For the price, you cannot beat this 3D headset. To be honest, I have not used any other 3D headset, but this one is superb considering for 15$ that it's sold for. It is very important to make sure that you align your phone properly which takes a moment and if not done properly, can make you very dizzy in less than a moment. The one thing I don't like about 3D is that it is too sensitive to the users movement. This depends on the app used and probably can be adjusted to make it easier but I haven't explored the settings at all. Watching videos I've made with the Samsung 3D camera (https://smile.amazon.com/dp/B06XR9SGXL/ref=cm_cr_ryp_prd_ttl_sol_1) is very difficult to make any fine detail out. I am excited for what 3D will become but it does have a way to go. This product is a LOT of fun and the price is incredible but is still a bit of a novelty right now

This is the best play value for the money I have ever gotten. Some people must be expecting Occulus at this price based on their complaints. It is high quality cardboard and fits right. I will probably gett one that can be worn for extended play, but I expect to pay twice as much for one of those.

This updated version of the Official Google Cardboard (2-pack) is very good. The actual card board is sturdier and the steps for folding the Google Cardboard into place is much easier and more efficient (fewer steps). As an educator, I appreciate the 2-pack box because the box serves to protect the two Google Cardboard viewers while stored. This is great value!

I purchased these to use at a school science fair with some older phones. Although these are in fact made of cardboard, they are well designed and sturdy. The phones fit nicely in the compartment (however, these are not adjustable for a thicker case). The optics do a decent job of focusing the screen for 3d use. One note, the specs on this page say these work with phones down to 4". I tested them with a phone with a 4" screen, and though they do still work the image is cut off on the sides due to a smaller screen and no way to adjust. Overall, I would recommend these as an easy way to get into 3d apps on phones

First, let me say that I'm not really big into VR at the moment. I purchased these for my kids. I also have not tried any of the other more expensive options out there, so I can't compare. BUT I will say that I'm thoroughly impressed with how well Google could effectively design such a product from cardboard and how well it works. I'm actually surprised at how sturdy it is, too. When I first heard of this, it sounded like an April Fool's announcement, now I wonder how many other products could created in a similar manner.

A vr set for $15 dollars? Yup, and if you have a decent phone and YouTube on that phone then you can experience vr! If you've never tried vr and have been wanting to dabble, then look no further. I own an oculus cv1 but before I bought that I had this. On the oculus you can move around and the view is wider and more immersive. Which is fantastic if you are serious about vr and will be using it often. If you want to see what this vr thing is about and don't want to spend a few hundred dollars then buy this. You'll find new experiences and answers to questions you may have been asking yourself about vr. YouTube is a good resource for vr content and works well with this headset. Still on the fence after reading that? Don't be, get off that fence and buy this. The only thing you might regret is not buying a more expensive set.

Works great with Galaxy S8, but doesn't close all the way with an Otterbox case on it. Love looking at my 360° pics with Google Street View. Hopefully more apps will be developed soon, though there are quite a few fun ones already. At only $15, it's definitely worth the money.

I mean, you're really paying for the lenses, but for it's simplicity of the product and the care in the packaging design, it's great. Does exactly as advertised. I wish there was more you could do with the 3D if you had a PC and a remote, but it is good for 3D apps and media on Android.

I bought this to see if my grand children might like it. I was blown away by the simplicity and effectiveness of this device. Not long after I bought mine I bought theirs. Their favorite is the roller coasters you can download from the internet. Their first reaction was precious. For as little as this costs it's a great way to get into VR.

Bought these for my buddies children and they were mesmerized. It was fun watching them. They were in awe and I'm glad I only bought 2 of them so they can fight over them. What?!! Children need to learn to share...
