my phone over! Absolutely devastated because I JUST got my phone, I thought my phone was shattered and guess what?! It wasn’t! This screen protector literally saved my phone. Super easy to apply, obviously super duarable. Kinda sucks that the edges don’t stick well but definitely recommend this!

Good Job Mr Shield

Just installed my Mr Shield screen protector. On the basis of price, packaging, and the installation process alone I'm rating it a 5. I was not looking forward to the installation process on the basis of my past experience with other protectors - nothing wrong with the protectors, I just couldn't get the thing on straight and got air bubbles, etc. I figured I would have the same issues this time. I was pleasantly surprised by the instructions and little implements that are included in the 3-pack. (My 3-pack also included a pointer to a YouTube video demo of installation but I didn't need that.) I saw that other reviewers found the hinge approach difficult but for me it was shockingly easy. The whole deal struck me as really thoughtful - written instructions are clear and the install method is clever; everything that could facilitate a clean install is included (e.g. hinge stickers, cleaning pad, dust remover, bubble remover; there's an online video demo for anyone needing help; the customer service promised seems pretty extensive. (I haven't needed that yet, lol.) No issues with the protector itself either (didn't break, no cracks, no discoloration/rainbowing). Good job Mr Shield.

Great Value, Especially for Those Who Drop Their Phones Like They're Hot

I'm not clumsy, but often am juggling several items and/or bags when I manage to end up losing the grip on my phone, dropping it usually onto concrete or asphalt (at least once per week). As a result, I've purchased this set a number of times now. These protectors usually endure the drops without cracking, but it definitely depends on the distance angle and the surface. If you repeatedly drop it onto a hard surface, the protector will eventually yield, as that's what it's designed to do! I've never bothered to try the lifetime warranty - they last a long while, so I just order more when I need to. I'm glad that these are so good at taking the impact - I've had my phone since April of 2015 and I'm proud to say that the screen has no scratches or cracks thanks to these protectors. This is the only brand I trust for this! They're super easy to install and remove. WARNING: When removing a cracked protector, be very careful to not further crack it - this is broken glass after all and you don't want a tiny shard ending up somewhere it can hurt you or someone else! I remove mine right over a garbage can, so any loose pieces fall right into the bin.

Easy to Install and Very Affordable

I ordered the Mr Shield 3-pack and when they arrived I realized I needed screen shields for the iphone 6 "plus". I didn't even know there was a difference, so these were not the size I needed they were too small. I immediately made arrangements to return them and order the "plus" size. The return label was sent immediately, and the new "plus" size came in a day later. I found this product to be easy to install, everything you need is included for removing dust from the screen, and a back up shield if needed at a later date. The product is great and very reasonably priced. I would highly recommend using this for the ease of use, the cost of the product and the final look which is crystal clear and they come with a lifetime guarantee.

Cheap price, hard glass, great product

Pros: -$5 for 3 screen protectors (+ free 2 day with prime) -9H hardness -stickers to get a perfect layout every time -everything you need to clean the screen before applying -absolutely amazing customer service team that responds in a matter of hours Cons: -glue doesn’t fully cover the bottom corner on the protector resulting in a large bubble in the bottom left corner as well as small and long bubbles around every other edge of the phone.. I’ve confirmed this since I have gone through all three protectors now and the same bubbles appear in the same spots. (Isn’t really noticeable after the display get covered with dirt, fingerprints, etc.) I also followed their video as described. Over all a 5/5 for a great quality, cheap product, and absolutely brilliant and excellent customer service team that helped me with my defective protectors by sending out another set.
