Great for UHD and gaming
I have been a Playstation fanboy since PS1. I was super disappointed the Playstation missed out on the UHD player this time around. I use this mainly for the 4k player, but gaming has been fun on it too. It took a little bit to learn the interface and sometimes it feels clunky, but for anyone not tech savvy, you can just put a movie disc in and it will auto play the movie. I also found the setting to auto bitstream for movies (look under blu-ray settings). It is now the perfect 4K media player. It just has the added benefit of also playing video games.

Worthy upgrade over the original Xbox One
Was having several issues with our Original Xbox One and figured it was time to upgrade. Super glad I did. My 13 year old hooked it up when it came and it's been working great since day one (which was over a month ago)! Love that the power brick is gone/internalized and system is quiet and cool, even after hours of playing Far Cry 5, Modern Warfare 3, Watch Dogs 1&2 or his current fav Battlefield 1.

Everything worked, needs a headset
Works great, as-expected. I use this as 2nd Xbox One console in my home, and it's sleek/clean enough to leave it on display. Would be nice if it came with a decent headset, I'd recommend buying a headset if you don't have one (Xbox One does NOT work with iPhone earbuds on either of my consoles, works with standard 1/8" stereo-jack with mic though... it's almost like the Xbox is trying to communicate with iPhone smart earbuds).

Smaller version of the One
500 GB isn't a lot, and BF1 takes up like 60GB by itself. The 3D Blu Ray player is great if you don't already have one. If you're going to use the wireless controller you should get a play and charge kit which they obviously make you get separately. Unless you can take advantage of the 4K (need special 4K Blu Rays), than its just a smaller version of the Xbox One.

Perfect Buy For The Best Xbox Made!
Hello Guys Its RV4U, I had have been Xbox since the very first one! The Xbox is fast responsive and it works in best travel situations! It has no more big battery pack like the last one so the fit in any luggage now is a big plus(also works in with euro power perfect)! The noise is like a Prius it's so quiet! 500 GB is a good size for a lot of games and apps, but if you have the cash get the most size available because of more the marrier. The new controller is nice sleek with that reduced weight is nice!

Awesome!!!
Bought my husband this for Christmas. He absolutely loves it. He plays FIFA on it and has been so impressed. He had a PS3 but it died on him. So after talking to my brother who into technology and stuff like that I got this. So glad I did.

Awesome console.
Awesome console. I already have a PS4 and I love it. So, why did I buy an Xbox One S? Because a good amount of friends of mine own an Xbone rather than a PS4. Anyways, there's not much else to say. It's a good console and it runs pretty smoothly. I still prefer the PS4 by a bit but, I can totally see how some people might prefer this one. I recommend buying this console for anyone that has lot's of friends on Xbox Live or simply wants to experience]the exclusives on Xbox. If you can only afford one or you simply only want one console, I would go for the one that has the most exciting exclusives to you. Overall, the Xbox One and PS4 are pretty much neck to neck at this time. I will say this about the Xbox One that's great though; it has pretty decent backward compatibility and much better free games given to you each month.

XBox One S review from long time Xbox 360 user + Photos!! Rate it!
My short review of XBox One S console as an owner of original XBox 360. Pros: - Very Quiet and Slim, - It's gaming console and 4K player! 2 in 1. - Low energy consumption, internal power brick - High quality plastic used for console and controller (you can even feel it on touch) - Controller is much better than Xbox 360 and Way better than PS4 in terms of quality of plastic - Comes with the game (in my bundle) Battlefield 1, 14 days Xbox Live Gold and 1 month of EA games (which I didn't even tried yet.) - HDMI cable, which is very thoughtful considering previous XBox 360 - Use controller on android devices. I've connected my controller to Galaxy S5 over Bluetooth Cons. Yes, there are some: - No Kinect port, You will need an adapter (not very cool for some) - I've expected much simplified menu, but it's probably only me. YES, I would recommend it to my friends. Rate (Like) my review and check photos!

Next level 4k Technology at an affordable price - Highly recommended
I have always thought the games were a bit better on the PS4 but with such a good deal I figured I would see what all the fuss is about. The set-up for the console was extremely quick and easy. I was impressed with the seamless set-up process. The Xbox One S has a number of upgrades over the previous generation of the Xbox One including: - The Xbox One S is significantly smaller in size than the previous Xbox One making it more portable and easier to haul around to friends’ houses etc. - The power inverter from the previous model is gone and finally there is just a standard power cable to plug in just like the PS4. - 4K Ultra HD Blu-ray and video streaming compatible - Offers High Dynamic Range output to 4K television sets. This offers a higher contrast ratio between lights and darks which brings an increased visual depth. - Xbox One S allows you to configure your Xbox One S to turn on your receiver, TV, and satellite receiver etc replacing the features of an all-in-one remote. All of these new features are great but if Xbox does not have the gaming content than none of it means anything. Fortunately Xbox One S has an exciting line of exclusive games that are not available on the PS4 including: Forza Motorsport, Dead Rising, Quantum Break, Gears of War, Halo, and Titanfall. Bottom line, with all the new features and Xbox’s impressive exclusive content line up the Xbox One S is a delightful addition to any living room. From my limited experience so far the 500GB size is perfectly adequate. I have to delete games on occasion but they are always old games I would never come back to anyways and I have never had to delete anything that I felt I was going to miss in order to get some extra space.

Easy to set up and to use
Easy to set up and to use. My favorite part of it all is probably the simplicity and the size of the Xbox One S. The included wireless and the size is a god send when trying to find a proper place for your console. It is super easy to take on vacations (meaning at least a week long) without having to carry a giant power brick around. I could have tried to wait for the Scorpio, however, if you honestly don't need to use the added 4k features, then this is a really good devices. But there are also cons, namely system wise. The older Xbox 360 had a much easier to use UI. This one takes a bit of time to get used to since there is a little more added features, but once you get the hang of it, it is pretty easy to master.
