Cute AND Skinny!

I bought this to replace my 10,000mAh Vivitar power pak that I gave away to a fellow traveler with a phone charging problem a few weeks ago. This GETIHU unit is even better ... with slimmer design and the potentially very useful LED flashlight. I have not actually used it yet to charge my phone, but it's all charged up and stored in my laptop bag ready and waiting for my next trip. So far I am very happy with this unit and recommend it to others. There are so many to choose from it's a challenge to pick one. Pick THIS one and you won't be disappointed!

I loved this power bank so much

I loved this power bank so much!!! It can charge two phones at a time, it itself had a flash light and comes with a usb led light which is really cool, this power bank it can be fix in my YSL WOC and mini Chole WOC together with my phone which was really awesome and convenience. Will definitely recommend to a friend!!!!!!

Works exactly as expected and charges fast

I wanted to get a relatively large backup battery for my devices. Something that will be available for a charge even if I forget to charge the backup itself. This appears to work great for this very thing. I charged the device up and charged 3 of my devices up fully with this before it was drained. The product has a 2.1 USB plug for larger devices and a 1A for smaller devices. There is also an included flashlight attachment which I will probably never use, but I'm sure would come in handy during a power outage. Definitely recommended.

Disappointing product, great customer service. Hopeful it was an isolated problem.

2nd edit/update: Replacements sent to me by the manufacturer have worked perfectly for a couple weeks now, and it seems my original issues just stemmed from a single faulty device. I've been thrilled with their customer service and would GLADLY purchase something from them again! They definitely want to stand behind their products, which I appreciate. Order this great item with confidence! Edit/Update: Manufacturer has been great to work with and is sending a replacement. They seem confident that this is an isolated issue. Will update once the new powerbank has arrived and have put it to use. I'm pleased with this, because I really like the design of the product itself and would love to give it a better review if so. Original Post: Literally charged my phone twice with this and it has quit holding any charge, whatsoever. Incredibly frustrating, and I'll definitely be returning the item.

Very good product

Very good product! It has large capacity that can charge my phone and ipad for several times. And there are two types of output that can provide both 1A and 2A circuit. Although it was a little bit larger than I thought but it was very thin and can be easily put in my handbags.

This new model has more features

I first bought this in March 2017 and it worked well to charge my phone on long flights or as a backup on my daily commute. It stopped keeping a charge after about a year and started bulging. The Getihu customer support was great — they sent me a new charger which they tell me the problem I had has been fixed. The new one also came with two accessories that the old one did not: a nice padded carrying case, and an LED light that plugs into one of the USB portrait, The case a great addition — I had kept my old charger in a small cloth bag but this one is better. The USB light is nice because it just made this charger much more versatile — I plan to use it as a reading light! Good job Getihu!

compact size , golden color, fast charging outlet ,satisfing purchase, the edge is rounded so it feels smooth and sit tight on my table, no need to worry about it slide off the talbe and along with my phone, lol. also easy to switch on and off for different fuction

Great, slim, easily portable charger to have on the go

I love reading and I bought a Kindle with about a 7 hour battery life - clearly, poor planning on my part. What to do, unless I want to be leashed to a power outlet at hour 6? A portable charger so I can hike and read is the only answer. For the price, this is a much sturdier feeling unit than I expected. It's sleek, with a bit of heft to it that makes it feel substantial. It's slim enough to fit easily inside my bag for the day to keep my Kindle or phone charged - or both. It charged my phone twice and my Kindle once before needing to be recharged, both were at about 50% when I plugged them in. Lights glow blue while it's charging - either itself or the device that needs a refill. There's a small flashlight built into the side of the unit, as well as a plug in USB one that looks like some sort of fun alien antennae and is quite vivid. I like that once it's done charging your device, it shuts itself back off. There is a small USB-micro USB cord that comes with it, I also purchased a longer one separately.

Solid construction and bonuses.

So far, so good. A few surprises (maybe I didn't read the description well enough). 1) Comes with a little protective bag. 2) Comes with a USB light...pretty cool. Nice, solid construction. Thinner that any of my other power banks. Have charged my phone twice with it and still haven't used up the charge that the unit shipped with.
