these were given to my son (age 8) for his birthday and he's had fun with them. we just gave them to my niece and nephews (age 3-5) for Christmas and they were also a big hit. the batteries in the cars last longer than i expected. the flexibility in the track layout really makes for fun. kids ages 11 and 12 were also playing with them and having fun also.

Hours of fun!

Hours of fun. Entertaining for all. We run it so often the batteries nearly every other day. Also, sometimes hair and dust gets stuck in the wheels. You can easily clean out the front wheels by taking the hood of a batteries off. The back wheels (which propel the vehicle) are nearly impossible to clean out. But, overall pleased with purchase.

Great birthday gift!

We bought 2 sets as a birthday gift for our 7 year old niece after she saw them on TV. She had fun decorating the cars with the included stickers. She continues to play with the sets 3 months later. The cars will travel without the tracks but they use the tracks too. She really likes making circles and having the cars roll around in the circles, it is an enclosed circle so the car rolls and takes the circle with it. She also likes making large tracks. She likes to play with her 4 year old sister who likes the sets as well and their dad. It really is fun for the whole family.

Be careful when you buy only the extra cars for "Magic Tracks"

These were a great price. I bought the whole set even though I really only wanted the extra cars..I read in some of the reviews of people who had bought only the cars and they said the cars were too small and kept running off of the track. The cars in these sets were the same size and worked perfectly. They require three AAA batteries not two AA batteries like the smaller cars, which is a key to determining if they are the original type "Magic Tracks" cars. I couldn't find any cars only products that were the same as the real "Magic Tracks" cars.

Loads of fun

You never know what gift will be your child's favorite. My little girl loves playing with this racetrack. Easy to set up and put away. She has extra cars and plays with it non stop.

Buy extra batteries, this gets lots of use!!

My son's Great Grandmother got him these for Christmas and he LOVES THEM!! He's 3 1/2 and loves reshaping the track. We use boxes FROM DVDs and puzzles, we've even used shoes to create hills in the track [you don't need to buy the tunnel, just use your imagination]!!

Super fun!

I bought this for my 3 year old son and he LOVES it! He does need assistance putting the tracks back together if he takes any apart. The car automatically goes on the track by itself (but beware it will keep running if it comes off the track, which is fun to watch my son and cat chase). My son likes to find stuff around the house and attempt to make ramps and jumps to put under the tracks also. Worth the buy!

Great track!

Wow! Super fast shipping! This was delivered about 12-14 hours after we ordered. We’ve had one of these tracks before and after lots of use the car stopped working even after changing the battery. It really is a cool set so we ultimately bought another one several months later. It entertains out 2 and 4.5 year old. They have a blast!

Endless hours of fun for everyone

My husband and son can't get enough of this toy! They have spent the last few days just finding different ways of building roads, ones that are endless and ones that just end. My 6 year old has decided to save up his money to buy another one to make an even longer track with it. 100% worth the money and a great way to get that little mind to think outside the box and encourage building. The car is well made and has a lot of power to it.
