Great,powerful plug and play spa.

After working through a little mix-up with the factory as to the size of the unit I spoke to two Representatives who were very professional and offered to ship the correct size unit to me immediately. Given that I did not want to go through the hassle of a common carrier picking it up shipping it back to Amazon waiting for a refund and then we ordering it I decided to keep the unit and we remove the glass door to a Florida room for the installation. Overall a very positive experience. The hot tub is great quality and it's Jets are very strong given its a 110 volt. The curbside delivery was very easy and on time. For a plug and play Spa I've looked a long time and consider this to be a great value. Unit heated up to a hundred and two degrees after just over 24 hours. We love it. Very satisfied customer.

Is easy to install and works really well. However the deliverer was less than helpful and was not very professional.

Love my hot tub. Have had it for about six months. Works great even in our very cold New York Winter. Have had no problems or complaints so far.

Great product, great price.

Best purchase. I bought this for about $2200. A lot of the review on this product were based on the shipping company ABF. A lot of buyers don’t understand how ABF works so they fault this product because of the shipping speed. If you can wait for about 2 week to a month to receive this item then you will be getting the best hot tub in the market in my opinion for this price range. I use this hot tub everyday after working out and it fits my family of 5. Don’t be deceived by the negative reviews, lots of the reviews are for the shipping and not the actual product. This product is a steal. The features are basic. But perfect if you’re not looking for something fancy.

Worth every penny

Gorgeous how tub! I own multiple vacation homes and have a hot tub in each one and have to say this is by far the best one purchased yet. Not as cheap as the others but the quality is great and jets are powerful especially for a plug and play. Would highly reccomend it.

Why wait.

The company that sells these are some of the best customer care people you will run across. If you have a problem, they will walk you through it. The tub came to our home in a big semi-trailer and trucker got the 700lb tub off the truck, it was our responsibility to do rest. It came in perfect shape, but because I sneezed at the wrong time, I ran hot tub into our SUV while driving our forklift. We messed up the side panel (Only cosmetic), and we had to get it replaced but the company was very no hassle and we got it fixed. The tub is beautiful and the lounge chair is something I didn't think we would need but glad we got it, cause it is my favorite seat. No problem with temp, lights are great and jets are the best. It took about 4 weeks to get to us. I would recommend you check with an electrician before you plug it in to make sure. I would buy again this same tub if needed....but I am a customer for life now when it comes to Hudson Bay. We got the hot tub for a member of the family who has arthritis, and this has helped better than any other treatment or medicine so far. Kansas weather has gotten chilly, but Hot tub has always remained at a good temp. No problems so far, we use twice daily. The cover is a good too. ...Buy a nice fluffy robe when buying this cause you will need it in winter.
