This stuff is awesome. I use it daily after my nightly shower to remove any risidual makeup (or as a makeup remover in general if I don't shower that night) and it is very gentle and effective. Doesn't sting, pleasant scent, and great for my sensitive skin.

Does the job!

I’ve been using this eye makeup remover for years. I love it! Wipes don’t get the waterproof mascara, but this stuff on a cotton ball does the trick. It is oily even though it says oil free, but I don’t mind. I wash my face after taking my eye makeup off anyway!

Excellent job, no irritation

This is, easily, the best waterproof mascara remover that I've used. I've tried ones that dissolved mascara quicker, but left my eyes irritated. The one makes fairly quick work of breaking down the mascara - I hold a cotton pad over my eye about 10 seconds, and usually get 100% removal. The best part is no irritation of my eyes or the skin surrounding -- nearly all the other products I tried bothered one, the other, or both. I've added this product to my Subscribe & Save rotation - definitely a keeper.

A really good oil free eye makeup remover.

This is a really good oil free eye makeup remover. It is gentle and it does remove all my eyemakeup without having to use a lot. Gentle on the eyes. I do not like having oil around my eyes when I am trying to remove makeup. I ordered Neutrogena about 4 months ago. It took 4 months to get to me. I don't know what the hold up was but Neutrogena does make some good makeup products.

Do you use waterproof mascara? You NEED this

Due to dry eye issues and the treatments I have received, I am prone to watering eyes and have to frequently use eye drops... so I almost exclusively wear waterproof mascara / eyeliner. Neutrogenia’s Oil-Free Eye Makeup Remover quickly and easily wipes off all my mascara/eyeliner. There are times I will dip a Q-Tip in it so I can get the last little remnants right on the lash line that may be more stubborn, but that is usually just a couple of “dots” here and there, and never requires “scrubbing” my eyes. It is all very gentle. I have not noticed it to be drying, however, it is the first step in my face washing process which finishes up with layers of moisturizer... so that could have an impact.

Really meets my needs

love to wear eye makeup but have delicate skin and have just had two eye surgeries. My surgeon warned me not to use baby oil or any other remover with oil in it as a makeup remover on the eyes. This is oilfree. I needed something I could wipe very, very gently with a cotton ball or pad, across my lids, and this is it. I have been using it for several years now and find it very dependable. Also, the plastic bottle is quite handy in a household where inquisitive felines tend to bump things off the counter. :)

Great makeup remover

I love this makeup remover. Takes off all eye makeup easily, including waterproof mascara. Works much better than all of the other products I have tried in eye makeup remover, and it is not irritating to the eyes as a lot of others are. No burn or sting

The only makeup remover that doesn't sting

Every other makeup remover I've ever tried (even the sensitive skin types) burns the ever-loving hell out of my eyes. This one does not! It also removes all of my makeup entirely in just a few passes with a cotton pad. I will note that while it is technically oil free, it does leave an oily residue that you must wipe off of your skin after you've finished removing your makeup. It's not actually oil, but it *feels* like it, which I think is where a lot of complaints are coming from. It doesn't clog my pores at all, but if you don't like how oil feels on your skin, you won't like this.

Great price point!

I have previously purchased this make up remover from Ulta. I like the product very much and was very pleased to find it on Amazon. The bottle sizes were larger than I had purchase before. The remover works very well and quickly. Price was right for the right product!

Been using for years and will keep buying.

I've been using the same remover for years now (since like 2013). I go through about 1 bottle every 3 weeks, at that consumption rate, this price is unbeatable. I wear very tough waterproof mascara, so one of the reason I stick to this remover is that it gets the mascara out easily after 10-20 second of soaking, without harsh rubbing. Other removers I've tried never could do that.
