See image - those are box-mix corn muffins I could NEVER get quite right without cast iron. I resigned myself to making corn muffins only when I felt like dragging out the 10 pound cast iron muffin pan, preheating and all that. As the image shows, PERFECT crusty brown all over, top AND bottom like my best muffins from mom's old foot-crushing massive pan. The performance of these silicone molds is superlative, everything sticky, gooey or just plain delicate comes out perfect. We have even tried mixes we almost never use because the stupid paper liners mangled the more delicate cupcakes - my German Chocolate homemade cupcakes disappeared while my back was turned - the kids couldn't get the paper off that fast before. Nothing gets my 13 & 11-YOs fueled up like homemade cupcakes that pop right out and right in their mouths. Cleaning can be a bit tricky, we learned the hard way NOT to soak 'em in anything, they seem to pick up a weird taste from whatever stuff is in dish detergent (a vigorous cleaning under running water got rid of the taste/smell) so we just rinse 'em thoroughly and that works fine.

You can't beat these over paper. Yes you have to wash them, and they are not disposable as paper, but I lightly oil these and cook my muffins and cupcakes in them and when they cool, they pop right out and I can freeze the cakes for a great quick defrost morning muffin without the sticking paper that tears the cakes to pieces. I can easily use these standalone on a baking sheet filled up and they hold form and cook, or i can put them in the pan i originally bought for them that holds 24 cup cakes, which i generally do as it gives a bit more support than as stand alone. It doesn't change the cooking times and because it's not paper things like berries don't stick. Generally, for washing after that fact, i just take a small bowl of warm water with a small amount of dawn in it and just have to rinse them off with a little soap and then i rinse under hot water and leave on a cloth to dry. So in this I have not tried to wash them in the dishwasher but i do know i have many silicone cook ware that i do wash in the dish washer without issues.

I bought these for making homemade lotion bars and they worked perfectly! The bars didn’t stick and popped out very easily, plus they look nice with the crinkled edges. A friend gave me this simple recipe and they are wonderful: Body Butter Bars 20g cocoa butter 30g virgin coconut oil (not fractionated) 20g beeswax Combine ingredients in a heat resistant jar or measuring cup and melt in a pan filled with a couple of inches of water on low/medium heat. Pour melted lotion into molds and let set until hardened, then pop them out of the molds. They melt just enough when rubbed on the skin and smell like coconut, honey and chocolate!!

These are a nice thing to have around and they have many other uses like holding small amounts of ingredients when preparing a recipe, melting a bit of butter, using as a condiment cup, holding an egg white, microwaving an egg for a quick breakfast sandwich. Also they bake well, the food I prepared in it came out browned evenly and nicely cooked. It released easily after cooling for the appropriate amount of time, I did use some olive oil cooking spray first. Anyone who has an issue with these sticking might want to make sure to use some cooking spray, make sure your product is completely cooked, then let it cool for the right amount of time (varies depending of what your are cooking) and then they peel right off. Came out of the dishwasher fine but I think cleaning by hand is better with this product just because of the amount of room my dishwasher has to hold small things like this is not enough to clean more than a couple at a time.

I have always wanted to buy silicone cups because I love to bake (but hate foil and paper cups), so I'm glad I finally got around to it. These are perfect. They are fun and colorful, and despite feeling thin, they are very durable and hold up to oven temperatures no problem. I didn't have to adjust baking times, or grease the cups. My muffins came out really easily with minimal residue. A little tedious to clean because the crumbs get caught in the grooves, but not a huge deal. I just flipped them inside out, and scrubbed with hot water and soap. I would definitely recommend these for any baker! 😊

I have been baking with paper and foil cups for decades. Then one day I started to notice baking pans and accessories were starting to be made in an assortment of colors, and in a material called silicone. The reviews of these products were for the most part extremely positive. I finally gave in when Amazon was having a flash sale on these and I knew that the price was something I might not see again, so I ordered them. I'm glad I did, so are my grand kids. They love the bright colors, and I love how easy they are to prepare, bake in, and clean when the (cupcakes, blueberry muffins, cinnamon rolls, banana nut muffins, chocolate puffs, etc, etc...) are gone. These were an awesome bargain, and I'm slowly going to add silicone pans, baking sheets, and other baking products to my kitchen. I was especially surprised how easy they were to clean. Nothing sticks! What more could you ask for! Great product.

Love these!! I have bought several sets, and including as gifts. They are totally non-stick. After use, you do have to wash them in hot soapy water to remove all grease. They take quite a while to dry - like water just sticks to this surface. I leave them out overnight, all separated and they are dry by morning. I do not risk stacking them earlier for fear of mold growing if there is any residual dampness. This is a small price to pay for such a good product. I make breakfast muffins (like crustless quiches). With egg, a non-stick muffing pan still sticks and requires way too much work.

I love these!!! I am Keto so I make all my food from scratch but I love quick and easy. So I make breakfast muffins in big batches and freeze them. That way when I leave for work I can just grab and go. Anyway I purchased other silicone cups that were MORE expensive than these and I only got 12. They worked but I needed more. I like Amazon products so I figured that I'd give these a try. They are a lot thinner than the other ones and more flimsy so I thought right off the bat that they were cheap. After using them however, I was so wrong! The other molds I bought always had some food stick to it, ALWAYS. But these have not had a single sticking issue. They come off clean, are easy to remove and therefore easier to clean. I love these and I will buy more for sure!

These little thingies are perfect! I made some muffins with them and they came out incredibly easily with no residue on the cups at all, I didn't have to use grease or anything. The colors are bright and fun and the 24-pack gives you plenty of each color. These are slightly smaller than a regular cupcake pan/liner, which is actually perfect for my purposes. As others have mentioned, the cups are a bit on the flimsy side, so make sure they're on a baking sheet before you fill them because they can be difficult to transport once full.

I was hesitant to buy these because of other reviewers notes about how they fell apart and were not nonstick. I decided to buy them to separate food in lunch boxes and not to use them as muffin liners because of this. But then I needed to make muffins and didn't have any liners, so I used these. I don't know if they have changed the quality since the bad reviews, but they worked great. The first time I sprayed them generously with nonstick spray, but have used them many times since without it and nothing sticks, at all. I rinse the liners off and throw them in the dishwasher. I will say there are parts of the silicone that look weak sometimes from being in the dishwasher, but I blame myself for putting them in there and never expected them to last forever for the price. When they deteriorate or get lost, though, I'll just buy these again.
