These are great! I spread blueberry bread with cream cheese and lemon zest, then added the blueberry honey, and cut this into finger sandwiches for a tea. They were heavenly!

Wow! I'll admit I'm a bit of a health foods snob... and have begun heavily delving into the world of super foods and other healing natural remedies. I was shocked when I learned most honey sold on store shelves aren't even real honey, let alone RAW, meaning I wasn't getting any of the touted health benefits: anti-inflammatory/immune-boosting, etc. I'll admit I was a bit skeptical at first when I first heard of "superfood honey", but was SO grateful a friend gifted this to me. It's true what they say, sometimes you come across a food product you can't imagine ever having previously lived without. Long gone are the days where a spoonful of honey quickly followed with a slight ounce of guilt. I know with each of these blends, the simplistic superfoods/superfruits blended in are providing me more antioxidants, vitamins, (& happiness) along with a dynamic flavor profile I couldn't have ever imagined possible with honey. I put this honey on everything, and love that the variety gives me a different flavor of a day to experiment with. Whether it be in my smoothies, morning oatmeal/acai bowls, gluten-free desserts, etc... this is a staple product in my household now. The cherry on top of it all?- The UNBEATABLE value of this product... for the quality, true raw creaminess of the honey, and how it's benefitted my life... boy, you can be sure what everyone in my life is getting for Christmas and birthdays this year. I am IN LOVE with this honey!

I like to use Amazon to ship gifts to my out-of-state family and friends. However without knowing the product, I have no idea of the quality I'm actually gifting; so I decided to purchase this set of Apiterra Honey for myself to see what I would actually be giving. All I have to say is WOW. First, I wasnt sure if I would like all of the flavors (like green matcha and ginger & gogi berries), but I LOVED EVERY SINGLE ONE. I placed each flavor on a sea-salted cracker and put them all on a plate. They were gorgeous! Each had a lovely jewel-toned look and each flavor had it's own unique profile without being overpowering. The fact that this honey is a super food makes me feel even better about gifting it. I want to note that I WAS NOT given this Apiterra Honey to try for free or even at a discount, and I do not know the people who make or sell it. All I know is that I will feel great about giving this set as a gift. Or getting it as a gift. Because I don't think it will last very long at my house at all. I'm already thinking about all the ways to use this honey in my cooking. Or not. It was perfect on a cracker all by itself.
