Best non-stick pans on the market!!!!

I LOVE my pans. I had bought a smaller pan at another vendor and HAD to have more. I love the look of the pans, they are so nice looking sitting on the stove. I have never had a non stick pan that was truely non stick, I use very little oil or other lubricant. I have NEVER had anything stick to the pan. What I love the most is the fact that it is the same texture even on the bottom, so it is sooooo easy to clean. It looks as good today at the day I bought them. Highly recommend them to everyone.

The best Fry Pans we've ever owned!

These are BY FAR the best fry pans we've ever owned and used. PROS: First of all, they are truly non-stick. We've cooked a variety of items and nothing has stuck to the surfaces of these pans thus far. Usually, I can rinse 90% of the residue off before even taking a dishcloth to them. Secondly, they lie flat which means that eggs and similar items don't tend to run to the outside edges as they did on some of our other non-stick wear. Third, they distribute heat very evenly so items cook well regardless of their location on the surface. Finally, the temperature indicator on the handle is a nice touch too. CONS: As others had noted in their reviews, both pans arrived slightly deformed which suggests that the packing from the factory isn't as effective as it needs to be for handling. But applying two-handed pressure with both thumbs, I was gradually able to reshape them into a more acceptably round shape. Also, they tend to hold heat, which is good for cooking, but it also means that you need to allow more cooling time before washing them since the manufacturer warns that immersion while too warm might affect the granite finish. On occassion, this has slightly delayed cleanup, but it has not proven to be a big deal. And the nice little temp indicator gives a visible indication of when they are cool enough to wash.

I can not adequately describe how much I LOVE these pans. I've used pans like them several times while staying at a Wyndham Resort and always loved them so my son bought be some for Mother's Day. NOTHING sticks to these pans and even when there is any residue left in the bottom after cooking, they easily wipe clean with a wet paper towel or wash cloth. THE.BEST.PANS.EVER!!!!

Good non-stick pan

Good non-stick pan. Have had for a couple of months now. Fix scrabbled eggs with a teaspoon of butter and no sticking. Fried chicken in 1 tablespoon of butter - chicken was very good. Tender and juicy. Would like to have a lid to go with pans.

great pans

these pans are great! after my last several nonstick pans i swore i wouldnt buy another one. when i saw these pans and read the reviews i figured i would give them a try. well i am so glade i did. they work great and wash great too. no teflon to leach into your food which was one of the reasons i bought them. and the heat button on the handle lets you know when the pans are ready to cook. they are also well made

Simply the best pans ever

For years I bought cheap frying pans and just got rid of them when the surface started to peel. Because it always peeled no matter how expensive the pans were. I got tired of the waste of this approach and said, "There's GOT to be a brand of pans that lasts!" so I searched Amazon for the absolute best I could find. And I found them. I've never seen anything like Ballarini cookware. Unlike every other pan that claims to be non stick, these really are non stick. I cooked scrambled eggs in them without oil/butter and there were bits of egg on the pan but simply rinsing with a little water made them slide right off. I LOVE the heat indicator on the handle. I like to clean my kitchen as I cook so I never have a big mess when I'm finished making food, which means I usually run my pans under water before they're cool enough. These pans make it simple to keep them safe because green means go and red means stop. I don't even mind having the dirty pan left out after everything else is clean because I know it's going to wash up in seconds once it's cooled down. The food...I swear it tastes better?? Is that even possible? Everything I've made in the new pans seems to have a better flavor than it did before. They're also beautiful pans. It makes me wish I had a hanging rack in my kitchen to display them. I'd give these things a hundred stars if I could!

Superior quality, easy to clean.

Food doesn’t stick and it is super easy to clean. When it comes to things that I use everyday, I spend money for quality. This product has a superior quality. I am actually planning to buy again for my mom as a gift. :)

Love Love these pans

First saw these pans in a timeshare condo. I know how hard people are on pots and pans in timeshares. It worked great as we did not have any oil. Nothing stuck to the pan. We got a small one before buying the 2 piece set. We love these pans. Have had for a while and it still a non stick. Love them.

Great frying pans

So surprised how nice these are, food does not stick and little or no oil needed. They are a little heavy but that is not a problem.

I saw a recommendation for these to replace other nonstick pans. They are amazing and guaranteed not to lose the nonstick coating. They clean like a dream and the coating does appear very strong. If my opinion changes after using them I'll write another review, but for now I say 5 stars and worth the price.
